Karine Jean-Pierre Gives Laughable Excuse
for Biden Walking Out of Medal of Honor Ceremony

Does Karine Jean-Pierre think you are stupid? It certainly seems that way after the White House press secretary delivered a laughable excuse for Joe Biden's early exit from a Medal of Honor ceremony on Tuesday. As RedState reported, the ceremony was being held to honor U.S. Army Cpt. Larry Taylor, who heroically served as a helicopter pilot during the Vietnam War. Everything started off normal enough, even if Biden's salute was a little clumsy. Attendees were left confused, though, after the president suddenly bolted from the stage (Snip) According to Jean-Pierre, that was "done on purpose." What was the reason? According to her, the president wanted to limit

Biden's salute was a little clumsy because never at any time did the man offer himself in service to his country. He is a draft-dodger, an artful dodger and an incompetent old codger of first rank. I'd applaud if he had tried only to achieve 4F status. But no. He couldn't even do that. The press spokesperson is likely doing the best she can. She was Obama's pick for the job. She's cute, got to give her that, and she dresses well. (I could too, on that salary.) How long, O Lord, how long??

It's one of the defining photos in the history of the White House. A tense Barack Obama leans forward and stares at the screen showing every heart-stopping moment of the Navy SEAL raid on 9/11 mastermind Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan. Moments later, the room erupts as military commanders confirm the Al Qaeda leader has been shot and killed - and May 1, 2011, becomes a day America will never forget. Now, that conference room has been removed as part of a $ 50 million makeover to the secretive Situation Room in the West Wing basement.
