Does Biden Even Understand Why He Wasn’t Charged?

Joe Biden, even though he did take and secrete away secret documents and such, will not be charged with any crime related to what are acts quite similar to those for which Donald Trump was charged with crimes. In his report explaining his decision, Special Counsel Robert Hur said today that Biden was too far removed from reality for a jury to convict him of a crime. In other words, Biden did it, Biden broke the law, but he is too mentally deficient for anyone to believe he either really did it on purpose or, after the fact, could

Joe has to go. The only question is who will replace him If he is replaced before his term is up and we get Kamala President for the remaining months,, what a shot she could make. Of course she won't, But if she stopped with the green BS closed the border, slowed the wasted spending she could have a shot. Just perusing a crazy thought. Of course it won't happen.

The one thing that still boggles my mind is that the demonicrats couldn’t see this coming when they stole the election and installed the vegetable in the White House. Did they actually believe that his dementia would improve and that he could handle his duties, even with them doing all of the heavy lifting for him?

I don't understand something. Hur keeps saying that Dementia Joe is incapable of understanding that he broke the law and is a poor pathetic example of a man. But, unless he has been incapacitated for his entire career, he has been willfully and apparently with full faculties, been breaking the law for the last 40 years, by his own admission in his presser last evening. Hypothetical. If Joe murdered people along the way in his 40 year career, but only now faces prosecution at a stage in his life where he is mentally incapacitated, those murders just fade away? There is no price to pay? Where is the justice to his victims? And in this case, his victims are we the people. He broke the law. Period. This legal judgement is absolutely insane and turns the justice system on its head even more than it has been. Lady Justice is peeking out under that blindfold and can be heard uttering WT_?

So, because our enemies understand Biden is incompetent and will not use the Classified information he has in his garage to bury us. Do I understand this as the reasoning of the Special Counsel? We have sunk so far in this country to have reached this level. Two sets of justice. One for them and the fires of Hell for everybody else.

Even if this country has become racially accepting and tolerant, two angry, leftist black females - both dumb as a sack of bricks, in positions #1 & #2 is not the ideal combination to face the electorate.

It is my understanding that some of these documents were from when he was Vice President of the USA and not President of the USA. He did not have that authority. The other thing that bothers me is they are holding Donald Trump up to a standard but not Barack Obama? It is my understanding that he had documents in a warehouse. Just think - these are our leaders. It certainly makes someone confident, hah? Not.

He took and hid documents detailing his and Hunter's corrupt dealings with Ukraine. That's material evidence in the investigation of his corruption. That shows knowledge and forethought and a deliberate intent to conceal his crimes. Whatever his mental state now, he was competent when he committed the crimes, he knew what he was doing, and he should be charged. Hur's focus on his mental state is nothing more that the DOJ's attempt to mitigate the outcry over the fact that, once again, they're letting a Democrat get away with exactly what they're currently charging a Republican with.

#5, that is what bothers me, as well. They can try to paint him as someone to be pitited now, but let's not try to make that retrograde. When he was stealing documents as a senator and VP, he knew exactly what he was doing, and did it with impunity. Also, I thought it was hysterical when Joe tried to spin the report to say he did not WILLFULLY take the documents. That's not what the report says and, by the way, how would one not wilfully take, for example, SCIF docs? It's not like a ballpoint pen or paperclip from the office that one absent-mindedly puts in their pocket and forgets about. I also heard someone on Hugh Hewitt this morning (a show I only hear the end of, waiting for a local host to come on) saying how this would diminish the House case that Biden was operating a "crime family", as it were, because of the statement about his diminished mental capacity. Again, that started 50 years ago. His current mental capacity has nothing to do with his mental capactiy his whole career. Well, I mean, other than the fact he's always been stupid, but that's not the defense they're using here.

For those who seem to think Biden should be imprisoned if he was mentally competent when took the classified documents and stored them in insecure locations, in this country a person cannot be convicted of a crime if he is incapable of assisting in his own defense. I have long thought if he were ever charged with any of the countless instances of bribery and corruption, his lawyers would instantly claim he was unfit to stand trial, and they would succeed. Any capable, honest mental health professional would testify that Dementia Joe is mentally incompetent.

Could EVs Compete In A True Free Market? 10 replies

It seems we’ve reached “peak EV,” with sales in trouble and assembly line workers losing their jobs. The hard truth is electric vehicle sales would have never reached the level they have if the government had not trespassed into private matters. The EV troubles are all around. Sales are slowing. Unsold cars have piled up in lots. Surveys plainly indicate that fewer Americans want them. In response to dramatically slowing sales, Ford announced last fall that it was delaying $12 billion in EV investments. Which should surprise no one, considering that the company lost nearly $73,000 on each EV it sold in the second quarter of 2023.
Joe Biden’s Economic Dunkirk 7 replies

Just after Ronald Reagan won the presidential election in November 1980, economic adviser David Stockman wrote a memo warning the president-elect that he faced an “economic Dunkirk” thanks to the disastrous economy he was inheriting. Among Stockman’s warnings was that the Carter administration had set a “ticking regulatory time bomb” that would blow up the economy. “They have spent the past four years ‘tooling up’ for implementation through a mind-boggling outpouring of rulemakings, interpretative guidelines, and major litigation – all heavily biased toward maximization of regulatory scope and burden,” Stockman wrote.

After spending decades peddling the fiction that the rich don’t pay their fair share of taxes, Democrats have convinced 60% of adults that it’s true, according to the latest I&I/TIPP poll. That includes half of Republicans and nearly two-thirds of independents. But just because most people believe something doesn’t make it true. And in this case, it is wildly and demonstrably false. As our I&I/TIPP poll report today shows, the richest 1% of Americans now pay 45% of all federal income taxes collected, “the highest levels of taxes as a share of the total in history.” The bottom 75% of income earners, in stark contrast,
