Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) stood by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and dismissed Republican calls to impeach Willis over her 41-count indictment against former President Donald Trump and 18 others.
Kemp dismissed calls to impeach Willis as “political theater” during a press conference on Thursday. In mid-August, Georgia state Sen. Colton Moore (R) announced an initiative to begin an emergency session to investigate Willis, as Breitbart News exclusively reported.
“As a Georgia State Senator, I am officially calling for an emergency session to review the actions of Fani Willis,” Moore said. “America is under attack.

FTA: “ Up to this point, I have not seen any evidence that D.A. Willis’ actions or lack thereof, warrant action by the prosecuting attorney oversight commission.” ~ Gov. Kemp
Those in the Republican Party who are anti-Trump certainly have thrown in with the dark side. They cannot see anything but their vicious hatred for one man. What about the people of Georgia? What do they think about all of this? I haven’t seen one poll on this subject.

This guy is a total dumpster fire of a Governor. He's just a modern incarnation of the Georgia "good old boy" club that has dominated State politics since slavery was in vogue.

It came out back in 2020 that Gov. Kemp was compromised with Chinese money, him and his AG both. They both impeded attempts to look into election fraud in a state Biden won by a razor thin margin.

Governor Kemp should also be on the impeachment list. He covered the theft of the Georgia 2020 election and he is now covering for a corrupt Soros DA.

Of course he does. It's always been readily apparent that Kemp is knee-deep in the conspiracy to get Trump out of the White House. As an Establishment Republican he willingly plays Sgt Schultz and pretends to see nothing as the DemocRat Stasi thugs rape and pillage the Constitution.

Kemp recently attended an event with Karl Rove and John Boehner. They are working with other establishment republicans, to make sure that DeSantis tops Trump in the 24 GA primary. They realize they can't accomplish this through the voting booth, so they support those who are trying to remove DJT via the courts.

Except Gov. Kemp, DA Willis has spent untold millions in tax dollars and public resources going after Trump and the others for simply expressing their opinions of the vote counting in Georgia Nov 2020. Meanwhile, she and the sheriff of the Fulton County jail continue to violate the Constitutional rights of, dare I say, mostly black men being held in that jail and the strong black woman just doesn't seem to care about them.

No surprise here. Kemp facilitated the stealing of the 2020 election in Georgia. Meanwhile, Clay and Buck - the most unworthy heirs to Rush imaginable - recommend Kemp as a top choice for Trump’s VP.

Maybe Trump wasn’t smart to trash Kemp after 2020 then foolishly attempt to primary him with Purdue, the dud who lost his senate seat in 2020. Kemp wiped out Purdue and went on overwhelmingly to win the governorship in 2022. Sadly politics is too often personal.
Kemp is the a epitome of a weak Republican. He, along with the Secretary of State, are complicit in the theft that happened in 2020. Still, Trump could use all the allies he can get but he continues to burn bridges. Not smart.

My bet is that they will eventually find out that Kemp is neck deep in the corruption and election rigging in Georgia, and is worried most about himself getting put in prison.

#1~ “What about the people of Georgia?” / An article posted on August 15th written by Sundance indicates Georgia Republicans consider voters irrelevant, that “voters are not part of the RNC/DNC construct” and that “Georgia and Texas are closed party states.” Indeed, the question of what the people of Georgia think about this would be appropriate and most welcome. If any Ldotters reside in Georgia or have knowledge of what Republican voters in Georgia think or know about the goings-on, their comments would be most welcome.

Gov toxin is no committed leader. he takes $$, and plays lord of misrule over a bedlam of crooked and demonic pols.
He populates his gov't with these dirtbags so that he may rule , however wretchedly, as long as the $ is there.
Being cowardly, he is tied to the apron strings of scheming surrogates. He cannot be rid of them and stand, himself alone,
in the centre of the fever swamp.
But he is the one who must be brought to book. Antifanny would slouch off--hopefully to her own filthy jail.
Self promoters like MTG should see her lightweight claims of impeaching Bidiot require the opposite:
his malignant surrogates should be the first to be impeached.

Maybe she has hinted at looking at Kemp's sudden lack of debt shortly after election? There is something really shady about how Kemp had several millions in debt pre-election, then miraculously has no debt post election. Kemp needs to be investigated.
