Texas Law Allowing Police to Arrest, Deport
Illegal Immigrants Blocked by Federal Judge

A federal judge on Thursday blocked a Texas law that would have empowered local and state law enforcement to arrest and deport illegal immigrants who cross the Southern border into the U.S. The legislation, signed by Governor Greg Abbott in December, was set to take effect March 5. However, U.S. district judge David Ezra ruled that Senate Bill 4 violated the Constitution and prior legal precedent that gives the federal government the sole authority to enforce immigration laws and policies. “To allow Texas to permanently supersede federal directives on the basis of an invasion would amount to nullification of federal law and authority — a notion that is antithetical to the Constitution

Why bother with laws when Libs only want to enforce laws they like. Criminals will be able to go free if they break the "right" laws. which of course, is happening now.

Interesting: 1.Judge David Ezra, was the longest sitting U.S. District Court Judge in Hawaii - 24 Years in that deep blue state. 2. In January 2013, at the very beginning of Obama's second term, Chief Justice John Roberts moved Ezra to the Western district of Texas. Coincidence?? Maybe... but Occam's Razor suggests that Roberts was leaning with the political wind of the moment. 3. Last Judge Ezra struck down Tex. HB 1181 that would have limited sexual content to 18 yrs of age or older. 4. Last fall Judge Extra ruled that Gov. Abbott's floating barrier violated federal law (which it does not, according to the US Constitution). 5. Judge Ezra is now presiding over United States v. Texas to SB 4 to empower Texas police officers to arrest illegal alien invaders. (What an odd notion for a Federal Judge to agree with -- that police officers should arrest criminals caught in the act) Considering all the above suggestive circumstances, I would respectfully suggest to Judge Roberts that perhaps Judge Ezra might have been better left in Hawaii. (Hawaii already lives musical designation as "Blur Hawaii" (About a "blue" as a state can get)

If trespassing is merely legal 'migration', why are there political prisoners in D.C. dungeons for the crime of trespassing? Maybe they just felt like migrating to the Capitol hallways. They just wanted a better life! Post our southern border with 'No Trespassing' signs every 50 or 100 feet or whatever the law requires to make it enforceable.

Anyone whether they're a federal judge, head of a federal agency or the POTUS who stands against a sovereign state trying to protect its border from an invasion is a clear and present danger to that state's citizens. Therefore, like I said he should just ignore it. What's the judge going to do arrest him.

Boeing is in talks to buy its struggling former subsidiary Spirit AeroSystems, as both companies try to solve persistent quality problems and contain costs related to 737 MAX production, an industry source familiar with the matter said on Friday. A merger would bring Spirit back under the umbrella of Boeing, which spun it off in 2005 and in recent years has struggled with cost pressures and problems that have slowed aircraft deliveries and thinned its balance sheet. Spirit has hired bankers to explore strategic options and has had preliminary discussions with Boeing, the Journal reported earlier on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter. Boeing and Spirit declined to comment.
