You have no choice but Trump

Original Article

A year ago, Matt K. Lewis, a Senior Columnist at the Daily Beast, did a column of concern trolling called, “‘Anybody but Trump’ Is the Only Way Forward for the GOP.” Lewis wrote, “The GOP’s never been closer to moving on from Donald Trump. “The Jan 6. Committee hearings, coupled with Trump’s mixed record of midterm primary endorsements, have left the 45th president bloodied and bruised even in the eyes of loyal Republican voters. And that’s generating speculation that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis may eventually supplant Trump as the party’s standard bearer.” (Snip) The second question is this: Is Donald Trump a uniquely dangerous person?

Comments:

His point is that abandoning Trump now means acceptance of every illegal and evil action taken against him. I think that's right. It's only Trump who is capable of taking on the enemies of our country, internal and external. And even with Trump, of course that's not guaranteed, but no one else even comes close, for innate reasons or being compromised. Some of the would-be presidents don't even recognize the threat.

The Republicans "moved on" from Reagan, the best president America had seen, rather than stand firm with his immensely successful policies and how did that work out for them? Now they want to do the same with Trump, another amazingly successful president. If they really wanted to win elections and do well for the country they would stand shoulder to shoulder with Trump and tell the Democrats to go pound sand.

You can reject, hammer, and tell Democrats to ‘pound sand’ to your heart’s content. Are these prosecutions political? Of course. Are they going to successfully stop Trump? Yes. Descending on Washington with pitchforks or AR15’s won’t stop them. If Trump is miraculously the nominee I would vote for him. But I have spent all of my many adult years standing for principles I believe in and I won’t sit out an election and hand it to Democrats to show everyone how angry I am. Your enemies will be elated.

Trump is the best warrior we have against the treachery of the Deep State. The problem I worry over is whether, if he wins, he can enlist and appoint equally valiant warriors to staff his government. Trump cannot do it alone. I think many accomplished individuals will be reluctant to join his government for fear that they will be hounded by the FBI and Dem Congressional committees both during and after their service. Trump is a multi-billionaire who can pay attorneys to represent him 'til Doomsday. Few others have the will to fight their way to bankruptcy to pay $1,000-an-hour Washington attorneys to defend themselves.

The sucker Repubs let the Dems divide us because "He's not the best possible candidate". The perfect is the enemy of the good. There ARE NO perfect candidates, EVER. There are 'the best choice available' and a bunch of losers. And, once again, a huge slice of "conservatives" will vote for some losers because the best actual candidate is imperfect and they cannot abide imperfection....but they can bide enslavement, apparently.

The article is based in logical thinking. This will not sway any anti-trumpers because they're are not logical they're emotional. They think like democrats, their vision of a great candidate is one who will lose graciously and never offend their opponents. They rather watch the country go down the drain than vote for Trump because he insulted for Rosie O'Donnell.

I don't need any other choice than Trump. The democrats have made war on Trump since the day he was Inaugurated. They didn't like him because he wasn't one of them .That's his biggest qualification. Career Politicians are the bane of our country. The most destructive force to a civilized nation. They destroyed Rome and they will destroy the United States.

Surber provides a solid defense of Ron DeSantis' take on this - in sharp contrast to the calumny pumped out by "Sundance". If Trump wins the nomination going away, as so many predict, he will have the full support of everyone who understands what is at stake in the 2024 election. In the meantime Those of us who believe that another candidate might run a stronger race against the Dems are not traitors or "losers". We will be there at crunch time. The real question is, will hardcore Trump supporters be there if someone else, say DeSantis, wins the nomination fair & square?

Only way Trump would be stopped would be if some DemoRAT operative takes a shot at him. Don't think DemoRATS aren't thinking of that - one Congress critter (I think it was Stacey E. Plaskett, Virgin Islands) had a Freudian slip alluding to that.

War Measures To Bar Trump From The Presidency

At long last, wake up and notice the moment. Hear the argument. Anti-Trump legal scholars have been arguing that the third clause of the 14th Amendment, a post-Civil War measure barring Confederates from holding public office after participating in an insurrection, can be used against Donald Trump. Attaching a broken boxcar to the back of this moving train, an Aug. 25 essay at Politico casually compares the case for 14th Amendment disqualification from the presidency to the disqualification of southern congressmen during the Civil War.

This is the third in an August series about the loose association of monsters trying to affect one world government, or fascism with a smiley face. In this essay, I draw together the evidence that from the 60’s on, their goal was to break the children of three generations, (ending with gender reassignment surgery), destroy their minds, stunt their futures, ruin their families, attempt to persuade them that having children was bad, and that growth, prosperity and self-government was impossible, even destructive. From the Kennedy assassination onwards, a series of horrifying events was engineered to destabilize American culture and confidence. From military and hospital laboratories all over the US and

Wherever we drive nowadays, we see electric vehicles (EVs) amid the normal internal combustion cars and hybrids. (Snip) The modern Left has a dream – that soon, very soon, every vehicle in the world will be electric, running on a heavy, cobalt-laden, lithium battery that needs to be charged up somewhere with electricity derived from an out-of-sight coal plant. The EV’s current average, we are told, is eight hours to a “full charge,” whatever that means. It might be a couple hundred miles, maybe less, maybe more. Some chargers charge faster, some vehicles take longer. We rarely see the EVs charging up while we fill our normal cars

On July 7, 1919, the U.S. Army embarked on an experiment: It sent a motorized convoy of 81 trucks, staff cars, and scout motorcycles across the country, in part to see how it would go and in part to argue for a system of national roads. It took them 62 days to drive from Washington, D.C. to San Francisco. The convoy more or less traveled the route of the Lincoln Highway, a mostly aspirational national road assembled by a private organization funded by car and tire companies. The bill, which is not likely to pass, was introduced by Rep. Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) and cosponsored by Reps. Matt Rosendale (R-Mont.) and Byron Donalds (R-Fla.). Ogles said the bill is an attempt to exert authority over the District as Republicans focus on crime policy. Normalcy meant reining in federal spending, and Harding established what became the Office of Management and Budget in the White House. Normalcy also meant a restoration of civil liberties. Wilson’s administration jailed critics of the war, including socialist leader Eugene V. Debs, who ran for president in 1920 while serving a 10-year prison term. Most priests support a change to allow gay couples to get married in church, with 53.4 percent in favor and 36.5 percent opposed, revealed the survey, which assessed responses from 1,200 active Anglican priests. The Church of England currently allows blessings for gay couples but only permits church weddings between a man and a woman.
