The United States is readying its special forces to help Israel locate American hostages, as waves of Israeli Defense Force reservists arrived at JFK airport in New York to join the fight against Hamas. Two senior U.S. military officials told The Messenger that 'door kickers' have been put on standby in a nearby European country, ready to assist Israel if necessary in their battle against Hamas. The Israeli death toll rose to 1,200 on Tuesday. The military sources told the website that there was currently no indication the U.S. special forces would be sent to Israel, but they were only a few hours away by plane if need be.

This news comes just a week after the Pentagon announced the draw-down of funding to the SpecOps community. Brilliant planning there by the 70% useless bunch of Deskbound Generals who manage budgets, not men, and fight battles with Congress over funding, not evil in the streets of foreign villages. Cut funding of the idiocy of changing names of Forts and Bases, and do something intelligent for once. Oh, by the way, thanks for telling the world where to find our SpecOps warriors. If Biden were serious, he send in the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force to Israel, not just to adjacent country, as he did Delta and SEALs. The SF troops are good at hostage rescue but 1MEF is good at destroying large numbers of enemy combatants and all of their stuff. By stuff, I mean some of the billions in front line U.S. weapons of war that Biden conveniently left in Afghanistan after Biden ordered our military to cut and run.

A Supreme Court battle over a Washington couple's $15,000 IRS bill is threatening to rewrite America's tax code. Oral arguments began today in the case of Moore V. United States over a 2017 Trump-era tax rule. The measure affects few Americans but an overturning of it could redefine how income is taxed in the US, cost the federal government hundreds of billions of dollars and jeopardize Biden's billionaires' tax bill. Former GOP Speaker of the House Paul Ryan today said the challenge was 'misguided' and could make much of the tax code 'unconstitutional.'

We are witnessing a recurring pattern of events – none of which make sense in a rational world. Those we trust have told us to accept as truths things that are now turning out to be lies. On the list are government investigative committees, our Department of Justice/FBI, the National Institute of Health, the Food and Drug Administration, weather scientists, and even teachers, to name a few. But perhaps the greatest betrayal of trust comes from the news media. The journalists who bravely risked everything to investigate and report wrongdoing are no more.
