President Trump has come out swinging against "Kooky" Tucker Carlson after the podcaster and former Fox News host predicted the demise of Trump's presidency if the United States were to get involved in the escalating hostilities between Israel and Iran. While Trump and Carlson have seemed chummy at times in recent years, Carlson rather infamously texted a friend back in 2021 of his eagerness to see the backside of the president, saying, "I hate him passionately."
Things between the two got very heated Monday after Carlson appeared on Steve Bannon's "War Room" show and claimed Iran would be the president's ultimate downfall. Despite claiming to "really love Trump"

Tucker can't be taken seriously with his foolishness, and outbursts of laughter. Trump won this round. I liked some of Tucker's past work, but he is acting like he has been drinking.

What happened to Tucker? I don't see him as anti-Semite a la nutjob Candace Owens, and I also don't see us getting involved in another Iraq/Afghanistan dumpster fire. Any ideas?

Thanks for posting this article!
However it did sort of remind me of how MUCH I miss the hilarious Tucker Carlson Comedy Hour, which often featured wealthy prep school friends of his, usually with the first name of Chatsworth.
Maybe I can find reruns somewhere.
But I kind of doubt it.

PDT said, "I don't know what Tucker Carlson is saying. Let him go get a television network and say it so that people listen."
Go get a television network! What?
Tucker, just like the rest of us, can say whatever he wants. We all know that we don't know everything; we don't ever have all the story, but we can still have an opinion. George Bush burned us bad, and look at US all involved in Ukraine. I say let Israel do their thing once and for all, and President Trump can talk to whoever's left after everything is over and done.

I love the Trump Presidency. I love that smart people like Musk, Bannon, Carlson and others feel comfortable getting into the pit with Trump about policy issues. I remember in 2016, that Trump said something like this: “I deal with ruthless people all the time in my business. We fight and quarrel with each other and I love them. It’s how we get things done. “

Predicting the future is a loser's proposition, with or without a crystal ball. Look what it has done for Paul Krugman, Al Gore, John Kerry and other "wise" men.

Israel does not need our military involvement. They just need us to not stand in their way.
Our generals would spill all their secrets and botch it up with lame advice.

The serious issue is that Iran has enriched nuclear material stored far underground. The only method of destroying it militatarily is using US bunker buster bombs. Israel does not have the capability to deliver those weapons, so, the USAF would have to be the instrument. DJT is trying to avoid that by negotiating with Iran to surrender those materials.
As #1 says Carlson can't be taken seriously as he has been inconsistent on many issues -" blowin' in the wind" and his " guffawing" is so annoying.

It's must be nice to be living in your estate in the woods of Maine, having earned your millions from your previous Fox show and sitting in your own studio just spouting off on whatever you want. Iran has been a threat to us since 1979, they have the blood and limbs on their hands from all the service members maimed and killed in Iraq and Afghanistan from their IEDs. Some people here whine about Russia and Putin, but the the mad mullahs of Iran are the real that to the US and western civilization. How about the US Air Force train some Israeli pilots to fly the B-2 bombers and we loan them out to take out for the final time their nuclear facility at Foro. The people of Iran can take it from there.

Either Tucker had a brain altering stroke, or he's been replaced by an enemy lookalike.

I would say that it depends upon what type of "involvement" the US might have. Large scale involvement of any foreign ground troops is probably not required. Israel has done quite well with some of their special ops guys. What the Israelis are doing seems to be setting the stage for a popular uprising. However, the bomb grade nuclear material does need to be surrendered (best option) or access to it destroyed with bunker busters (less desirable option).

Tucker is losing me. The podcaster I can listen to all day is Victor Davis Hansen. When Tucker start extolling the virtues of chewing tobacco, I kind of recoiled. I want him to be successful, but I find him hard to watch these days,

If Trump was acting like a 'king', as the weekend protests alleged, he would've locked up Carlson for sedition. Instead, Trump just mocked Carlson.

So Tucker, are all the baby strangler supporters going to rise up and oust President Trump? We don't have to get involved. Israel can easily administer the 'coup de gras' all by itself.

President Trump is maintaining a steady course of support for Israel while resisting the siren calls for complete disengagement or going "all in." Carlson is wrong on this issue but his views serve as a useful counter balance to those on the opposite extreme.

I agree with Tucker; it's not our war!
I'm a hardcore Trump supporter but he needs a governor on his sophmoric rhetoric.

Trump is not anti war if the war is for the right reasons. Ukraine is not a righteous war. Israel is.
"Evil triumphs only when good men do nothing." It's a limited if truthful statement. But it should be preceded by this: "Good men must think before they act, identify and determine what is just and what is not, and then act decisively, with courage and determination."

Tucker doesn't seem to know when to shut up. I appreciate it when Tucker goes after the Deep State apparatus, but he knows nothing of the military intelligence behind these strikes. and I conclude it must have been pretty damned bad if Israel would risk WWIII with the USA's approval.
