Judge Arthur Engoron is taking precautionary steps against former President Donald Trump, blocking Trump from making any moves to secretly protect his money while his civil fraud trial is underway.
Engoron issued a new ruling on Thursday morning, ordering all the defendants named in the lawsuit to provide a list of all the entities they currently own and to what extent any third party may have an ownership or interest in those entities. They must also provide advance notice for "the creation of a new entity" and "any anticipated transfer of assets or liabilities to any other entities."

Engoron is a real piece of garbage. Dirty. Biased. Arrogant. And creepy. It’s pretty obvious that Engoron and the piece of excrement, Letitia James, are hellbent on destroying this man. Why? I don’t get the intense hatred.

That judge EngoMORON looks like a retard. Reminds me so much of that clown who testified for Amber Heard against Johnny Depp.

The judge has already issued summary judgment that Trump is guilty of fraud. Now, we learn that Trump doesn't get to have his side heard, have a jury, and is gagged. The judge felt the adversarial judicial system would not work in this instance. I don't think there is a person that understands what is being tried here, except to decide how much Trump must pay, and how much of his property seized unlawfully.

Will Trump be able to fund his presidential campaign?
In another article, the AG claimed Trump had overvalued his holding by a billion dollars. She is trying to claim Trump is penniless.
This is a new level of dirty politics.

This is the kind of sleazy hit-headline I'm used to seeing from Newsweak. Casual skimmers will get the impression that Trump was trying to secretly transfer his money but the judge stopped him.
I hated Soviet style Communism when it was in THEIR country; I hate it even more now that it's infected ours.

Like President Trump wasn’t expecting this and hasn’t already taken steps to protect his money. What a bunch of maroons. Why, why, why do articles from this rag keep being posted?

In other words..... I've already decided guilt. All that's left is deciding the punishment.
A federal judge bankrupted my brother-in-law. Eventually an appeals court overturned the entire case, but the damage has been done. The judge had forced the company into receivership, ALL customer purchases refunded and the company liquidated.
Of course the judge walks away with zero penalty.
And that's a problem with the US judicial system. A bad judge can not be held accountable for egregiously wrong rulings.

But only "secretly"?
He can doing ANYTHING...if he merely calls a press conference and brags that he is doing the "Deal of the Century"?
Were I him I'd be tempted to call a press conference and announce I was DONATING all of my Big, yuuuuuge, Buildings to..."The City of NY, to be used to house the homeless, immigrants and drug addicts..and ONLY for that use, any attempt by the city to MAKE money on the buildings usage would cancel the donation and the City would owe him "Fair Rents" for the entire time frame. They would be stuck with having to welcome ANYONE who wanted a room, cover all costs, while losing ALL Tax revenues from the properties. Basically saddling the City with a HERD of White Elephants....and a YUUUUGE! Tax deductible "Donation" that he can write off for YEARS.
(Until someone in a New City Govt BEGS him to take the buildings back...and free them from the crippling fiscal obligations.)

And to think, during the 80's I had a paid subscription to Newsweek, the physical publication. I'd actually read it back then, but it's totally worthless today.

The judge’s ruling “ordering all defendants” includes not only Donald Trump, Jr. and Eric Trump, but also Allen Weisselberg (former Chief Financial Officer of the Trump Organization) and Jeffrey McConney (Controller, Trump Organization). Aside from the $250 million in damages Letitia James is seeking from President Trump, she wants “an additional ban” to prevent Donald Trump, Jr. and Eric Trump from executing business in New York State.
