House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and House Republicans are gearing up to investigate the Biden administration over a variety of issues should the GOP retake the House in the midterms this November, according to several discussions with ranking members of Congress and McCarthy. Topping the list of GOP targets are Biden’s DOJ, the Department of Education and the border crisis. Republicans also intend to prioritize inflation, COVID origins and Big Tech.

There's one big problem. There isn't enough paper available for all the strongly-worded letters the Pubbies will write. Otherwise - - Go GOP!

We need to investigate Adam Schiff, Ihlan Omar, Maxine Waters, Eric Swalwell and both Pelosi's. Make sure every member of congress knows that they are not above the law.

They can investigate all they want but until the DOJ and FBI are cleaned out of all those Dem vipers, nothing will happen to any referrals made to DOJ to prosecute the Biden family. Of course, I have little to no faith in McCarthy that the will find his spine.

We need a new speaker like Jordan, or MTG but who will step upon to run the investigation committees as aggressive attack dogs if Jordan or MTG are in busy leadership jobs? They will be called away to White House or press conferences. We need a plan for personnel movement!

I don't trust McCarthy at all so I don't care about his promises; I'm focused on action right now. He's a talker rather than a doer. I also believe he is more cozy with his dem colleagues than he should be. When the new Congress is sworn in I do not want to see any "reaching across the aisle" at all. If we get the number of seats expected there would be no need for it. I want Pedo's agenda to be stopped dead in its tracks. I want monkey wrenches to fill the air in the House.

The repubs will waste their time and out money with these phony committes that will accomplish nothing and the fake news industry will make it all look political. Here is a thought, solve some of the problems we have right now. You know, the things that all the repubs have been running on this year, like the economy, energy independence, and crime. This will give them a boost for 2024.

First and foremost, when they take the Speaker position, they should school the Capitol Police. Release the 14,000 hours of video from Jan 6, 2021. Get the documentation on WHO and WHY the National Guard and more police were not present on that day. There are 3,000 Capitol Police. Only 100 were on duty that day. Use the information to free the DC Gulag prisoners and reverse convictions. And then, yeah, ALL the other stuff.

We will never 'own' the Senate with a margin capable of actually 'dumping' the President or other Dems however the evidence of malfeasance. So should we follow in the Dem footsteps by holding show-trial impeachment proceedings instead of actually governing? Biden is hanging himself. I say - let him. Instead, we should just vote to de-fund the fed apparatus of career bureaucrats, AKA criminals.

No, I haven’t changed my mind about early voting. It’s still not a relevant story, as the Election Day vote usually chips away at Democratic Party advantages. No one has a crystal ball that’s infallible to see how women, nonwhites, suburban, rural, independents, etc., will cast their ballots. Did anyone think Democrats would screw things up so severely that suburban white women have moved away from them by a 26-point margin? Did anyone think that 21 percent of Black Americans would support Republicans this year?

The agency monitors 1,800 cameras at the Capitol and away from its jurisdiction, including at the Pelosi residence in San Francisco, the Washington Post reported. An officer who was cycling through the many live feeds Friday at one point noticed police lights flashing outside the home and rewound the video, according to the paper.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi reportedly plans to step down from her position if that just so happens to be true, with her daughter in line to take over for Pelosi.
