House Speaker Kevin McCarthy told Breitbart News exclusively on Tuesday that he believes former President Donald Trump is “stronger today than he was in 2016.” “As usual, the media is attempting to drive a wedge between President Trump and House Republicans as our committees are holding Biden’s DOJ accountable for their two-tiered levels of justice,” McCarthy said in a brief conversation with Breitbart News on Tuesday. “The only reason Biden is using his weaponized federal government to go after President Trump is because he is Biden’s strongest political opponent, as polling continues to show.” McCarthy pointed to polls released on Tuesday from Morning Consult which show,

But the Democrats voter fraud machine is stronger today than it was in 2016, and as best I can tell the Republicans have done squat all to counter it.

Despite the efforts of Sundance and others to drive a wedge between Trump and his current chosen political party, the GOP, Trump and McCarthy have generally supported one another, especially since the GOP took over the House in 2022. Trump came out early in favor of McCarthy for speaker, despite of the push back from the Freedom Caucus. Is every word out of McCarthy's mouth perfect? No, but that is no different than Trump. As far as voter fraud; it is already illegal. Should McCarthy and the Republican House majority write a House Bill, to the effect of, "we really, really mean it; voter fraud is illegal?" In 2020, Trump saw the fraud coming but didn't have an AG in place who would have enforced existing law. Losing the House in '18, didn't help the GOP to effectively block democrat cheating in '20. Without the Senate and the presidency, much of what the House could put in stronger voting legislation would never make it into public law. The AG and Justice Department are both subordinate to the president. The supposed "independence" of Main Justice is a myth. Our Constitution vests all Executive power, including enforcement of our nation's laws in the president, who may delegate certain powers of his/her choosing. Don't think for one minute that Biden is not driving the decisions of Garland or that Garland's every move isn't intended to benefit Biden.

As RedState reported earlier, the United States Supreme Court ruled in a 6-3 vote Thursday that the race-based college admissions processes used by Harvard and the University of North Carolina (UNC) violate the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause, effectively striking down the use of affirmative action programs in college admissions. In Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s dissenting opinion in the UNC case, Jackson, who was nominated by President Joe Biden to the Supreme Court in part based on a campaign promise to nominate a black woman, accused the court’s conservative majority of “let-them-eat-cake obliviousness,” proclaiming that the Justices “detached” themselves from “this country’s actual past and present experiences,”

Joe Biden's slew of regulations implemented over the course of his two-and-a-half years running the country have cost every American household nearly $10,000. If the president continues on his current regulation path and is reelected for a second term in 2024, according to the report from the Committee to Unleash Prosperity, Americans could be slammed with a $60,000 increase in costs by 2028. Meanwhile, estimates from the report found that former President Trump ended up decreasing the cost of Americans by nearly $3,000 per year during his four year term.

President and Fellows of Harvard College, in which a group representing Asian-American students sued Harvard and the University of North Carolina over their affirmative action programs. The court struck down racial preferences in college admissions that could not meet the “strict scrutiny” standards of the Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment.

The Supreme Court has ruled that it is unlawful for colleges and universities to use race as a factor in admissions, overturning rulings from as far back as 1978 that claimed institutions of higher education had a valid interest in promoting racial diversity on campus and could thus give favorable consideration to black and Latino applicants in their admissions process. Two separate decisions were reached in which the nation’s highest court ruled that Harvard University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill engaged in unlawful discriminatory practices based on race that violated the Constitution.
