Black Women in Charge: Profiles in Umbrage

The anniversary of George Floyd’s death this past weekend was marked by claims that the country’s attempt to finally deal with its systemic racism had been brushed aside with “the resurgence of old power structures” — as put by University of Connecticut professor Manisha Sinha, who represents the NEW power structure where Indian immigrants get all the good affirmative action jobs.Inspired by a crack addict’s death, the Racial Reckoning required, among other things, putting black women in charge of everything. The plan was foolproof. It literally had no flaw. Unburdened by what has been, there was no telling what these scrappy gals could do.

The U.S. Supreme Court should extend its prohibition on reverse discrimination to American schools, not only workplaces, Federalist CEO Sean Davis said on Thursday. The moment came during an interview Davis participated in on Fox News’ The Will Cain Show when the host of the same name asked The Federalist CEO to comment on a SCOTUS decision released on Thursday in a case known as Ames v. Ohio Department of Youth Services. As The Federalist reported, the nation’s highest court unanimously held “that ‘majority groups’ don’t have to provide more evidence than other groups to show discrimination.”

Anyone who was following politics in 2007 and 2008 knows exactly what role the SEIU (Service Employees International Union) played in supporting candidate Barack Obama. As Obama and Hillary Clinton battled for control of the Democrat apparatus, Barack made a deal with SEIU President Andy Stern. If the purple orcs would activate -violently if needed- on Obama’s behalf, when he became President Obama would remove the healthcare liability from the union retirement by creating nationalized healthcare, Obamacare. (snip) That’s the background for the SEIU to align with La Raza and attack the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials on Los Angeles yesterday and today.

As we have watched things unfold, we have noticed that Tulsi Gabbard and Marco Rubio seem to be the most effective at delivering results despite the efforts of the entrenched control mechanisms of the deep state intelligence community. Actions speak louder than words,(snip) it is the actions of Gabbard and Rubio that show focus. Previously Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard removed the National Intelligence Council from the CIA and removed the heads. Ukraine’s surprise June 1 drone attack on Russia’s strategic bomber fleet has crippled a significant portion of Russia’s nuclear strike capability. It has also become the latest obstacle in President Donald Trump’s path to resolving the three-year war.It remains to be seen exactly how much the Ukrainian drone attack, orchestrated by Ukraine’s Security Service and codenamed “Spiderweb,” will impact the efforts to facilitate a broader peace.Nevertheless, Trump said the surprise attack was a focal point of a Wednesday phone call he had with Russian President Vladimir Putin. In a post on his Truth Social account following the call, Trump indicated the Russian president is in no rush to settle the conflict.

In the latest act of judicial overreach, a rogue lower court judge ordered the Trump administration to restore federal prisoners’ access to transgender-related “treatments” and accommodations on Tuesday. Writing for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Judge Royce Lamberth, a Reagan appointee, granted petitioners’ request for a preliminary injunction on the Trump administration’s policy ensuring that the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) expends “no Federal funds … for any medical procedure, treatment, or drug for the purpose of conforming an inmate’s appearance to that of the opposite sex.” The left-wing Associated Press once described Lamberth as “among the toughest judges”

UF’s Board of Trustees (BOT) had voted unanimously for Santa Ono, who was the only candidate they pitched to the BOG. SACRAMENTO, Calif. — California lawmakers this week advanced several efforts aimed at reining in utility profits and slashing electricity bills as part of their agenda to tackle the sky-high costs of living. The proposals would make sweeping changes to how utilities fund expensive infrastructure projects like putting power lines underground to guard against wildfires. They also would add more oversight around wildfire mitigation spending and put new requirements on utility requests to increase rates. Supporters said the goal is to make the big investor-owned utilities start sharing some of the costs to fight wildfires and build new transmission infrastructure. “This
