Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., said he is "not surprised" Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg "had no idea what happened" to cause the FAA debacle that led to grounded U.S. flights early Wednesday, telling "Fox & Friends" host Brian Kilmeade the cluelessness is "consistent" with Buttigieg's record in the role. Comments:

Mayor Pete, formerly of the Metropolis of South Bend, IN (pop. +-130,000) and mother of two, is a total washout in this position. Fire him, let him resign, get him out. Surely Zhou & Co. can find another diversity freak to more adequately fill the position. Or maybe a regular everyday person who knows transportation management?

As pointed out by Juan Brown in this video, it may prove to be similar to what happened to Southwest. The software systems for the aviation industry are very old because its extremely hard and expensive to test new software to prove that it is safe for the public. This has plagued the updating of the ATC and ARTCC radar systems for decades. Here's a link to a good video from a professional pilot that shows just how this type of Federal breakdown impacts each commercial airline. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ib79qWWMOcc&ab_channel=blancolirio

What, we send billions to Ukraine and other foreign entities, but can’t afford to update FAA and other critical flight systems? Booty boy needs to cut the wokeness programs and reroute the funds where really needed. The real problem is, government funding ends up in the bank accounts of elected officials and not in the intended equipment or programs. That’s how they become millionaires and billionaires on $174,000 a year pay.

Is anyone really surprised? What does Pete Buttplug know about our transporation systems? Answer: Nothing! Let's face it, he was given that position because he's GAY. Otherwise, he's just a white male, and the left certainly can't have that! This is what happens when you hire people based on identity, rather than those pesky little things like qualifications, experience, education, credentials, etc. The condition of our country right now is real-time proof that putting unqualified people in important positions results in disaster......and this administration is stacked full of them. Harris the joke VP is another perfect example. The left doesn't care about qualifications, they only care about virtue signaling......and this is what you get, a buttplug and a cackling idiot.

The Arizona Court of Appeals agreed to expedite consideration of Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s lawsuit alleging that the 2022 election was flawed. In a brief order, issued on Jan. 9 and made public the next day, the court ordered a reset of “the matter for conference on February 1, 2023,” and agreed with Lake’s arguments that her challenge should be handled as a “special action petition.” The court date was reportedly scheduled for March. A new and unconstitutional, Orwellian gag-order law took effect on Jan. 1. Titled “Physicians and surgeons: unprofessional conduct,” the law permits the Medical Board of California to discipline doctors who “disseminate” misinformation. It’s an obvious and direct attack on the First Amendment—freedom of speech—as well as the Fifth Amendment, which says an individual cannot be compelled by the government to provide incriminating information about himself, and the Fourteenth Amendment’s equal protection under the laws. This law attempts to mandate a new and undefined standard known as “contemporary scientific consensus” and illegally suppress differing professional opinions counter to this consensus on COVID-19.

Following yet another failure of government control of transportation -- the FAA system debacle -- Pete Buttigieg has been soundly thrashed again for his incompetence. Next, he was AWOL during the railroad strike negotiations and really played no role in brokering a deal. As a matter of fact, he was on vacation in Portugal at the time.
