On Friday, Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita (R-Ind.) filed a lawsuit in federal court against the state’s largest hospital system, claiming that it violated the privacy of an underaged girl from Ohio who traveled to Indiana for an abortion last year. As reported by ABC News, Rokita claims that Dr. Caitlin Bernard violated patient privacy laws when she publicly told the story about the 10-year-old, a victim of rape who traveled across state lines to get access to an abortion drug. The story made national headlines following the Supreme Court’s historic decision to overturn Roe v. Wade,

She didn't release the girls name. Where is the problem? I remember relating such a story that I'd been told at the health unit where I worked. They said there was a 10 year old who had a baby and the family would drop her off at the health unit and leave her all day. I was slammed because everyone knows ten year old girls can't get pregnant, they haven't started their periods yet. Well, see, they can. And it is disgraceful. But this dr really did nothing wrong.

Has the man who impregnated the child been prosecuted? The AG is going after the wrong person.

True, the doctor and the hospital did not release the girl's name. However, the doctor "went public with the story in order to express her support for abortion." In light of today's world, it is not beyond wild speculation to say the doctor was counting on someone in the press or on social media tracking down the family's identity. The doctor released her name as a political act, pure and simple. Her behavior was egregious. She was reprimanded, and rightly so, by the state’s medical licensing board.

Utah Republican Sen. Mitt Romney is retiring, and no one is more upset than the very press that savaged him when he ran for president in 2012. They attacked his religion, his wife’s multiple sclerosis, and accused him of hating dogs and being a gay basher in high school. (snip) Now, more than a decade later, they celebrate Romney. Politico warned that, "Romney’s exit threatens a collapse of Senate’s middle." (snip) Lefty journalists manipulate every Republican primary to get the farthest left candidate they can find, Arizona Sen. John McCain, who they called a "maverick," both Bush presidents and Romney.

Hundreds of students from Pennsylvania's Perkiomen Valley School District walked out of class Friday after the local school board failed to enact a policy requiring transgender students to use the restroom corresponding with their biological sex. "Kids were upset. Girls… we wanted to protect them. They were upset. They didn't want men in their bathroom," John Ott, who organized the walkout, told FOX News on Monday. His mother Stephanie accused the district of only protecting transgender students and not looking at the "whole picture."

“Nonprofit voter registration” doesn’t sound interesting. Yet nonprofit voter registration, or the use of tax-exempt charitable organizations to conduct and fund voter registration drives, is one of the most important and underreported political scandals of our time. (snip) Most of the largest grantors and grantees in this industry are left-leaning. Despite IRS rules prohibiting 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit groups from engaging in partisan electioneering, it has long been an open secret that the purpose of their work is to register voters from favorable demographics in order to help get Democrats elected. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner (R-OH) predicted on Sunday that Zelensky “makes the case better than anyone” and could be “very, very persuasive” in getting reluctant Republicans to back more aid.

"What we see in the research is that both men and women who are married are almost twice as likely to be happy compared to their fellow Americans who are not married," he told FOX News Digital.

Democratic Governor Laura Kelly joined other Democratic state leaders in 2019 by allowing people to change the gender listed on their birth certificates. The Soviets successfully pulled off a number of dirty tricks which increased their power but impoverished their citizens. Among them was to stir up class warfare by politicizing envy. Thus, unsuccessful farmers were urged to demonize and even kill “kulaks” -- that is, any productive farmer in the area. Another trick was to fail to provide factories with sufficient raw materials to fulfill the overly optimistic state-set production quotas and then criminally prosecute factory managers who couldn’t meet these targets as "saboteurs.” It deflected from their own failures but unsurprisingly resulted in a shortage of qualified managers and engineers.

It was a sentiment long felt by many in the country, but after Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) recent decision to nix the Senate’s dress code and, in turn, obliterate the regard, respect, and dignity of the office, Schumer and the Democrats erased any doubt about ushering in societal rot and the nation’s decline. It’s an embarrassment, and every Democratic politician should be ashamed. And that includes Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), believed to be the impetus for Schumer’s decision to eliminate the dress code.
