June 27 really needs to be a national holiday wherein we collectively observe the bottomless depravity of the dying news media. We could call it something like “Biden Debate Day.” The date is significant because it was the start of a 131-day journey that showed just how far the media were willing to go to steal an election. June 27 was the presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, or as I like to recall it, “The day the media knew Biden had to go.” Up until then — it was the one and only time voters got to directly compare Trump and Biden side by side in 2024 —

If FJB had stayed in his basement, refused to debate, and stayed out of sight until after last November 5, he'd surely have done better than Round Heels Harris with her IQ of 65 (unimpaired by dementia!). "We finally beat Medicare" was the final bleat of this inconsequential moribund sheep. But he and Harris have signed on with a talent agency, no doubt for their considerable talents. I can't wait for his next $300,000 speech. It must burn his butt to know that Barack gets a lot more. What idiotic entity would pay to hear the likes of him? He didn't know much in '73 except to get those bribes. Now he knows nothing, nothing at all, but his hatred of Trump, in whispers and shouts, reaching demonic levels. At some level, he must realize that history will be unkind to him and his venal family. The whole world knows he's no good and of no account. That's a tough one to bear. It ought to be.

L-Dotters can do far better than “Biden Debate Day” for the name of such an important turning point. It’s the day the media’s veggie tales could no longer cover for our Vegetable-in-Chief. Or maybe it could be built around that old cartoon dog, Mumbly. In any case, I love how Big Media’s credibility is in free fall; and they are too stupid/dishonest to change course.

It's one thing to suffer from dementia and I wouldn't worse that on anybody but the treasonous coverup was stunning. Personally, I am glad the media went all in on the "sharp as a tack" lie. If Joe had stepped down a couple of years ago, made a tearful farewell for "the good of the country" then held a primary, things might have been different. Thankfully, they didn't and thought that they could steal one more election and hold on to their power and prestige. If they had eased out Joe then, we might have faced a more formidable candidate.

I didn't see it. I listen to the entire 'debate' on the radio. I was shocked at how incoherent Diaper Joe appeared. And almost wrecked my car when Trump said, I don't know what he just said and I don't think he knows either. I could tell Diaper Joe was demented back in the 2020 DeMS-13 primaries. I was flabbergasted when he by some miracle got 81 million votes. I despise the The DeMS-13, kneepad media and the administration liars that told us he was razor sharp. The price of Diaper Joe's dementia will be paid for by generations not yet burned.

I wish to offer: "The Day the House of Cards Finally Collapsed." There was a Mr. William L. Livingston who wrote several books on how large engineering projects sometimes hit a complexity 'trigger point' and go off the rails. In such a situation, the various groups can camouflage what is going on, up to a point. Finally things come to a head in an event known as: "End of Project Mismatch Discovery". This is what finally happened to the HairSniffer and his 'Rat machine. The Lie finally collapsed in spectacular fashion and his campaign to remain in power, and his underlings efforts to hold onto their power and privileged lifestyle, came to a screeching halt.

The democrats and the media all claim that debate as Biden Meltdown Day. Jake Tapper even wrote a worst-seller about it but it should be known as Stop-the-Lie day. They knew that Joe was an empty husk for the previous four years but were not officially permitted to admit it until they had to. Shame upon all of them and a special callout to Doctor Jill who was in charge of daily drugs and Depends.

I like Eddie Scarry's work but he may be giving the media too much credit here. Their influence had already waned especially after Russiagate and covid. Very few people thought Biden was mentally capable and could see him lost, shuffling, falling down and glassy-eyed for themselves. The problem, as always, is that at least 40% of the nation live hand to mouth and were prepared to ignore it. A vote to eat isn't really a vote and despots have known and exploited this through the centuries. The welfare state remains the nation's biggest and most expensive problem and far too many are willing to tolerate tyranny and incapacity at the top to get that monthly check.

It certainly was an "unforced error" on Biden's part from the start, when Biden threw out the debate challenge. I'm thinking the Biden team must have figured that Trump would never accept the terms of the challenge, but he did and they were forced to go with the challenge. My dear, sweet wife insists that the Biden team knew Joe would bomb and wanted the "early" debate because he needed to be replaced on the ticket. And taking Joe to that "you're a good boy" rally after the debate was another absolutely stupid move.

I think Dems pushed out that earlier than normal debate because they had known for sometime he was incapacitated and they had to get more people to agree with them so they could have support to get someone else on the ticket. So they needed a public spectacle. But then he sabotaged them by getting Harris on the ticket. Hilarious. He was demented but still enough of a bully to get his way.

I think we should nominate June 27th as the White Juneteenth for America. It has more significance than the other. The Left expected us to believe that hundreds of millions of MAGA people could see all the way through Joe's ears for the entire four years that he spent in the White House while his faithful were completely fooled and believed that he was coherent and sharp. It's especially embarrassing for the media who is supposed to be perceptive at all times so they can make the rest of us aware of what is going on.

To borrow a phrase from a writer many of my radical colleagues love to cite, the chickens are coming home to roost at colleges and universities around the country. As anyone paying even a modicum of attention knows, the Trump Administration is endeavoring to curtail some of the more explicit ideological partisanship going on in higher education under the mask of scholarship and teaching. Beyond that, many schools are recognizing that bottom lines have shifted, and faculty hiring will have to adjust. Recently, faculty and administrative communities on many campuses have discussed the difficulties departments are facing in replacing departing faculty lost through retirement or moves. The big news story of the week was America’s stunningly executed devastation of Iran’s nuclear program–a program to which Barack Obama donated billions of dollars, and which other presidents had been willing to tolerate. The raid was carried out in complete secrecy, with President Trump’s Truth Social post, shortly after B-2 bombers had exited Iranian air space, the first word anyone had. Democrats complained that they hadn’t been told in advance, but everyone knew why: they would have leaked information about the raid and destroyed the element of surprise. Following the air strikes, the Democratic Party lined up pretty much unanimously behind America’s most bitter enemy. Was John Fetterman–

After revelations like CBS’s edited Kamala Harris interview and plummeting cable news viewership, I’m stunned that anyone still trusts legacy media, especially people who otherwise seem rational. A February Gallup poll reveals that 31% of Americans trust media outlets, with 33% expressing “not much” trust and 36% none at all. This is a sharp decline from the 1970s, when 72% trusted mass media. The poll highlights a partisan divide: 54% of Democrats, 27% of independents, and 12% of Republicans trust mainstream media. Obama had no problems with Iran developing a nuclear weapon. The money he gave the Mullahs was to go toward that end. Islamophilic Obama thought that the country that vowed “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” had every right to have nuclear weapons with which to carry out those threats. As RedState reported, the Trump administration scored a major victory on Friday after the Supreme Court ruled that district court-level nationwide injunctions exceeded judicial authority. That will throw a wrench into the left-wing strategy of seeking universal relief in a select few left-wing jurisdictions across the country and hopefully return some actual balance to the separation of powers within the U.S. government. Of course, while the decision was a victory for common sense and for voters who would prefer judges not overstep their bounds to essentially operate as president, it was a defeat for Democrats who have relied on that abuse to remain in power even when they lose.
