A concealed carry holder in Los Angeles who was forced to defend himself and his family in a terrifying shootout at his front door is demanding LA leaders prosecute criminals terrorizing law-abiding residents.
"Every single person that I know has gotten stuck up," LA entrepreneur Vince Ricci told Fox News Digital this week. "It’s not normal." (snip) He lamented that the LAPD carried out "sloppy police" work when he filed a report, including not picking up the casings scattered near his home. (snip) "This Gascon is screwing [the cops] so much, that he's not gonna to take up the case either way.

FTA: "I know I didn't do anything wrong, because I had two chances I could have shot both kids in the back. I chose not to do it. But in the video, it looks like ‘oh, they were running away.’ They weren't running. They were firing back at me," he said.
Ricci didn't shoot back at the scholarly fleeing armed robbers, who were shooting at Ricci as they fled, because in Gascon's Los Angeles he'd be in more trouble than the young scholars if he managed to hit one of them in the back. You can be certain that these young scholars will be back to armed robbery as soon as they clean out their BVDs from the latest robbery.

Why is it mentioned in the first sentence of the article that the guy defending himself at his own front porch was a concealed carry holder? Do people in LA have to have one to carry while on their own property and to purchase a handgun?

The homeowner just hosted a first against Gascon and the rest of the "George Soros DA's," we can call it the, "Hot Tea Party"... to the face! Ouch, I'll bet there's an urgent care somewhere in LA that treated a punk with first-degree burns to his eyes.

#8, the demo-commie strategic playbook is sow chaos until society breaks down. Then reshape it as a commie 'utopia'. Look at history.

Agree with you, poster #9. All the illegal invaders are being allowed in to expedite the process once everything starts in earnest.

Poster 5, in LA, apparently you need a permit to carry on your own property. I found the following on https://la.lawsoup.org/legal-guides/weapons/
“You may not carry (have on your person) or fire a firearm within the city of LA unless you have a permit from the Board of Police Commissioners.”

He did far better than most could do, and survived, so bravo for him.
But a couple of mistakes set him up. First....hands full, and listening to headphones when out in pubic, especially at night, near your home is making yourself into a target. The thugs see a distracted guy, not paying attention to his surroundings, hands full of stuff.....perfect victim behavior.
I'm sure he really surprised them, but better situational awareness may have either avoided the attack entirely as the thugs may have decided that an alert and watchful guy with hands free might not be the best choice of victim. Even if the thugs had gone on with their poor victim selection process, he could have drawn his weapon sooner and perhaps dissuaded them before shots were fired.
In any case, he succeeded, even with some errors, that's always a "well done". My guess is he's probably wrong about Bronx being safer....he needs to talk to a few of his friends in the Bronx about how it has changed with a worthless prosecutor in NYC, too.

'Ricci described the two suspects as males likely in their early 20s'.
We kind of guessed that. How about the rest of the description?

Since the city won't do any thing and they are likely to try again, I suggest setting a few traps like snares to keep them from getting away next time they jump the walls. Barbed or razer wire along top of wall might help too. FJB and Gascon.
