A federal judge on Wednesday ruled that Donald Trump is civilly liable for defamatory statements he made about writer E. Jean Carroll in 2019 when she went public with claims he had raped her decades earlier.
Judge Lewis Kaplan, as part of that ruling, said the upcoming trial for Carroll's lawsuit against Trump will only deal with the question of how much the former president should pay her in monetary damages for defaming her. Normally, a jury would determine at trial whether a defendant is liable for civil damages claimed by a plaintiff.
But Kaplan found that Carroll was entitled to a partial summary judgment

From what I've read about this, the woman was in a fancy dress shop, in the dressing room, and Trump supposedly barged in, went to the dressing room, and raped her. Just another made up lie by anti-Trumpers.

It was a consensual rape, you see. Therefore "GUILTY!" Off with his head!! I guess the crazy lady with the freshly tattooed lips, looking like a meth head version of pippy longstockings, was right in another way when she carried Trump's head around like Lady MacBeth in a pay toilet waiting area.

Why is a federal judge involved in this lawsuit? All these so-called unelected Federal Judges are interfering at every local, state level on how we want to live our lives as free citizens. This bone hag Carroll is full of you know what and yet all these judges side with her lies.

#1 Bergdorf Goodman Is a very high end department store located on 5th Avenue , NYC. The ladies department is upstairs. When Ms Carroll was talking about the store she got the layout all wrong. She's a liar . But we all knew that. By the way, accusing someone of rape is defamatory.

Didn't this "lady" take advantage of a "bill of attainder," a law that the State of New York passes to reinstate any "statute of limitations," aimed primarily at Mr Trump?
A bill of attainder is a piece of legislation that declares a party is guilty of a crime. Bills of attainder allow the government to punish a party for a perceived crime without first going through the trial process.
In the United States, bills of attainder are unconstitutional as stated in Article 1 Section 9 and Article 1 Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution. Article 9 prohibits federal bills of attainder and Article 10 prohibits bills of attainder by the states. The constitutional ban on bills of attainder works to uphold separation of powers principles by preventing Congress from assuming the functions of the judicial branch.
Courts have adopted a three-part test to determine if a law functions as a bill of attainder:
The law inflicts punishment.
The law targets specific named or identifiable individuals or groups.
Those individuals or groups would otherwise have judicial protections.

Her whole LIFE is a Lie, she has worked for the last 20+ years as a "Relationship" expert, and columnist, though in her court arguments for "Damages" she insists that she has had ZERO relationships since the day in question...not even any dates. Same judge threw out Trumps counter claim of Defamation, because she insists upon continuing to call him a "Rapist" even though he was "found innocent" of that crime.

Sadly, there's no justice until you get to the Supreme Court. Changing any law's Statutes of Limitation just to go after Political Opponents is a deadly game.

You have to wonder how many Marxists are in leadership positions in our country. I'd guess quite a few; I read that the President of the American Library Association is a Marxist. I wonder how many of the leaders in our Teachers' Unions are Marxists? Again, I bet not a small number. It seems, in many instances, including our court systems, that there are too many involved who have no love of our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, or our country.

Reminder, President Trump was a private citizen at the time this alleged incident occurred. As informational, excerpts from news articles:
~ When asked by Mr. Trump’s attorney why Ms. Carroll did not scream, she “testily” said she didn’t need an excuse for not screaming, that she was a fighter not a screamer, and in too much of a panic to scream. / Informational: Science indicates that screaming can be a reaction to danger, fear, or rage; basically, a survival mechanism.
~ Allegedly, Mr. Trump “repeatedly banged her head against the wall”. / It would seem that such a sound coming from a dressing room would be met with customers in other dressing rooms and/or sales staff being drawn to the noise to learn the reason for it.
~ Mr. Trump’s attorney questioned Ms. Carroll about eventually fighting Mr. Trump off while wearing 4-inch heels and not letting go of her purse, as well as why she didn’t seek help from anyone in the store “as she allegedly fled by riding six flights down an escalator, didn’t ask about security video and didn’t seek medical attention or call police.” / Ms. Carroll said she can dance backwards and forwards in 4-inch heels; Mr. Trump’s attorney responded, “You’re not dancing at this time.”
~ On his Truth Social platform, President Trump said the case was "a made up SCAM" and alluded to a DNA issue that Judge Lewis A. Kaplan has barred from the trial.
In her book, “What Do We Need Men For: A Modest Proposal” written in 2019, Ms. Carroll accused Les Moonves (CBS Corporation executive) and Donald Trump as having sexually assaulted her in the mid-1990s. She was one of 13 women accusing Les Moonves of sexual assault in 2019; Les Moonves and President Trump deny her allegations.
There is One knowing the truth and is the Ultimate Judge. There is one mortal defending his version of the truth that may be blunt, but to the point. “If you are out to describe the truth, leave elegance to the tailor.” ~ Albert Einstein

E. Jean had the day of the week and the time of the alleged assault in the upscale women’s dressing room but NOT the year. Without a year, how could one check calendars to determine where you were? And, if she was indeed assaulted in the dressing room, why didn’t she file a police report at the time and more importantly, sue the department store over lack of security? Finally, how does Trump prove he didn’t assault her? There were no security cameras, no witnesses in a generally crowded Manhattan store and no police investigation of the incident.
Ah, but the possibility of riches makes the story true.

#25~ Expressed that same sentiment to another “deplorable” last evening. Considering eight years of unrelenting hateful and irrational assaults on this man, the ripple effect on his family, and most recently the threat of shooting President Trump and his youngest son Barron “straight in the face” by a Chicago woman makes for a very serious reality check on behalf of the safety of President Trump and his family. May our Lord watch over, be with, guide, strengthen and keep President Trump and his family safe. May they be surrounded by God’s holy angels.

The liberals and Democrats should be really concerned because what goes around could very well come around. After all, I guess many years later you can accuse someone of rape and not even have to go to a trial so someone can prove their innocence. I bet, just alone, there are some step-daughters that have a lot to tell. Maybe now E. Jean Carroll proves you can just sue someone in a civil case, win, and reap the benefits. No need for a trial so she sets the stage. . .
