A federal judge granted a preliminary injunction on Thursday night halting the enforcement of Illinois's new law targeting crisis pregnancy centers, sparking further tension in one of the few states in the Midwest where abortion faces few restrictions. "This is a huge win for women and their families seeking assistance for an unplanned pregnancy, many of whom have nowhere else to go for help," said the plaintiff in the case, Thomas Glessner, president of the National Institute of Family Life Advocates. (snip) Johnston was appointed to the federal bench by then-President Donald Trump and was confirmed by the Senate in September 2020.

What is the criteria that qualifies people, or groups of people, to determine what is disinformation? Seems we had entire goobernment agencies scream at us that facts that contradicted the Democrat Party official declarations on Covid have since been proved, right! Thus the disinformation was from the goobernment & Democrat Party, not the people. I do not trust any medical society when it comes to 'disinformation'. Science has facts. Science has unknowns. But the 1st Amendment is very clear. The first thing in the 1st Amendment was freedom of religion! Not the OB societies disinformation to crush the 1st amendment.

Crisis pregnancy center sounds so much better than calling it an abortion clinic. Could they be anymore dishonest?

Poster #2: From the article: "Crisis pregnancy centers are typically faith-based groups that provide certain medical and supportive services for women with unplanned pregnancies." The crisis pregnancy center in my area provides support to expectant and young mothers, all without taxpayer money.

The law would have allowed the state to perpetually harass Pregnancy Aid Clinics (PAC) until they gave up and went out of business. Just like they are doing to Trump.

Efforts at indoctrination have landed the Medical Board of California with a lawsuit as one black doctor put her career on the line over a “racist” mandate. Last year, activists in Mississippi began an effort to prevent the state’s Secretary of State from enforcing a provision in the state constitution that permanently prohibits people convicted of certain felonies from voting. Republican Attorney General Lynn Fitch rejected the request and the matter was sent to the courts. Yesterday, a three-judge panel from the Fith Circuit Court ruled in favor of the activists and ordered Fitch to stop enforcing the rule because they declared that it violates the cruel and unusual punishment clause in the federal Constitution.

A Florida State University professor has been fired for “faking data” to prove that the legacy of lynching “makes whites want longer sentences for blacks” as part of his long-running work on “systemic racism.” Six of the professor’s studies have since been retracted. Florida State criminology professor Eric Stewart, who claimed that “systemic racism” infests America’s police and American society, is now out of a job after nearly 20 years of his data was called into question, according to a report by the New York Post.

Former President Barack Obama once wrote that he fantasized about having sexual relations with other men, biographer David Garrow said in an interview published on Wednesday. The former president expressed his fantasies in a letter to a girlfriend at the time, Garrow told Tablet magazine in the interview. That letter has been redacted and is currently in the possession of Emory University, according to Garrow. The ex-girlfriend provided a copy of the letter, but had redacted one paragraph, Garrow told Tablet, who said she revealed the paragraph was about “homosexuality.”

First son Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer told lawmakers this week that Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings brought the political scion onto its board so that “people would be intimidated to mess with them … legally.” Archer also revealed that then-Vice President Joe Biden met twice with his son’s shady post-Soviet business partners at DC’s Café Milano, not once as previously reported, according to the transcript of a four-hour deposition released Thursday by the House Oversight Committee. These and other revelations blow new holes in President Biden’s claim that he never discussed business with his now-53-year-old son — as House Republicans move closer to launching an impeachment inquiry.

Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s best friend in business, partially corroborated prior IRS whistleblower testimony about the means by which Hunter Biden evaded paying taxes on money received from Burisma Holdings. As Breitbart News reported, the IRS whistleblower alleged Hunter Biden received the money from Burisma through a Chinese firm run by the Biden family business. Instead of reporting the money as income and paying taxes, the Chinese firm, operated by the Biden family business, allegedly loaned the money to Hunter Biden.

Joe Biden attended a dinner with Burisma executive Vadim Pozharskyi at Cafe Milano in Washington D.C. around April 2015 to talk about the World Food Programme, Archer testified Monday. “[T]urn your attention now to spring of 2015, dinner at Cafe Milano, where I believe Vice President Biden attended as well. Can you tell us about that dinner? Who was there?” the committee asked Archer. “Yes, Vice President Biden did attend,” Archer said.

And they further reiterate that there is no evidence for fraud. There's no evidence widespread fraud affected the outcome of the 2020 election, but Trump and allies have spent years undercutting the election's legitimacy. Wow! It must be so. The main stream media assure us that the election was honest. Yet one third of Americans still believe the election was a fraud. I am shocked, shocked. Anyone who questions the election result is called a fascist or subjected to a lawsuit or prosecution.
