Senate Judiciary Committee declassifies
FBI’s files outlining plot to undermine Trump

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been hiding the truth from Congress and the public, and they’ve just been caught. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley on Friday called for an investigation of the internal tools the G-men have been using to conceal their official actions from legitimate oversight. Material released by the Iowa Republican senator confirms the existence of a secretive electronic file drawer within Sentinel, the FBI’s case management system, allowing the bureau to reply, “We have no responsive documents” when a congressional committee subpoenas information locked within.

For the last 6 months the fbi that was hiding them was Patel's fbi. The point being, Patel promised to clean house and did not keep that promise. The good guys still at the fbi will not come forward as long as the bad guys remain. Are there any good guys left? Or are those who remain that are not bad guys are hanger-ons, unproductive, bureaucrats holding out for easy promotions and a sweeter retirement? Will the new fbi be opening an investigation with pop-up bombshell pressers about amazing discoveries on into the future? I know, it takes time to dot the "I"s and cross the Ts. By the way how's that Epstein list coming? What about Durham's Russiagate report, anything of interest in there?

Sen. Grassley: If you're sure Mrs. Ohr lied under oath in Congressional testimony, why not send a criminal referral to AG Bondi? I am very tired at this point of seeing all of the Hillary-aligned actors skating. Only time in the slammer -- and not in some luxurious "Club Fed" facility -- will wring this sort of behavior out of the body politic.

Nellie Ohr won’t be prosecuted because her crimes are outside the statute of limitations. And lying to Congress does not constitute treason. That is happening every day. She’s small potatoes. The FBI players are another matter. I will have full confidence in Patel and Bongino until I have reason not to. Public exposure is not as important as accountability. This is not a small thing and there should be no knee jerk reactions. Take a deep breath.

There seems to be a growing consensus that (1) A lot of improper and probably illegal activity by Democrats and 'deep-state' government officials was directed against DJT, and (2) that far too little of substance to punish those responsible has yet occurred.

Alan Dershowitz calls his new book his “magnum opus.” It’s the culmination of the legendary legal mind’s 60-year career — and he’s written nearly that many books. But though he’s had multiple bestsellers, including one atop The New York Times list, America’s most famous lawyer worries people won’t read this tome. Blame Donald Trump — it’s a popular pastime these days. Remember the 2002 Tom Cruise sci-fi thriller “Minority Report”? “The Preventive State: The Challenge of Preventing Serious Harms While Preserving Essential Liberties” is the new book version, its author tells The Post in an exclusive interview.

Winston Churchill once warned that “appeasement is feeding the crocodile, hoping he will eat you last.” When it comes to the crocodile of censorship, history is strewn with defenders who later became digestives. Censorship produces an insatiable appetite for greater and greater speech limits, and today’s censorship supporters often become tomorrow’s censored subjects. This week, Secretary of State Marco Rubio stopped feeding the crocodile. On May 28, 2025, Rubio shocked many of our allies by issuing a new visa restriction policy that bars foreign nationals deemed “responsible for censorship of protected expression” in the U.S. The new policy follows a major address by Vice President J.D. The left is in its usual sanctimonious but schizophrenic mood. The media claims daily that the Trump administration has usurped power. It is supposedly destroying democracy. It tramples on the rule of law and thus has created a virtual dictatorship. Yet at the same time, Democrats high-five the most recent district court judge who has put a stop to the current Trump executive orders—which the Trump administration abides by as it files appeals. The Alternative for Deutschland (AfD), a pro-free market, anti-EU, anti-mass migration party, placed second in Germany’s recent parliamentary elections, earning nearly 21 percent of the vote to the top vote-getter’s, the Christian Democratic Union’s, 28 percent. The AfD placed well ahead of the once-dominant Social Democratic Party (16 percent) and the Greens (11 percent).

Buried within the 1,100-page bill recently passed by the House of Representatives—the "One Big, Beautiful Bill" that reflects President Trump's priorities—are several provisions that, if enacted into law, could return the U.S. energy sector to a more capitalistic model. President Joe Biden, with strong backing from environmental lobbyists and a last-minute defection from West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin, pushed through the Inflation Reduction Act and the Infrastructure Bill. These measures allocated billions of dollars in federal credits and loan guarantees to favored industries, all under the banner of environmental protection.

This week, the Supreme Court continued to deliberate over what to do with the growing number of national or universal injunctions issued by federal district courts against the Trump Administration. The court has long failed to address the problem, and what I call “chronic injunctivitis” is now raging across the court system. Justices have only worsened the condition with conflicting and at times incomprehensible opinions. Both Democratic and Republican presidents have long argued that federal judges are out of control in issuing national injunctions that freeze the entire executive branch for years on a given policy. For presidents, you have to effectively sweep the district courts 677-to-0

On Monday, we celebrate Memorial Day, the civic holy day we set aside each year to commemorate those who died fighting our wars. It is a day for somber reflection of the sacrifice — more than 1 million service members — that has been made over the course of our nation’s history. This commemoration began on June 3, 1861, when the then recently dug grave of John Quincy Marr, a captain in the Virginia militia and the first combat fatality in the Civil War, was decorated in Warrenton, Virginia. Marr had been killed two days earlier at the Battle of Fairfax Courthouse. The practice of decorating the graves of their honored

Democrats actively oppose the Trump administration’s efforts to arrest and deport illegal immigrants, despite the administration’s focus on those with criminal histories. To support their opposition, Democrats frequently claim, almost as an article of faith, that illegal immigrants are less prone to commit crime. “The crime rate among immigrants is far lower than the crime rate among native-born Americans,” New York Rep. Jerrold Nadler asserted confidently. “So the whole issue is wrong.” “Immigrants commit crimes in this country at a rate lower than natural-born citizens,” added Connecticut Sen. Chris Murphy. “So, if you want a safe town or a safe neighborhood, you are better off if you have immigrants.”

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — California lawmakers this week advanced several efforts aimed at reining in utility profits and slashing electricity bills as part of their agenda to tackle the sky-high costs of living. The proposals would make sweeping changes to how utilities fund expensive infrastructure projects like putting power lines underground to guard against wildfires. They also would add more oversight around wildfire mitigation spending and put new requirements on utility requests to increase rates. Supporters said the goal is to make the big investor-owned utilities start sharing some of the costs to fight wildfires and build new transmission infrastructure. “This

William Sullivan’s essay regarding scientific atheism is intriguing and enlightening. It got me thinking about a very simple proof for a Creator. The atheist loves to proclaim, “There is no scientific proof of the existence of God!” This is true, since by “scientific” proof, the atheist means “empirical” proof, and there is no empirical proof of anything. However, it is quite easy to use logic to prove in easy steps that God exists and that He is the God of the Bible. 1. Every existing thing either is or is not existentially dependent upon the action of other beings. Those beings that are existentially dependent are called “contingent.” A being that is not
