The US has issued a warning for spring breakers who plan to travel to Mexico to exercise 'increased caution.' As partygoers head to Cancun and Tulum, the U.S. Embassy & Consulates in Mexico have warned people about 'unregulated drinks and synthetic drugs' in the county. The message, posted on Monday said: 'Travel Smart – Be Informed: Each year, thousands of U.S. citizens visit Mexico during spring break.' It added that 'while the vast majority travel safely,' tourists should still consider the list of specific advisories including, crime, drugs, pharmaceuticals, drownings, and more.

So...basically the same warning you would give a college student in any Democrat controlled city on this side of the border. Good to know our government, instead of fixing the CRIME problem, gives us lotsa warnings...

You'd have to be a certifiable nutcase to go anywhere in Mexico these days. I have traveled in Mexico, and enjoyed a dinner at a local restaurant where you had better read and speak enough Spanish to get along or things will get....confused. I can do enough hack Spanish to get along with a menu and road signs, mostly, but certainly wouldn't claim to "speak Spanish". But those days are done, for certain. The extreme violence that is randomly occurring, and the intentional targeting of Americans for kidnapping for ransom and for robbery, no way a sane person should up their risk this much for a cheap Margarita and some "authentic" Mexican food. With half of Mexico living in the USA illegally, you can get plenty of authentic Mexican food here at much lower physical risk.

I have said many times, and will continue to say it, that anyone who travels to Mexico, do so at their own risk. Far too many US citizens have visited down the border and have returned home in a pine box. Just read, and heed.

Hey kids..Enjoy your Spring Break! Since you no longer have to worry about paying back the money you borrowed to go to school, have a great time. Do you know how many times I've gone to Mexico? Zero. Nadda. Zilch. Couldn't afford it and sure don't believe it's up to hard-working American taxpayers to pay my mortgage or car payment so I could go away for a week of drugs, drink and sex.

Do NOT go to Mexico. Not even the fancy “nice” resorts. Of course, as someone posted above, no need as all 65 million will be living here in a few years if the Democrats get their way.

We have been going to Mexico, from top to bottom, for twenty years, every year. Not once did I feel threatened. We know where to go and avoid trouble. People who go on minding their regular business are less likely to be molested than your average stupid frat boy in Cancun. To me, Cancun is no more dangerous than Las Vegas.

For the men of Thursday’s late night comedy shows, if the “MAGA justices” on the Supreme Court hand Donald Trump a victory by announcing they will hear arguments on his claim to have presidential immunity, it is “terrible news for democracy” because, for them, only when a court rules against Trump is it legitimate. They simply “cannot [bleep] believe” any other version of events. The Court actually agreed to hear the case on an expedited basis, but CBS’s Stephen Colbert declared on The Late Show that “it gets worse because the oral arguments are in April, but Court watchers don't expect a decision until June, and the trial judge has

President Joe Biden met with border agents along the banks of the Rio Grande on Thursday during his visit to the southern border as Donald Trump got his own tour 324 miles away. The president's trip panned by critics as a campaign 'photo op' began with his motorcade driving along the 20-foot fence separating the United States and Mexico. The 81-year-old then met with members of the Border Patrol, hours after the head of their union warned Biden to 'keep our name out of your mouth'. The 2024 rivals headed to Texas with recent polls showing immigration becoming the number one concern for most Americans.

The tragedy has cast renewed attention on the fate of Kate Steinle, a 32-year-old murdered in 2015 allegedly by a seven-time felon, five-time deported illegal alien, Jose Garcia Zarate. According to James, JBS USA's various net-zero pledges for 2030 and 2040 are therefore misleading and "not feasible" given the scope of its worldwide beef production operations.

A federal judge on Thursday blocked a Texas law that would have empowered local and state law enforcement to arrest and deport illegal immigrants who cross the Southern border into the U.S. The legislation, signed by Governor Greg Abbott in December, was set to take effect March 5. However, U.S. district judge David Ezra ruled that Senate Bill 4 violated the Constitution and prior legal precedent that gives the federal government the sole authority to enforce immigration laws and policies. “To allow Texas to permanently supersede federal directives on the basis of an invasion would amount to nullification of federal law and authority — a notion that is antithetical to the Constitution
