Biden is one of our greatest presidents
— smears won’t tarnish his legacy

Original Article

America’s greatest presidents were sometimes treated like punching bags in office — insulted and vilified by opponents. President Biden has endured the same undeserved treatment. But I expect that, like other great presidents, history will judge him more accurately. Biden has been a historically transformative president. His landmark domestic accomplishments are comparable to Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal and Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society. A 2023 survey of 154 political scientists and other presidential experts ranked Abraham Lincoln, Franklin Roosevelt and George Washington as America’s three greatest presidents, in that order. Biden ranked No. 14. Donald Trump, who will become president again

I think Donna is on to something. Like Napoleon, let's not stand in the way as our enemy (yes, Democrats are the enemy)make a mistake. Please Donna and other Dems, continue to brag about Diaper joe's 'accomplishments'. The more the American public is reminded of his 'accomplishments' and how well it served the American people, the more angry will be generated towards the Democrat party. Carter has always been a 'great' president in the minds of 'historians'. The problem is those of us that live through Carter have a different opinion and we are sticking to it. Obambi is fading into irrelevance. Only one or two generations believed in the hopey changey crap. The rest have expereinced Democrat inflicted misery. And let's not ignore that Trump, despite every possible attempt by Dems to 'eliminate' him (yes two assassination attempts) he is now the most popular Refublican president in two generations. And the last one was riding Reagan's coattails. Fluff pieces will not change the election. Nor will the news that everyone has know that Diaper Joe was deleted before the 2020 election. Nor will many forget the 'election integrity' nonsense of 2020. Donna you are as irrelevant as Obambi and as Demented as Diaper Joe.

I was thinking today of the comment attributed to Lyndon Johnson about the signing of the Civil Rights Bill. Something like “This will have the [Blacks] voting Democrat for the next 100 years.” He did not know Joe Biden who in one term reversed that prophecy and began the re-emancipation of that voting block from the chains of the donkey. Perhaps Donna Brazil was thinking along those lines - nah!

Donna, you're right. FJB has a legacy, alright. A legacy of being the WORST President ever in American history. And he's continuing to add to that "legacy". His legacy is tarnished, by him far beyond our poor power to add or detract. And what you call smears are just the truth about FJB. There is one good thing about having FJB occupewing the White House. It's easy to draw a sharp contrast between what PDJT accomplished in his first term, and what FJB "accomplished" in his only term. Of course, it probably wasn't FJB "accomplishing" those things. more likely FauxBama and Soros.

The only people that pay attention to Leftists like Brazile, are other Leftists in their shrinking echo chamber. It's hard to know if they really believe the things they spew or are just tightly locked into the dem crime organization and the penalty for not supporting each other is severe. Some of these people are obviously stupid. They babble and rant. Other try to appear knowledgeable, but if you listen carefully, you can hear the lies that underlie all their thinking. The reality is that Biden was an absent President. It becomes more and more clear that he lacked the mental capability to do the job. Further, whoever was doing the job really messed it up. They followed the diktats of Leftism which always lead to failure. So even if you assign the results of others to Biden, he was a failure. That will become obvious when Trump starts to straighten things out. So why do people like Brazile try to assert success when it is obviously not true? Because it has worked in the past. With the dem/media partnership, they could tell you it was a sunny day when you get soaked as soon as you step out the door. BO was a master at lying effectively and with a straight face. However, a cost is eventually paid. Lies get uncovered. People get arrogant and go big ... and fall big. Credibility collapses. People start looking to alternative sources and find out there is a "whole nother world out there" that is far more reliable. The liars get desperate and bolder. The falls get worse and harder. People give a hard pass to the liars. It's a death spiral. In the end, people like Brazil have no other path but to keep lying.

Trump sending Israel thousands of 2,000-pound

President Trump greenlit the delivery of thousands of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel, according to a report. As many as 1,800 MK-84 bombs will be shipped off to the Jewish state in the coming days — reversing a Biden administration hold on the explosive supply, Israeli officials told Axios. The Israeli government was reportedly notified by the Pentagon about the release on Friday, the day before Hamas released four hostages as part of the cease-fire agreement. The massive bombs were held in storage since May, when Biden decided to hold off on a delivery out of concern Israel would cause significant civilian devastation by unleashing the weapons in densely populated areas of Gaza.

