Federal prosecutors are probing whether Tesla’s company resources were used to supply personal benefits to CEO Elon Musk as early as 2017, farther back then previously known, according to people familiar with the investigation who also said prosecutors have made allusions to the involvement of a grand jury—indicating potential criminal charges, the Wall Street Journal reported. KEY FACTS
Prosecutors have reportedly broadened their probe to include transactions between Tesla and other Musk-connected entities and whether any perks Musk received were properly reported according to SEC regulations.

Musk interfered with their crooked Twitter schemes, so the DoJ criminal class is angry and desperate to invent, create or find any sort of a way to beat him to death with their "laws"....legal or illegal makes not difference to these evil men and women.

He should have known better than to buy Twitter and interfere with the canceling of conservative viewpoints. Such behavior will not be tolerated.

No towing the Democrat line, no UAW at Tesla, releases the "twitter files" relating to collusion with the media to suppress negative information about the Covid vaccine and but spreading positive propaganda about the Biden administration efforts with Covid, allowing free speech on Twitter (X).... What else would one expect of the current DOJ / Biden administration?

The Bolsheviks who run the country have no tolerance for a free thinker like Elon Musk.
Elon should come straight out and embrace MAGA.

You know that the Dems are not really serious about their electric car mandates when they are searching for any reason to jail the very man who had led and is the only reason there is a glimmer of hope of reaching their EV goals.

We have bigger fish to fry than Elon Musk getting perks as the CEO of a company. Let's look at the people running our government on the take in return for special treatment to their benefactors.

The Clintons only have their millions today because they took money intended for charity. That, or from selling classified secrets via an unsecured server, but they are committed democrats, so nevermind.

You would think that with the resources available to some of these DOJ political targets, that some of the bureaucrats responsible would start having amazingly coincidental terminal accidents right and left.. Falling in the bathtub, falling down stairs, heart attacks, stepping in front of buses or subways, suicides without notes, missing the curve on a road at night, falling off buildings. I wonder if the TLAs and the Clintonistas have already bought up all the really skilled assassins.

Uh-Oh..... it looks like Elon stepped off the Democ'RAT Plantation.
Now he begins to get 'The Treatment'.
I wonder..... how long before they begin the serial 'sex assault' charges against Elon?
After all, that's their 'go-to' method to try to ruin anyone who opposes them, even a little, politically.
The tried it with Justice Clarence Thomas,
They tried it with Justice Kavanaugh,
They tried it -and are still using it- against Donald Trump,
They tried it against one of their own, Governor Andrew Cuomo of NY,
They even tried it against law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz.
When will they use it against Elon Musk?
I guess we have to wait and see.
But it's coming.

The corrupt democrats and RINOs who are currently running our Banana Republic along with their media presstitutes sure are hopping mad that Musk took away one of THEIR methods of mis-dis-information. All viewpoints against the regime will not be tolerated. Therefore, Musk will get the Trump Treatment so look forward to women coming out of the woodwork with claims of sexual harassment. That's just for starters.
