Washington—Ray Epps, an Arizona man who became the center of a conspiracy theory about Jan. 6, 2021, has been charged with a misdemeanor offense in connection with the U.S. Capitol riot, according to court papers filed Tuesday. Epps, a former Marine who claimed in a lawsuit filed this year that Fox News Channel made him a scapegoat for the Capitol riot, is charged with a count of disorderly or disruptive conduct on restricted grounds, court records show. Messages seeking comment from an attorney representing Epps in his lawsuit against Fox were not immediately returned Tuesday. There was no attorney listed in the court docket in the criminal case

Epps better be looking at the outcome of that serial killer who murdered little old ladies, when the DA refused to push for the death penalty. One of his fellow inmates offed him. Mr. Epps is in the much larger population of inmates called citizens of the United States. We can see injustice and it's only a matter of time before a more appropriate sentence might be carried out. There are plenty of pictures of the rest of the uncharted vandals and "insyrrectuinusts" out there to identify them, too. Justice will be served on those who harmed the innocent, since our government won't act

The crones of ABC’s The View were up in arms again Tuesday as Americans upped their scrutiny of aging politicians who didn’t know when to call it quits. Of course, their reaction was largely spurred on by multiple polls that showed President Biden’s advanced age and lack of fitness for office were a top concern for voters. Their outrage culminated with co-host Joy Behar proclaiming that it would be better for America if Biden was reelected and “dies in office” than have former President Trump for another term. “So, there's more chatter in the media about candidates' mentality and physical decline,” moderator Whoopi Goldberg huffed

There is but one front in which the Ukrainian counteroffensive is being very successful: in the mainstream media. There, the complete failure of the counteroffensive is but a minor inconvenience as they chronicle every minor skirmish as a triumph for Kiev, and every successful missile attack as ‘the beginning of the end’ for Moscow. The reality is that there is a war of positional battles going on, a situation in which the Russian war of attrition will always be victorious, as they have more guns, tanks, ammo, manpower. In the last few days, the Russians have continued depleting the Ukrainian infrastructure in ways that will turn the inter into a bitter experience, and

President Joe Biden slipped and almost fell coming down the small stair case from Air Force One on Tuesday, just after it was revealed he is doing balancing exercises, wearing sneakers and using the shorter stairs in an effort to avoid any stumbles. The president used the lower stairs of Air Force One as he exited the presidential plane in Michigan to meet with striking auto workers. Close to the bottom, his heel slipped but he caught himself before he fell. He also appeared to be wearing hiking boots or work boots of some kind, which would be sturdier for his feet than dress shoes.

America has been in a veritable cultural revolution since the 1960s. Nearly all our major institutions finally became woke—the administrative state, traditional and social media, universities, K-12, the corporate boardroom, entertainment, professional sports, and the foundations. So the Obama and the Biden administrations finally seemed to have achieved their aims, in what the Obamas once boasted would be the “fundamental transformation” of America into something unrecognizable by its Founders. But what they gave us was nihilism—the destruction of norms, laws, and customs. There is no border, no criminal justice system, no real president any more.

The America-Last Biden administration is reportedly allowing hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants to request flights over the southern border and directly into the United States. The Biden administration has been trying to hide the true scope of the illegal alien invasion of our country through the CBP (Customs and Border Protection) One program. As I previously explained, hundreds of thousands of migrants every year can apply for a pseudo-legitimization through the CBP One app, meaning that the Biden administration was claiming a reduction in illegal crossings by the simple expedient of labeling many thousands of barely-vetted illegals legitimate. But that’s not the only disturbing aspect of the CBP One program.
