A California federal court bars feds from
prosecuting white supremacists while ignoring Antifa.

In 2017, Antifa and its anarcho-Marxist allies and a few small white supremacist groups engaged in violent activity at political rallies. However, the Department of Justice prosecuted only the white supremacists under the Anti-Riot Act of 1968. A federal court has finally called foul on this unconstitutional government bias. The decision, by Judge Cormac J. Carney (a George W. Bush nominee), is in United States of America v. Rundo et al. The defendants, both self-avowed white supremacists, moved to dismiss the charges against them under the Anti-Riot Act because the government violated the equal protection clause when it failed to prosecute anarcho-Marxists for identical activity.

FTA: 'Alternatively, if the Ninth Circuit affirms the decision, we’re witnessing an ideological sea change as even those people sympathetic to the Democrat party realize that its principles are threatening to turn America into a broken tin-pot tyranny unless the Democrats themselves put the brakes on.' Which is all I need to read to know why the Ninth Circuit will not affirm. Too much tyranny at stake. I'll be happy to be wrong.

Equal application of the laws? Gee, what an amazing concept. And 99% of the "white supremacists" that the FBI and Dept of Injustice chase after are NOT actually really what the lying FBI claims.

This is the opposite of the "Proudboys" prosecutions...both groups were formed in response to nationalized leftist groups organizing, mobilizing and assaulting lawfully gathered conservative whenever/wherever they announced they would be meeting. This group in the west and proudboys in the east said "Ok fine...we'll show up there too, and IF you attack them, or want to fight US...We Will fight!", when they did, the mask wearing soi-boi antifas and leftists got their butz kicked, in EVERY case after they initiated the violence, and the righty groups responded "In Kind". The govt and media then tried(and mostly have) blamed ALL of the violence of right leaning "self defense" actions and groups, even in those cases where the right leaning groups have had secured demonstration permits and locations...then the lefties show up, with no permits and attack them..Charlottesville was just one such place. Some kid, far from home, alone, not part of any group, was being chased by armed, gunwielding, antifa's, He fled from them, down a street that was blocked by yet another mob, and ended up driving over one in an effort to get away...ALL right leaning people were labeled as violent murderers, out to KILL "peaceful protestors", and RACIST! as well...even though nearly the the lefty people eventually hurt ALL "happened to be" white, and had initiated the confrontations. Truth be told...Kyle Rittenhouse single-handedly ENDED the nationwide practice by those left wing groups. Be it correlation or causation..they all stopped after he fought back one night, and was subsequently acquitted for doing so..

Ok, so the prosecutions may happen. Then what? Will there be any convictions? Will the sentences be similar? Tyrants always find a way around rules they dont like. Laws dont apply to democrats.

This ruling will apply to PDT in soooooo many ways! Every ex-potus who did not store confidential documents securely. Also, other people who were not entitled to have confidential documents after leaving office. Every person who has had a business loan is subject to fraudulent documentation. Also, the lenders and their appraisers are equally guilty. Every woman can make up a store about being attacked and she must be believed (Anita Hill mantra) (Christine Blasey Ford)

California Governor Gavin Newsom, who is considered a rising star in the Democrat Party, is under fire after a report this week revealed that he pushed for a special carveout in the state’s new $20 minimum wage law that affects businesses owned by one of his top political allies and donors. Bloomberg News reported that billionaire Greg Flynn was getting a “new boost” after his chain of Panera Bread locations were exempted from a new law that forces fast food restaurants to increase their minimum wage from $16 to $20 per hour. Flynn is the largest “restaurant franchisee in the US, if not the world,” the report added.

A Chicago police officer is suing the city to change his race on his official records after the department said it would allow officers to freely change their gender to match their identity. Mohammad Yusuf, 43, said in a federal civil rights lawsuit filed last week that he is looking to change from “Caucasian” as he “currently identifies as Egyptian and African American.” However, the Chicago Police Department is not allowing him to change his race. The lawsuit comes as the department allows an officer’s “gender identity [to be] corrected to match their lived experience,” Yusuf’s lawsuit alleges.

In win for Paxton, court declares $1.7

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Tuesday secured a major victory in his challenge to the $1.7 trillion omnibus spending package passed in 2022, with a court declaring that the bill was approved unconstitutionally. President Joe Biden signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 in December of the prior year. The measure effectively set the federal budget for the year by wrapping the 12 annual appropriations bills into a single piece of legislation. Paxton, however, had argued that the House's passage of the measure was unconstitutional as less than half of the lower chamber's members were physically present to vote on it.

A judge has determined that Nathan Wade’s former law partner and divorce lawyer must tell the court what he knows about the special prosecutor’s relationship with District Attorney Fani Willis – a decision that could produce more bombshell testimony as defense attorneys seek to disqualify the DA from prosecuting the Fulton County election interference case. Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee’s chambers notified attorneys in the case by email late Monday that certain communications Terrence Bradley had with Wade are not protected by attorney-client privilege, according to numerous people who read the email. Bradley could be compelled to testify as soon as Tuesday afternoon.

Rescue California, the group leading the recall effort over the state’s budget deficit and the governor’s national political ambitions, will serve Newsom with the paperwork Monday morning, according to Politico. Some of the same conservative activists organized a similar recall effort in 2021, when Newsom overcame his former presidential candidate and radio host Larry Elder by roughly 30 points.

Mary Poppins has had its age rating lifted from U to PG because it contains 'discriminatory language' - but the word in question is so obscure you may have never noticed it. The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) now considers the 1964 tale of Julie Andrews' magical nanny to be not suitable for children to watch alone, despite the film enchanting generations of youngsters. The reclassification is due to the use of the word Hottentots. The dated term was historically used by Europeans to refer to the Khoekhoe, a group of nomadic herders in South Africa, but is now regarded as racially offensive.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing JBS USA, the world's largest producer of beef, over the company's emissions and for "greenwashing" by allegedly misleading the public about its environmental impact. In an announcement, James noted that beef production has the largest greenhouse gas footprint of any major food commodity and that animal agriculture accounts for 14.5% of global greenhouse gas emissions. According to James, JBS USA's various net-zero pledges for 2030 and 2040 are therefore misleading and "not feasible" given the scope of its worldwide beef production operations.

A federal judge on Thursday blocked a Texas law that would have empowered local and state law enforcement to arrest and deport illegal immigrants who cross the Southern border into the U.S. The legislation, signed by Governor Greg Abbott in December, was set to take effect March 5. However, U.S. district judge David Ezra ruled that Senate Bill 4 violated the Constitution and prior legal precedent that gives the federal government the sole authority to enforce immigration laws and policies. “To allow Texas to permanently supersede federal directives on the basis of an invasion would amount to nullification of federal law and authority — a notion that is antithetical to the Constitution
