Former CIA Director John Brennan claims he’s “clueless” as to why the FBI would open a criminal probe against him and says he’s had “no contact” with federal authorities related to an investigation. “Quite frankly, I don’t know what is true, you know,” Brennan told MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace Wednesday in his first public remarks since reports emerged that he’s under investigation for potential criminal conduct related to the 2016 Trump-Russia collusion probe. “If it was a referral, if there is an investigation, presumably if there is an investigation, people will be questioned,” the former spy chief said.

A Jewish advocacy group slammed Democratic socialist mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani for posting a “sick” video mocking Hannukah and “cosplaying Jews.”
The mayoral front-runner shared a video on his X account last year from the Geeta Brothers Duet Group, showing two men wearing wigs dancing behind a menorah, playing with dreidels and celebrating with Punjabi-style music.
“Zohran Mamdani posts Indian men cosplaying Jews, spinning dreidels and lighting the menorah,” pro-Jewish group Stop Antisemitism wrote in a post to X Saturday, which included the controversial song.
“Our holidays and traditions are sacred and not for your comedic pleasure _ZohranKMamdani — this is sick.”

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson said during her book tour last weekend that she views Supreme Court opinions as a way to voice her personal convictions.

A human resources director for the State of Minnesota is now on leave after sending a profanity-laced email from his official work account to an Alpha News reporter following an inquiry about racist posts on his social media page. It started after Alpha News received an email about LaVon “Vonnie” Phillips. A search of the state directory website shows Phillips listed as a “Human Resources Director 1” for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). State records also indicate that Phillips earns six-figures and is paid $55.45 per hour. The tipster raised concerns about Phillips and claimed his social media page is “littered with racist comments about ‘white folk.’”

India’s Aircraft Accident Investigation bureau has released a preliminary report on the Air India flight that crashed in June, showing the fuel to the engines was cut off.
The London-bound plane had barely left the runway at Ahmedabad airport before it careened back to earth. Everyone on board was killed, except for one passenger.
According to the report obtained by CNN, the fuel control switches in the cockpit of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner had been flipped, shutting down the engines.
