WASHINGTON — Special counsel Robert Hur has declined to prosecute President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents, but said Biden’s practices “present serious risks to national security” and added that Biden portrayed himself as an “elderly man with a poor memory” who would be sympathetic to a jury.
“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” the report said, but added that the evidence “does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Biden said Thursday he was “pleased to see they reached

He either had classified documents, or he didn't. Storing classified documents in his garage is not correct storage! In that case, he should be charged. Of course the DOJ is going to cover for their fellow Communists...

Please raise your hand if you actually thought that Biden would be punished for this.

So, we now know that you can commit some crimes without fear of prosecution so long as you are old, confused and have a bad memory.

His could be a first; impeach a faux president for being old and feeble. Being old and senile does not mean the turnip (yuk!) didn't commit the crimes. Bring the case to South Carolina if you want a conviction. We'll do it.

So if you have bad memory, you don't need to file a tax return.

He illegally took them years ago, when he was a Senator, long before he was VP.
Says he disclosed classified materials meaning he sold them, he's also a traitor.
He can still be charged when there is a real AG.

He seems to have a pretty damn good memory about his football days , his house fire , his jail time in Africa, his truck driving days, his days of attending Jewish services, his Puerto Rican neighborhood , civil rights marches and his million mile Amtrak travels.

Biden perpetrated a crime when he as a US Senator stole those classified documents from a secure US Government facility and took them to his private home in Delaware. The fact that Biden essentially confessed after he got caught does not mean squat. Since Biden has “poor memory as determined during the Special Counsel investigation there is no way that he should be the President controlling the US nuclear codes. Why? As he could forget the codes, how to use them, or could order the wrong country bombed. Biden’s classified document case is different from Trump’s, as Trump was President and as such was entitled to maintain his classified documents, and Trump did that in a secure area at his Florida estate that is guarded 24/7 by the Secret Service. Biden’s stolen classified documents were stored in non-government insecure areas, including in Biden’s private residence garage, where they could have been reviewed by non cleared people like Hunter Biden. Did anyone check those classified documents to determine if they contained information useful in the perpetrations of corrupt schemes by the Biden family in foreign countries?

The place for a poor memory defense to be asserted is during sentencing. On the other hand we argue that Trump can't be tried while in off except by impeachment.

Now let me get this straight. Garland's DOJ is refusing to prosecute Joe Biden for retaining classified documents in his garage as a private citizen, while still persecuting Donald Trump for retaining classified documents in secured areas at his private home while President of the United States. Should be no surprise as the FBI allowed Hillary Clinton to walk after she destroyed classified documents that she had stored on her private computer. I guess this makes perfect sense to low life Democrats, "The Enemy Within".

Puts me in mind of Jerry Seinfeld's Uncle Leo. He made a practice of shoplifting books from bookstores, stuffing them under his overcoat. When Jerry confronted him for this practice, Uncle Leo said, I'll this tell them "I'm an old man--I forgot--I can't be held responsible!" (Or words to that effect.)
Uncle Leo, democrat candidate for POTUS.
