I have, on several occasions, warned the younger, woke, angry generation that one day, the machine would come for them. And lo and behold, it has. Although I have to admit, I didn’t think it would be this soon. I had given it another 15 years, 10 at best. Man, was I wrong. Because intersectionality works best with a complicated field of eligible candidates with a broad range of grievances, it must also have a steady diet of people to find guilty of the insult du jour. And black men are now on the list of potential offenders. Arizona State University has issued a checklist dealing with Black Male Privilege.

Arizona State University has issued a checklist dealing with Black Male Privilege.
A mother has filed a lawsuit against an Ohio school district after the school nurse’s aide allegedly strip-searched her 8th-grade daughter.
The mother filed a federal lawsuit against the Willoughby-Eastlake Schools Board of Education and three Eastlake School Middle School employees on December 28.
The incident allegedly took place on September 27, when the Eastlake Middle student was asked by another student to put a vape pen in her gym locker. The lawsuit says that the student “begrudgingly agreed.”
ABC News reports, “Just before lunch the same day, the school’s principal Colleen Blaurock pulled the eighth grader out of class and questioned her about the vape pen, according to the lawsuit.”
Big rigs and buses made before 2010 are now banned from operating on California roadways.
The law, which went into effect on New Year’s Day, was part of a set of clean air regulations the California Air Resources Board passed nearly 15 years ago.
According to truck lobbying groups, the new law will prohibit about 10 percent of the commercial motor vehicles that are operating in the state.

A measles outbreak in central Ohio has infected at least 82 children, including 32 who have been hospitalized, according to Columbus Public Health (CPH).
Health officials announced they started investigating the outbreak on November 9 after a child became infected at a childcare facility in Franklin County, where Columbus is located. Within the next few weeks, cases were reported at a mall, a church, and a Dollar Tree. There were only four reported measles cases at the time.
Of those infected, 54 patients are between the ages of one and five, 23 are under one year old, and five are six years and older.

The US House voted for Speaker for the 6th time Wednesday afternoon.
GOP Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) suffered another humiliating loss for the sixth time. Kevin McCarthy has now lost votes since Tuesday and since President Trump’s endorsement. On Wednesday, Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX 2nd District) joined Guy Benshow Show. During the interview, Crenshaw referred to the 20 Republicans challenging the establishment as “terrorists.”
“We cannot let the terrorists win,” Crenshaw said.
Florida Rep. Sandra Pippa woke in a panic in the middle of the night six years ago — anxious her son still wasn’t home from celebrating his 29th birthday.
