Less than a week before the voting begins on a radical abortion amendment that threatens to enshrine a “right” to abortion in Ohio’s constitution, thousands of citizens gathered at the state capitol to stand for life. The 2023 Ohio March for Life took place on Friday, October 6 in Columbus, [Snip] A six-week heartbeat ban is currently blocked in court, pending litigation. Abortion remains legal in the Buckeye State up to 22 weeks’ gestation. [Snip] The general election is scheduled for Tuesday November 7, with early voting beginning Wednesday, October 11.

Donald Trump is not a great man. His rhetoric, which has included denunciations of those who have served in the military (while he dodged the draft five times with a limp excuse about bone spurs) ought to disgust all but those who are in complete denial of the danger he would pose to the Constitution and the country should he be re-elected president. Humility is not part of his vocabulary and words mean something, especially when they reflect character. In the latest "indictment" of Trump's virulent rhetoric, his former chief of staff, John Kelly, issued a statement in which he says he witnessed Trump insulting wounded veterans and others.

Far-left Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron barred Trump and Trump’s family members from transferring assets or creating new entities without notifying an appointed court monitor on day 4 of Letitia James’ Stalinist show trial.[Snip]“In all fairness he has no choice. He has no choice. He’s run by the Democrats. I know this city better than anybody knows this city. There’s nobody who knows it like I do. He’s a Democrat judge out of the clubhouses. He’s controlled. And it’s a shame.[Snip]“Our whole system is corrupt. This is corrupt. Atlanta is corrupt. And what’s coming out of DC is corrupt,” Trump concluded.

Judge Arthur Engoron is taking precautionary steps against former President Donald Trump, blocking Trump from making any moves to secretly protect his money while his civil fraud trial is underway.
Engoron issued a new ruling on Thursday morning, ordering all the defendants named in the lawsuit to provide a list of all the entities they currently own and to what extent any third party may have an ownership or interest in those entities. They must also provide advance notice for "the creation of a new entity" and "any anticipated transfer of assets or liabilities to any other entities."

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) on Tuesday called on House Republicans to expel Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) and defeat his motion to oust Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) from his post.[Snip]Gingrich added that Gaetz was in violation of a House Republican Conference rule that says a motion to vacate “should only be available with the agreement of the Republican Conference so as to not allow Democrats to choose the Speaker.” Gingrich argues that an agreement made when McCarthy became Speaker to allow any member to advance a motion to vacate did not supersede the conference rules.

I appeared this afternoon on Fox Live Now to talk about the civil trial of Donald Trump and numerous Trump organizations for allegedly inflating property valuations to deceive banks and insurance companies.[Snip]The judge ordered New York business certificates for numerous Trump entities cancelled.[Snip] This all is egregious. There is no claim that consumers or banks and insurance companies lost money, or were defrauded out of money.[Snip]If they wanted to charge him with fraud and penalize him for these appraisals, fine, but to then try to put him out of business, I think shows how political and how vindictive this is.

I haven’t paid much attention to RFK Jr. He’s been shut out of the Democrat Party process, where the powers that be don’t want a challenger to Joe Biden or whomever they select to replace him as nominee.[Snip] One important barometer will be how viciously the Democrats and media attack RFK Jr. if he goes independent.[Snip]If they go soft on him once he’s out of the party, or even promote him through proxies, then you know he’s harming Trump or whoever the Republican nominee ends up being.

Tucker Carlson took aim at the insidious eternal forces that lie behind the global push to normalize abortion as a good thing: “Outside forces are acting on people at all times throughout history in every culture on the planet, to convince people that if they sacrifice their children, they will be happy and safe.”[Snip]“It’s not a natural human function to want to kill your own children. That’s an idea, an impulse, that was introduced.” Carlson didn’t state who has introduced the idea in virtually every culture across all time and all continents, but the inference of steady, unwavering demonic influence demanding child sacrifice was clear.

COLUMBUS, Ohio - A wildly divided Ohio Supreme Court ruled late Tuesday that only one element of the disputed ballot language for describing a closely watched fall abortion rights question is misleading and must be rewritten. The decision lets stand most of the word choices targeted in a lawsuit by Ohioans United for Reproductive Rights, the pro-abortion rights ballot campaign, as well as the substitution of “unborn child” for “fetus,” which it chose not to dispute.[Snip]The abortion rights campaign likened some of the state’s arguments to a scene with Alice from Through the Looking Glass.

The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) created the systems that permit intelligence weaponization. The SSCI is the organizational institution that supports the Fourth Branch of Government, the intelligence branch.[Snip]In this video segment below, notice how Chairman Warner leads off his remarks. Two flares triggered. First, you can tell by his response, that President Trump’s “classified documents” were exactly what we thought they were; evidence against those who constructed the Trump-Russia claims from inside govt. Second, notice how Warner now wants to block any President from controlling intelligence as defined by the Fourth Branch. This stuff is getting brutally obvious.

WADSWORTH, Ohio - A Catholic priest called on voters to reject an upcoming pro-abortion ballot measure in Ohio and slammed Planned Parenthood abortionists as “Moloch’s priests” in a powerful sermon going viral online. Father Patrick Schultz warned in a September 5 homily that Ohio and the United States are in a “very dire situation” due to widespread abortion, one with similarities to the “ancient pagan world.”[Snip]“Moloch’s priests are still very much alive and well, except they wear white coats and scrubs these days, and they mostly work for Planned Parenthood,” he said.

When she went forward with her tale and proof of harassment after objecting to men playing women’s college sports, Kim Russell was the head women’s lacrosse coach at Oberlin College.[Snip]Now Kim Russell is the FORMER Head Coach of the Oberlin College Women’s Lacrosse team. Oberlin College removed her on 9-11, according to this report from IWF on September 12:[Snip]I don’t know if Russell plans on filing a legal suit, but the college’s explanation seems as contrived as its explanations for why it accused Gibson’s Bakery of racial profiling and discrimination, then kept digging even when it was in a hole.
Comments:
Voting “NO” on Issue 1 is to protect the life of a baby within a mother’s womb, including protecting fully-formed babies from potential surgical dismemberment abortion. Pro-choice advocates claim passage of the amendment is necessary to preserve medical treatment for women who experience miscarriages or ectopic pregnancies which is not factual; there are no Ohio laws to prevent such treatment. Vote “NO” from a religious perspective, “Thou shalt not murder.” Vote “NO” to reject an amendment that would permit transgender mutilation of bodies and prevent parents from the consent and knowledge of what may involve their children or their right to intervene.
