Breaking: DC Judge Refuses to Force DOJ

Obstruction of Hunter Biden Prosecution

Back in March, The Heritage Foundation requested documents from the DOJ using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regarding the government’s investigation of Hunter Biden. Unsurprisingly, the DOJ refused. Then, on June 20th, after several years of government investigations, Hunter Biden was charged with multiple, watered-down offenses. The charges were so weak they created a presumption of corruption at the DOJ. This was doubly true because it was announced that Hunter would be pleading out to the joke charges on July 26, 2023, in a rapid fire, “nothing to see here” prosecution.

Well, it wouldn't really matter if this black-robed judiciarch had decided the opposite, because Garland wouldn't do it anyway: The 0'Biden regime ignores every court decision that goes against them, and no one has the guts or the ability to enforce the decisions. In the end, all these attempts to get at the truth only succeed in one thing: The lawyers for 'both sides' get richer.

If you want fair judges, you need to go to a different jurisdiction. You know, like North Korea, China, Iran, Cuba, or Venezuela.

Trump Warns Democrats About Sending Him

Former President Trump is warning Democrats that the implications of sending him to prison would be for the extremist party, saying it would be very dangerous. During an interview on The Simon Conway Show, Trump was asked how his massive group of supporters would react if the 45th president were behind bars at the hands of the Left’s politically motivated scheme— sparked by Special Counsel Jack Smith. “I think it’s a very dangerous thing to even talk about,” Trump added, “because we do have a tremendously passionate group of voters, much more passion than they had in 2020 and much more passion than in 2016.

Kamala Harris recently came out with another shocking statement, and one that made it clear just where progressives stand on euthanasia, the right to life, and related issues. On July 14, speaking at Coppin State University in Baltimore, Harris said that "when we invest in clean energy and electric vehicles and reduce population, more of our children can breathe clean air and drink clean water." The White House labeled Harris' statement a slip of the tongue, hours after Harris showed no indication of its being so. Based on her own lack of awareness, we can infer that she meant what she said.

The Biden first family seems determined to confirm every stereotype of their antisocial behavior—to the point of dysfunctionality. During the 2020 campaign at least eight women alleged that then presidential candidate Joe Biden in the past had serially and improperly touched, kissed or grabbed them. One, Tara Reade alleged she was sexually assaulted by Biden, who denied the charge. Yet Biden himself finally was forced to apologize for some of his behavior. Or as he said at the time, “I get it.” He claimed that he would no longer improperly invade the “private space” of women and had meant no harm.

The public face of our military is Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. Incompetent and corrupt best describe him. He is a shameless self-serving political hack, a former four-star general who now goes to work in a suit. Defense Secretary Austin was humiliated on the world stage by the Chinese Communist Party recently. He sought a meeting at an annual security forum in Singapore with his Chinese counterpart Li Shangfu, China’s new defense minister. From the Pentagon: “Overnight, the PRC (People’s Republic of China) informed the U.S. that they have declined our early May invitation for Secretary Austin to meet with PRC

Portland, Oregon, appears to have a serial killer on its hands, and the murderer’s biggest accomplice may be the governor who let him out of prison early. Before she left office, Governor Kate Brown commuted the sentences of people in prison who behaved well while under lock and key. She released others who she were near the end of their sentences, and chose to shorten the “sentences of 912 nonviolent inmates at risk of contracting COVID, granted 130 pardons, cleared death row, and wiped away cannabis possession convictions of nearly 50,000 people,” Willamette Week reported.

The consequences of avoiding reality are killing us … literally! American leaders and policy makers in the 21st century should have paid attention to the profound wisdom put forth by Ayn Rand in the last Millennium: “You can avoid reality, but you cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding reality.” It pinpoints the basis for countless problems in America run by Democrats in recent years, clarifying why they occurred. Consider the following illustrations: 1. “You can avoid [the brain-dead] reality” of funding coronavirus gain-of-function research in a communist country whose long-term goal is to destroy you, “but you cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding [that] reality.”

Speaking at Turning Point USA’s ACTCON convention this past weekend, Roger Stone predicted that Michelle Obama will be the Democrat party’s nominee for president. He may be right. I certainly wouldn’t discount her being on the ballot or actually winning. Here’s Stone’s tweet with the video showing him making that prediction: Predicting the future is a notoriously tricky business, but I think that Stone’s prediction is at least plausible based on the known facts. In the short term, getting Biden out and Kamala in is reasonable on its face. Biden is degrading with exponential speed. It’s fine to keep him propped up in office to sign the necessary executive orders to advance

Hollywood once supported America and family values; it’s now antithetical to them. This means that many Americans are rooting for its collapse during a writers’ and actors’ strike over an industry change as significant and destructive as the advent of the car was to carriage makers. I’m a huge fan of pre-1960s movies, and I know a fair amount about the history of Hollywood. In Hollywood’s early years, the executives behind it were almost entirely Jewish immigrants who found a niche in a brand-new industry and filled it.

For a time they seemed to have been correct. But there is a pattern to their encounters with the Russian army that is germane to the current Ukrainian offensive. In 1707, Swedish King Charles XII appeared like he could successfully invade Russia in the manner that he had defeated Russian armies.

Public schools (I prefer the term “government schools”) in Democrat-run cities have become a racket, plundering taxpayers’ funds and failing to deliver even a minimally acceptable education. The fact that Americans spend more on their government schools than any other country, and yet our students place near the bottom of standardized achievement tests is all the proof that one needs. We are being cheated on a massive scale, and the future of the nation is in peril when large numbers of children, mostly but not exclusively minorities, are being condemned to law pay and social status because they are so innumerate and illiterate.

Donald Trump’s favorability among Republican and Republican-leaning voters has fallen from 75 percent in July 2022 to 66 percent in July 2023, according to a new Pew poll. Conversely, while only 24 percent of Republican voters surveyed thought of Trump unfavorably in July 2022, that is now up to 32 percent in the latest poll. Among the broader voting public, the former president’s unfavorability has remained largely stable. Whereas 60 percent of Americans did not hold a strong opinion of him in July 2022, today, that is only 63 percent following his legal woes. Trump’s favorability ratings place him in a similar league with President Joe Biden, who went from 43

The Justice Department has said it plans to sue Texas if the state doesn’t remove the 1,000-foot floating barrier it placed in the Rio Grande river in a bid to deter illegal immigrants from crossing the US border. The threat of legal action was made in a letter sent to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott by the Biden administration on Thursday. The barrier of wrecking ball-sized buoys, which was strung up earlier this month near the border town of Eagle Pass, was “unlawful” and violated federal law, the letter charged. “The State of Texas’s actions violate federal law, raise humanitarian concerns, present serious risks to public safety