President Trump summarily dismissed 17 agency inspectors general Friday night in a move that caught official Washington by surprise. The inspectors general were dismissed via emails from the White House Presidential Personnel Office, with no notice sent to lawmakers on Capitol Hill, who have pledged bipartisan support for the watchdogs, in advance of the firings, the person said. The emails gave no substantive explanation for the dismissals, with at least one citing “changing priorities” for the move, the person added.

President Donald Trump fired 17 independent watchdogs at multiple government agencies on Friday, a person with knowledge of the matter said, eliminating a critical oversight component and clearing the way to replace them with loyalists. The inspectors general at agencies including the departments of state, defense and transportation were notified by emails from the White House personnel director that they had been terminated immediately, the source said on condition of anonymity. The dismissals appeared to violate federal law, which requires the president to give both houses of Congress reasons for the dismissals 30 days in advance.

After President Donald Trump visited Hurricane Helene-devastated areas in western North Carolina and pledged massive support along with executive orders to address FEMA's myriad failures, he headed to California to see the wildfire-impacted parts of Los Angeles. As we reported, Trump and the state's Democrat governor, Gavin Newsom, have been engaging in a cross-country war of words well before Trump's inauguration over Newsom's atrocious handling of the Golden State's money, manpower, and natural resources. Trump has, in a nutshell, accused "New-scum" of doing a terrible job, while Newsom went whining to then-President Joe Biden about Trump allegedly spreading "misinformation,"

Mitch McConnell is still the senior Senator from Kentucky, but the 82-year-old—who has been serving since 1985, when Wham's "Careless Whisper" was the top song—stepped down from his role as Senate GOP Leader in November. He’s also experienced several health scares, including two disturbing “freezing” episodes in July and August of 2023, as well as a concussion from a fall. Throughout Donald Trump’s first term and during Biden’s presidency, he’s been a dubious ally. While he garnered some acclaim for his relentless pushing of conservative justices for confirmation, he’s been an unreliable backer of “45” – now “47.”

When the Senate voted 51-49 yesterday to advance Pete Hegseth’s nomination as Secretary of Defense, I assumed he was in. But I learned earlier today that there was grave doubt about his confirmation, because two more Republican senators–in addition to Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski–were likely to vote No. So tonight’s vote held plenty of suspense. Only when Thom Tillis of North Carolina announced that he was a Yes did Republicans breathe a sigh of relief. Mitch McConnell was the other potential turncoat, and he did, indeed, vote No, along with Collins and Murkowski. So the tally was 50-50, and JD Vance broke the tie in Hegseth’s (and Trump’s) favor.

One of the reasons for public disgust with government today at all levels is the obvious incompetence of government today. Governments are proving themselves increasingly incompetent at basic tasks, like preserving social order, preventing crime, defending borders, or building public works projects (like California’s high-speed rail, to pick a spectacular example of incompetent excess), while thinking they have the competence to control the planet’s temperature, and make everyone equal by controlling language and setting up endless official ministries of equity.

Tarjaayy, as we jokingly call it due to its pretensions of being a much classier version of WalMart, has been about as liberal a corporate citizen (I hate that term, but it is very Target) as they come. If there is an alphabet cause it can latch onto, it will. Well, another one bites the dust. Target TGT 0.94%increase; green up pointing triangle, one of the most full-throated corporate supporters

Democrats in Washington are definitely on the back foot this week and they know it. It's obvious to anyone who is paying attention that Democrats are barely showing up. As President Trump pushes aggressively to reshape the federal government, Democrats have retreated into a political crouch that reflects their powerlessness in Washington. Far from rising up in outrage, the opposition party’s lawmakers have taken a muted wait-and-see approach as Mr. Trump tries to end birthright citizenship, halt diversity programs in the federal government, undo foreign policy alliances and seek retribution against his perceived political enemies....

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) had good qualities. He pushed through Trump’s judicial nominees during the first presidency, got his tax cuts passed, and is a noted legislative strategist and tactician. It doesn’t mean he always bats a thousand, but McConnell got key portions of the Trump agenda passed after the 2016 election. Now, he’s erased all that goodwill with this dastardly vote against Pete Hegseth for secretary of defense. McConnell’s defection, plus that of Sens. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Susan Collins (R-ME), led to Vice President JD Vance performing his constitutional duty to break the tie.

Rev. Al Sharpton and about 100 of his followers descended on an East Harlem Costco Saturday in support of the company’s commitment to controversial diversity, equity and inclusion practices. “We’re supporting those who are not rolling back DEI,” Patrice Perry, crisis director for Sharpton’s nonprofit, the National Action Network, told The Post. “It’s very important to be here,” Perry added. (Photo) The demonstration was in response to President Trump’s crackdown on DEI initiatives this week, which put federal employees working on such initiatives on paid leave and shuttered offices dedicated to it.

