What if Laphonza Butler decides to run

The pipe dream of some Black women in California for the last three years has been getting one of their number into the United States Senate. Black women have been there before, in the persons of Carole Moseley Braun of Illinois, who served from 1993 to 1999, and California’s own Kamala Harris from 2016 until elected vice president in 2020. But for almost four years after Harris’ accession to the nation’s nominal No. 2 political job, there were none. That left a void Gov. Gavin Newsom three years ago vowed to fill if another vacancy arose in a California Senate

Comments:

Of course she will want to keep the seat. The only good part is Schiff-for-brains will be blocked from getting into the Senate.

Since the communist death democrat media wants to bring race into every single topic and aspect of our lives, please name one, just one of these communist death democrat black women that have been installed in any office of government who are actually qualified for the position and have actually done a competent, honest, good job. She is in the Senate for one reason and one reason only and that is because she is black. I always liked tho joke about the black woman who had a child and when they brought it to her in the hospital she burst into tears when she saw the bracelet on the child's arm. The nurse asked her what was wrong and she said she had wanted to name her own child and the nurses had already named it Fem ollie. The bracelet said Female.

The most interesting angle brought up in the article is LaFonzia's entrance into the race would dilute the Dem vote enough to allow a Republican, Steve Garvey, to be on the ballot come November. California voters haven't had the privilege of party choice for US Senator since the Dems installed the jungle primary back in 2010. It sure would be a fun race with Steve Garvey as the candidate. A born competitor, he wouldn't put up with the normal CA-GOPe roll-over and play dead campaigning. MCGA - Make California Golden Again

Per #2. I don’t understand why they do this but it must be low IQ. Naming your kid like this or Dontavious or Keshata simply marks your child as incompetent. Maybe they can get a government job in the state DMV or some other drone agency because of numbers. I spent 43 years in the insurance business and had to deal with the DMV trying to help straighten out some of my client’s driving records. You really don’t want to hear these stories but, yes, I am a full fledged racist now. Deal with it.
