A mother has filed a lawsuit against an Ohio school district after the school nurse’s aide allegedly strip-searched her 8th-grade daughter. The mother filed a federal lawsuit against the Willoughby-Eastlake Schools Board of Education and three Eastlake School Middle School employees on December 28. The incident allegedly took place on September 27, when the Eastlake Middle student was asked by another student to put a vape pen in her gym locker. The lawsuit says that the student “begrudgingly agreed.” ABC News reports, “Just before lunch the same day, the school’s principal Colleen Blaurock pulled the eighth grader out of class and questioned her about the vape pen, according to the lawsuit.”

Big rigs and buses made before 2010 are now banned from operating on California roadways. The law, which went into effect on New Year’s Day, was part of a set of clean air regulations the California Air Resources Board passed nearly 15 years ago. According to truck lobbying groups, the new law will prohibit about 10 percent of the commercial motor vehicles that are operating in the state. “The rule applies to diesel vehicles that weigh at least 14,000 pounds. The air resources board said there are an estimated 200,000 vehicles that have yet to comply with the rule just days before the new year, including roughly 70,000 big rig trucks,

A measles outbreak in central Ohio has infected at least 82 children, including 32 who have been hospitalized, according to Columbus Public Health (CPH). Health officials announced they started investigating the outbreak on November 9 after a child became infected at a childcare facility in Franklin County, where Columbus is located. Within the next few weeks, cases were reported at a mall, a church, and a Dollar Tree. There were only four reported measles cases at the time. Of those infected, 54 patients are between the ages of one and five, 23 are under one year old, and five are six years and older.

They have wanted these sensitive documents for years. Donald Trump’s tax returns have been viewed as the Holy Grail of scandal for the Left. It’s the smoking gun they’ve lusted for, and now they came into possession of these documents after a lengthy legal battle between Trump’s lawyers and House Democrats. The Supreme Court failed to intervene after multiple lower courts had ruled against the former president regarding keeping these files under seal. Spencer wrote about it first—and it was a nothing burger. It might have been an even bigger dud than the Russian collusion hoax. Trump’s tax returns from 2015-2020 showed what we all knew about the former president:

We already know how dire the water situation has become in Jackson, Miss. The city’s lack of attention to the water infrastructure, thanks in part to the far-left focus of leadership, has let the city’s residents down, leaving many citizens without clean drinking water. As PJ Media’s own Rick Moran reported back in September, the mayor was too busy chasing radical dreams to actually help his city. Referring to Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba, Rick wrote, “in his attempt to lift the people up, he forgot about the rest of it — the dull, mundane, everyday ordinary business of government. The city is mired in a water crisis

Change is coming to the House of Representatives, with Republicans taking control of the chamber at noon next Tuesday and undoing a host of COVID-era policies that Democrats had imposed to further insulate themselves in the name of “public health.” The GOP also intends to hit the ground running on a slate of legislative issues that is sure to please conservative voters, on issues ranging from securing the border to pro-life protections for babies born alive following an abortion. Right as the new Congress is being sworn in, the public will once again have access to the Capitol and all House office buildings, which had been shut since March of 2020.

People are waking up to the Marxist onslaught facing our nation. If you still don’t see the pile of bolshie we are up against, I suggest you read this brilliant four-part series by Larry Alex Taunton on Klaus Schwab, his not-at-all secret commie plans for global power, and, more importantly, just how close he is to succeeding. Communism comes disguised as virtue. Rarely does a despot announce, “I’m here to control every aspect of every life I chose not to murder,” though Schwab is pretty upfront about his planned fascism. Actually, Hitler was too. Look for communism masquerading as morality

Joe Biden was a profile in pettiness when he took up residence in the White House, trying to rid the Oval Office of the famous Resolute Desk merely because Donald Trump used it — and cursing out his predecessor over a video game system, a forthcoming book claims.
