The owner of a Florida telecommunications company will spend the next five years in prison and his firm must pay a hefty fine regarding an “Obama phone” scam. Q Link Wireless LLC and its owner, identified as CEO Issa Asad, previously pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit wire fraud and steal federal funds from the Lifeline program that began in the 1980s, Fox News reported Sunday. The program offers subsidized cellphone services to lower-income people. In 2012, a video emerged of a protester outside a Mitt Romney event who claimed her neighbors received an “Obama phone,” Breitbart News reported at the time.

The reason everyone steals from the government is that it is so easy. The checks and balances literally do not exist and the budgets are a massive mess of spending.

Sure, cheating is easy. Cheating the gov is easy. Paying off victims is easier than murder. The question is not why people cheat, it is why most do not cheat. Heads up to a value system that reads like the Boy Scout “a scout is””. And to the cociety, to the parents, and the churches that produce strong, confident, and honorable adults

President Donald Trump is once again setting the record straight — this time blasting the media’s selective amnesia on the Jeffrey Epstein scandal while revealing he rejected an invitation to Epstein’s notorious “pedo island,” unlike former President Bill Clinton, who allegedly made 28 separate visits. Speaking Monday during a press appearance in Scotland with U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer, President Trump unloaded on the legacy media for ignoring the real predators connected to Epstein. “I never went to the island, and Bill Clinton went there supposedly 28 times. I never went to the island, but Larry Summers, I hear, went there.

If history is any guide, Democrats should enter next fall's midterm election cycle with a distinct advantage. Generally, the opposition party fares well in these contests -- sometimes very well. Looking back over the past two decades, for instance, four of the last five midterm cycles have resulted in waves (blue in 2006, 2018; red in 2010 and 2014). But in 2022, Democrats over-performed expectations and held the GOP to a 'red trickle,' which was still sufficient for Republicans to take back the House, but just barely. Given the tiny margins in both Congressional chambers right now,

Zohran Mamdani’s victory in the New York City Democrat mayoral primary marks a troubling shift in the Party’s relationship with Jewish Americans. Mamdani’s candidacy is not simply progressive—it is openly hostile toward Israel and indifferent to rising antisemitism. By nominating him, the party has endorsed a candidate whose record reveals not just poor judgment, but outright radicalism. After the Hamas-led terrorist attack on October 7, 2023—when over 1,200 Israelis were murdered, including children burned alive and women raped—Mamdani declined to offer a clear condemnation. Instead, he deflected by calling Israel an “apartheid regime” at a time when moral clarity was urgently needed.

Trump told reporters that he had anticipated that the last hostages would be the most difficult to convince Hamas to release, because “Hamas understands what happens when you don’t have any bargaining chips.”

President Donal Trump just notched another key trade deal this week with one of America’s biggest trading partners, Japan. America’s negotiator-in-chief managed to secure a half-trillion dollars of investment and preferential treatment for US companies in one of Asia’s biggest markets, which also helps box out China, America’s number-one adversary. The deal will ultimately mean more investment, income, innovation, and jobs in the US. Japan has agreed to invest $550 billion, with 90 percent of the profits staying stateside. This means more construction and factories, more research and development, and more employment of Americans.

Along the way, a damning Intelligence Community Assessment was issued, a major FBI investigation, code-named Crossfire Hurricane, targeted the president, and a special counsel, Robert Mueller, was granted a team of prosecutors and a budget of millions to bring the guilty to justice.