The CIA has today revealed its belief that COVID-19 was likely leaked from a Chinese lab after years of denial under the Biden administration. A spokesperson for the agency said on Saturday that they now favor the lab theory. Officials said that there is no new evidence behind their shift in opinion - it is based on the same evidence they have been mulling over for months. 'CIA assesses with low confidence that a research-related origin of the COVID-19 pandemic is more likely than a natural origin based on the available body of reporting.

A prominent Hollywood talent manager believes that Kamala Harris’ loss to President Donald Trump in November shows that Hollywood no longer drives the culture as it once did since the plethora of celebrities who endorsed Harris failed to alter the outcome of the election. “Hollywood doesn’t matter as much as it thinks it matters,” the unnamed talent manager with A-list clients told Vulture. “You had the biggest stars in the world support Kamala Harris. She couldn’t have drawn more powerful advocates. And it didn’t move the needle. What does that tell you? It’s unsettling because the people and things you hold in high esteem don’t drive the culture.

The corrupt ANC government just starved dozens of black miners to death to gain control over the diamond trade. The regime suffered a massive decline in popularity forcing it to cut deals even as it hiked welfare spending and taxes. In a statement, the Presidency said the Bill allows for local, provincial and national authorities “to expropriate land in the public interest for varied reasons that seek, among others, to promote inclusivity and access to natural resources”.

Former President Joe Biden, who is Catholic, joined a historically black Freemason lodge just one day before he left the presidency, an offense punishable by excommunication in the Church. Biden was conferred with “Master Mason membership” and “full honors” on Jan. 19 at the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the State of South Carolina, according to the Conference of Grand Masters announcement. Joining the Freemasons as a Catholic forbids an individual from receiving communion, with the potential for excommunication, according to canon law of the Catholic Church.

President Donald Trump is demanding the return of a staggering $7 billion in U.S. military gear left behind during the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan under the Biden administration. In a move that’s drawing both support and criticism, Trump has called on the Taliban to recover the equipment, which includes advanced weapons, vehicles, and other critical resources. The request has sparked debate over accountability and the handling of the withdrawal, with Trump arguing that the gear should never have been abandoned in the first place. However, the Taliban is refusing to give it back to its rightful owners.

Pete Hegseth squeaked through his Senate confirmation on Friday and became America’s new secretary of defense, but he needn't thank Republican senators Mitch McConnell, Lisa Murkowski, and Susan Collins. For all three long-time establishment and anti-Trump senators, the main objection to Hegseth stepping into the top Pentagon job was that they believe he lacks the prerequisite experience to run the mammoth organization. [Snip] Never mind that Hegseth was educated at Princeton and Harvard...served more than a decade in the U.S. Army infantry...rose to the rank of major while serving tours in Afghanistan...is a published author who has led veteran advocacy organizations.

Republican Sens. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Susan Collins of Maine are hinging their opposition to the confirmation of President Donald Trump’s pick for secretary of defense, Pete Hegseth, on their alleged concern that he is not fit to handle the pressures of the Pentagon job. Their paragraphs-long attempts to justify why they are going against the will of their GOP voters, however, pale in the face of their voting records for a cabinet member who abandoned his post twice without notifying Congress. (snip) Both Murkowski and Collins helped Senate Democrats confirm President Joe Biden’s Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, without blinking an eye.

Many Trump supporters believe that Trump won the 2024 election because, this time, the vote for Trump was “too big to rig.” Others dismiss the concern about “stolen elections” because Trump won the popular vote in addition to the electoral vote, plus a GOP majority in the U.S. House and Senate. The reality is that elections are still corruptible. While Democrats didn’t rig the presidential race this time around, the narrow congressional majority probably means that down-ballot races were still manipulated...something Democrats can and will do again.

In his first term in office, President Trump apparently thought he could operate as if the federal government were a corporation he headed as Chief Executive and Commander in Chief of the armed forces. He assumed those beneath him would give him honest counsel, would perform their assigned duties, and follow his directives. He learned otherwise. All the steps he took the first week after beginning his astonishing second term are those a wise CEO and commander in chief must take to do the job he promised and was elected to do. The scope and speed of his actions are nothing short of breathtaking: Pardoning and commuting over 1000
