President Donald Trump’s United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will begin screening legal immigrants seeking to adjust their immigration status in the United States for anti-American views, including factors such as ties to terrorist ideologies. America’s benefits should not be given to those who despise the country and promote anti-American ideologies,” USCIS spokesman Matthew Tragesser said: The policy update is outlined in a USCIS guidance manual. Green Card is fine. But the path to citizenship should not be automatic. Application and procedure to citizenship is in two languages. That is outrageous.

What is shocking about this is that they were not being screened for this before. No country is obligated to import hostile foreigners.

Don't stop there. I recommend that this be a required verification for anyone seeking or already in any public office or public administration (local, state, or federal). Why should our public tax dollars be spent on hiring or having public officials who hate America and continually espouse anti-American views? The "squad" is a perfect example. I'm totally serious. Start the process to make this a national law. Let's see who votes against it.

Giddy with control of the Presidency and both houses of Congress, Democrats rashly created some precedents during Biden's first two years that are starting to bite them. We should learn a lesson from them. An overwhelmingly Democrat workforce tasked with identifying "un-American" views will likely be feckless under President Trump, but who and what would they have penalized as "un-American" under Biden?

Former CBS News investigative reporter Catherine Herridge called out the network after a report revealed that Shari Redstone expressed concerns that “60 Minutes” may have downplayed President Biden’s mental decline during a sitdown in 2023. Herridge — who was fired last year as part of a wider cost-cutting purge by parent company Paramount ahead of its $8 billion merger with Skydance — slammed CBS News for its lack of “media transparency” after Redstone said the Biden interview played a part in her decision to settle with President Trump.

The Democrat Party is hemorrhaging support with no end in sight, according to a shocking analysis of new voter registrations. Fueled by President Donald Trump’s gains among men, younger voters, and Latinos in 2024, more new voters nationwide chose to be Republicans than Democrats for the first time since 2018, according to a report from the New York Times which relies on voter registration data compiled by L2, a nonpartisan data firm. Perhaps more troubling for Democrats, the data suggests Democrat Party activists can no longer rely on the party’s tried-and-true methods to reverse the trend, leaving panicked party leaders and pundits unsure how to resurrect the party’s electoral prospects.

Charter schools deliver results for kids in the parts of New York City where “the system” has given up: It’s just obscene that supposed progressives like Zohran Mamdani keep selling out the charter sector to win the support of privileged special interests. The Post reports today on the stunning difference in The Bronx: Students at public charter schools excel on state K-8 reading and math exams, in stark contrast to the sad scores at Department of Education schools. Counting all 99 Bronx charters, 68.6% of students passed the reading exams in grades 3 to 8, vs. 43.6% in Bronx traditional public schools — a 25-point difference.

Russia’s illegal seizure of the Crimean Peninsula from Ukraine exactly 11 years ago on March 18, 2014, was quick and bloodless, but it sent Moscow’s relations with the West into a downward spiral unseen since the Cold War. It also paved the way for Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, during which Moscow annexed more land from the war-torn country. A look at the diamond-shaped peninsula in the Black Sea, coveted by both Russia and Ukraine for its naval bases and beaches: Why is Crimea important? Crimea’s unique location makes it a strategically important asset, and Russia has spent centuries fighting for it.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul has outdone herself. At a time when violent crime, illegal immigration, and public safety dominate national concerns, the governor of New York decided her top priority was granting clemency to an illegal immigrant with a manslaughter conviction. Yes, you read that correctly. Hochul pardoned Somchith Vatthanavong, a 52-year-old illegal immigrant who was convicted as a teenager of killing a man in a Brooklyn pool hall. By offering him a pardon, Hochul effectively cleared the path for him to stay in the United States and avoid deportation. Vatthanavong shot and killed a man outside that pool hall in 1990. He called it self-defense.

Trump pointed specifically to a Washington, D.C., icon as a demonstration of the issue, saying, “The Smithsonian is OUT OF CONTROL, where everything discussed is how horrible our Country is, how bad Slavery was, and how unaccomplished the downtrodden have been—Nothing about Success, nothing about Brightness, nothing about the Future.”

California has created one of the most overregulated, expensive, and risky environments for businesses in America.
