A woman has filed a lawsuit against a Virginia school district alleging its clandestine support of her daughter’s decision to change her gender identity resulted in her being threatened, bullied, and ultimately trafficked by sexual predators. Michele Blair, biological grandmother and adoptive mother of 16-year-old Sage Blair, alleges in the lawsuit (pdf) filed in August that staff at the Appomattox County High School directed Sage—who has a history of mental health issues and early childhood trauma—to change her name and pronouns and to use the boys' bathroom, all the while keeping it a secret from Mrs. Blair.

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) released an urgent consumer notification that Citgo fuel services from the Port of Tampa accidentally mixed Diesel Fuel into gasoline tanker trucks that offloaded product at gas pumps in Tampa, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and other areas. The first two co-defendants of former President Donald Trump have been booked into the Fulton County Jail in Georgia, online records show.
Scott Hall, a bail bondsman who is accused of conspiring to illegally access voting machines in Georgia’s Coffee County in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, was booked on Aug. 22.
Another co-defendant, former Trump attorney John Eastman, also was booked into jail, records show.

At least seven prosecutors in the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office reportedly donated to Democrats during the Hunter Biden probe, raising concerns of partisanship and preferential treatment.
As scrutiny mounts on Special Counsel David Weiss, who serves as U.S. Attorney for Delaware and agreed to a sweetheart plea deal with Hunter Biden after five years of investigation, a Washington Examiner analysis found that at least seven prosecutors in Weiss’s office donated to Democrats.
Not one prosecutor donated to a Republican, the analysis revealed.
The partisan donations come as many within the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office appear to have deep ties to the Bidens.

The government sought 33 years life in federal prison for Rehl, the head of the Philadelphia chapter of the Proud Boys, for “his role in the Capitol riot.”
Rehl committed no violent crimes on January 6. He walked through the Capitol building on January 6 for merely a few minutes, took a selfie in the building then left the Capitol grounds.
Prosecutors argue the 37-year-old Marine Corps veteran
President Joe Biden defended Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) following his freeze at a Kentucky press gaggle on Wednesday and said he expects McConnell “to get back to his old self.”
During his visit to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) headquarters in Washington, DC, on Thursday, a reporter asked Biden if he had spoken with McConnell.
“He’s a friend, and I spoke to him today, and, you know, he was his old self on the telephone,” Biden said. He noted McConnell’s concussion from earlier in the year, which sidelined him for nearly six weeks, and said the episode is “part of the recovery.”
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is now threatening defendants in Trump’s RICO case because she is not prepared for trial.
Earlier this month Fani Willis hit President Trump and 18 others with RICO and conspiracy charges for daring to challenge the 2020 election.
A Fulton County grand jury returned a 41-count indictment which included RICO and conspiracy charges against Trump.
There are 30 unidentified unindicted co-conspirators.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy made clear to Breitbart News on Friday that if House Republicans move forward with an impeachment inquiry into Democrat President Joe Biden, the move would come not as an announcement from him or anyone else, but from a formal vote on the floor of the House.

Former President Donald Trump’s criminal trial in Fulton County, Georgia, will be televised and live-streamed on the internet, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee announced Thursday.
McAfee will also allow reporters to use their computers and cell phones inside the courtroom so long as they are not used to record the trial. McAfee’s announcement is aligned with Fulton County policy that broadcasts judicial proceedings on its YouTube channel.
No trial date has been set in Trump’s Georgia case. Georgia’s rules are the opposite of those in New York and the federal court system, where Trump faces three other criminal cases. Cameras are not permitted
