Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass issued a wild statement on Friday in the wake of the start of the anti-ICE rioting in her city, saying "We will not stand for this." She didn't mean they wouldn't stand for the riots or obstructing law enforcement, she meant they wouldn't stand for the ICE actions. This morning, we received reports of federal immigration enforcement actions in multiple locations in Los Angeles. As Mayor of a proud city of immigrants, who contribute to our city in so many ways, I am deeply angered by what has taken place. These tactics sow terror in our communities

It's getting wild in California.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom should have called out the National Guard himself to deal with the riots now ongoing around the Los Angeles area. But he didn't. And it's getting crazy, with federal law enforcement assaulted, even cars set on fire as people wave foreign flags.
Fox News reporter Bill Melugin even shared video that someone took in one of the CBP vehicles that was attacked; a Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agent was injured in the melee. So, now Border Czar Tom Homan says they are bringing in the Guard in response. Newsom is throwing a tantrum on X over the reported action.

Border Czar Tom Homan tipped that the National Guard deployment was coming, after two days of violence in the Los Angeles area. Over that time, the federal detention facility was attacked with rioters hurling things at agents and damaging property. They went without help from local law enforcement for two hours, the DHS said. Then on Saturday there was more violence and chaos, as rioters tried to obstruct law enforcement actions, assaulted agents, and tried to block their vehicles.
Then California Gov. Gavin Newsom flipped out at the National Guard news. He ridiculously said deploying the Guard would "erode public trust." Not deploying

A North Dakota man is accused of threatening to kill former President Barack Obama, breaking into a National Park Service historic site and threatening other people.
A federal grand jury indictment filed Wednesday levies felony charges of burglary, damage to property of the U.S., terrorizing, malicious mischief, threatening to kill a former U.S. president and three counts of threatening interstate communications against Ian Patrick Stewart of Williston.
The indictment said Stewart “did knowingly and willfully threaten to kill and inflict bodily harm upon” Obama between April 20 and May 13. The document doesn’t detail the alleged threat. Stewart also is accused of threatening to injure three Williston residents in May.

Filthy street Marxists are currently battling ICE agents in Los Angeles as they conduct mass arrests of illegal aliens around the city. Five years ago, the weak, easily controlled apparatchiks were burning the nation's big, blue toilet cities in honor of saintly George Floyd. Today, they fight over the "rights" of illegal immigrants to remain in our country, where many are living on taxpayer dollars.
As expected, some of the usual suspects have shown up. Check out the yobbo with the Palestinian flag. Why would someone bring a Palestinian flag to a riot over illegal immigrants? Because this riot isn't over illegal immigrants. It's a push

The anniversary of George Floyd’s death this past weekend was marked by claims that the country’s attempt to finally deal with its systemic racism had been brushed aside with “the resurgence of old power structures” — as put by University of Connecticut professor Manisha Sinha, who represents the NEW power structure where Indian immigrants get all the good affirmative action jobs.Inspired by a crack addict’s death, the Racial Reckoning required, among other things, putting black women in charge of everything. The plan was foolproof. It literally had no flaw. Unburdened by what has been, there was no telling what these scrappy gals could do.

Anyone who was following politics in 2007 and 2008 knows exactly what role the SEIU (Service Employees International Union) played in supporting candidate Barack Obama. As Obama and Hillary Clinton battled for control of the Democrat apparatus, Barack made a deal with SEIU President Andy Stern. If the purple orcs would activate -violently if needed- on Obama’s behalf, when he became President Obama would remove the healthcare liability from the union retirement by creating nationalized healthcare, Obamacare. That’s the background for the SEIU to align with La Raza and attack the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials on Los Angeles yesterday and today.

Last week’s debate confirmed that the Democrats running for mayor are competing almost exclusively on a near-irrelevant issue: who can fight President Donald Trump the most.
The field of nine mentioned Trump more than 80 times in two hours; the only other theme to come close was the eight candidates’ pile-on of the clear frontrunner among them, Andrew Cuomo.
And even Cuomo has joined the club-Trump club: When he first entered the race, he talked about working with the White House; now he, too, vows to resist.
Reality check: New York City depends on more than $100 billion a year in federal aid.

President Donald Trump is reportedly considering ways to pull more federal funding from the State of California, as Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) continues to defy White House policies, despite needing money.
California is suffering a large budget deficit for the second year in a row, with the state’s Medicaid program borrowing money to stay afloat. Newsom has also asked the federal government for $40 billion in fire relief.
But Newsom is also enthusiastically suing the Trump administration over many of its policies, often seeking the kinds of nationwide injunctions that would stop those policies everywhere, not just in California.

ICE officers faced fierce resistance on Friday as they attempted to enforce federal immigration law inside one of New York City’s major courthouses. Backed by well-funded activist groups and cheered on by progressive politicians, agitators physically confronted ICE officers trying to detain illegal immigrants slated for deportation.
Plainclothes ICE agents entered the Manhattan courthouse and quietly began detaining illegal immigrants in the hallway without incident. The situation remained orderly until pro-immigration activists intervened, sparking chaos as they attempted to block the arrests.
In one incident, Dominican national Joaquin Rosario Espinal, an illegal immigrant, was met by at least six ICE agents outside the courthouse following a routine check-in.

An executive order the commander in chief signed Friday directs the Federal Aviation Administration to repeal a 1973 rule prohibiting overland supersonic flight, establish new noise standards for aircraft and remove other regulations that get in the way of the development of high-speed planes.
“The United States stands at the threshold of a bold new chapter in aerospace innovation,” the president wrote in the order.
“For more than 50 years, outdated and overly restrictive regulations have grounded the promise of supersonic flight over land, stifling American ingenuity, weakening our global competitiveness, and ceding leadership to foreign adversaries.”
