An anonymous letter reportedly sent to Harvard University this week alleges that the school’s DEI head committed multiple instances of plagiarism throughout her academic career, even plagiarizing from one of her husband’s academic works.
The letter, sent anonymously to Harvard, the University of Michigan and University of Wisconsin-Madison, alleged that chief diversity and inclusion officer Sherri Ann Charleston committed 40 instances of plagiarism over the years, according to the Washington Free Beacon.
The Free Beacon first reported on the complaint, describing the details of how Charleston allegedly committed these counts of plagiarism, including not properly attributing sources or quotes almost a dozen times in her 2009 dissertation at Michigan.

In the immortal words of Tom Lehrer: "Plagiarize, let no one else's work evade your eyes...for that is why the good Lord made your eyes...so don't shade your eyes but plagiarize, plagiarize, plagiarize...only always be sure to call it...research." (NOTE: Lehrer himself is a Harvard graduate and still alive at 95!)

Affirmative action folks are incompetent, and lazy. They cannot or are at least unwilling, to buckle down and do original work....so they STEAL.
They are where they are NOT because they earned any of it. They are where they are because of their skin color or sex, sometimes both.

You cannot ask for much more in a DEI officer.
They were given the job so that they could promote racism and lowered standards.
Why does anyone expect them to be any better than the people they pick to fulfill their DEI needs.

No need to look her up, your guess is correct. Not really a surprise, is it? But she did her 'dissertation' though she did not understand much of what she wrote. That's probably how she got her BA and MA as well. How raciss' to say that, well, that's the way it goes when one discovers how many of her brethren did it and got away with it.

It's called literary reparations. If you complain, you're racists. It's not rocket science - it's DEI.

Harvard's losing it's luster faster than Biden's losing brain cells. Good thing they've got an endowment bigger than most country's GDP. That should last a while if they're careful.

The University of Michigan like others in the "Big Ten" are elite academic schools ONLY because the SAY they are...Not because of what they produce! The same applies to the "Ivy League". There was a time when Academia had ethical and moral standards...Alas, no more.

Harvard, time to embrace reality. Offer a degree in plagiarism. Make is a BS degree, that would be appropriate.

They're handing out PhD's these days like cheap candy to the last batch of kids on Halloween.
Those of us who've gone through the "meat grinder" through graduate school realize that the "crimes" committed here by Claudine Gay and now Sheri Ann Charleston are either gross failures of each candidate's Doctoral Board, or blatant complicity. A look "beneath the covers" here may well expose the self-serving interest of the leftist-humanist, anti-white, anti-Christian "cultura" prevalent on most of American campuses today. No doubt a "factory" of sorts has been created with the sole purpose of conferring as many Doctoral Degrees as possible to "people of color" in order to scale up an image of "intellect," while simultaneously obscuring the fact they hold a useless piece of paper in a subject no one cares about. They've created out of thin air something they claim mankind can't live without, but, wherever it's applied, people are unable to live WITH it. Fire them ALL.

Chances are in the 100% range that she also "earned" her doctorate through plagiarism and that allowed her to land her useless job. The solution to their problem would be to hire non-black DEI officers but that is a huge conflict of their interest, no? I'm beginning to think that we should just let this huge scam run its' course and the whole thing will collapse but then again, it's academia, so they will probably never learn.

For whatever reason, I don't consider plagiarism to be a high crime. I think the uproar is designed to divert our attention away from the real crimes.
