Prosecutors obtained a search warrant for former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate after receiving evidence that there was “likely” an effort to conceal classified documents there in defiance of a grand jury subpoena, a new Justice Department court filing released Tuesday night said.
The 36-page filing was the department’s most detailed account yet of its evidence of obstruction of justice, raising concerns that Trump and his attorneys sought to mislead investigators about the sincerity and thoroughness of their effort to identify and return highly sensitive records to the government.

The speculation will continue until speculation stops. It's the seriousness of the allegations that matter Your Honor, and not the nature of the evidence. This is a full frontal psyop psychological warfare attack on Trump designed to pollute the minds of stupid people that are easily brainwashed and hypnotized by the shining swinging shiny thing. This will only get worse and escalate until November. Expect more outrageous acts from the Never Trump Deep State Global Crime Syndicate. A RICO lawsuit has been filed for racketeering fraud in the 2020 election by parties worldwide. Let's see this play out.

Total crap. He had a SCIF, a Secure Compartmented Information Facility, which is the highest level of storage area for classified information. And he has all the clearances to see ANYTHING. So no "hiding" is ever necessary, he has a perfect right to ANY of it.

Minor error....it is Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, not "Secure" as the first word.

Even Jon Lovitz' serial liar SNL Character was truthful compared to all the tall tales and lies that Biden, Garland and their DO J and FBI goons.

"likely"? well, either they did or they didn't and any judge who believes that is part of the conspiracy but, any fair minded judge would throw them out of his/her chambers
and the SCIFF would have had to have been built EXACTLY the way the NSA requires and they would have paid for it to be built

If Trump had it, it was already declassified - unless the GSA included documents he didn't request.

Actually, the Trump's secret holding are stored in an LA Fitness gym in Ft Lauderdale. Don't tell the FBI or Biden. They would feel bad that they hadn't covered this.

What is the point, or or the relevance, of the government's claim about the documents, especially that unsourced photo? The issue is who should decide what or what is not privileged. I think Trump is going to win this one. The government's arguments? Too late? Didn't the search just take place about a week ago? Standing? When his personal residence was searched and possibly privileged documents seized? But having said that, I think Trump is going to be indicted. A grand jury's only purpose is to indict. And a DC jury is sure to fulfill that purpose. The Presidential Records Act is not a criminal statute so they are proceeding under the laws about mishandling classified information. The same thing that Comey said wasn't a good enough basis to indict Hillary. This is proof of the old Soviet saying, "show me the man and I will show you the crime."

They say they are transparent.... why do they object to Trump having a master for the documents they took in their raid???

While we’re talking about sensitive documents…what and where are those thirty jillion documents Obama has that the Records Department wants back?

He was president. He could decide to classify or declassify any document he wanted. End of discussion.

Re #9, Trump is cleared for and has the proper facilities to store ANY level of classified documents. They may or may not have been declassified, but it MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.
Trump has the clearance.
Trump has the need to know.
And has the proper storage facility.
Only the third item is possible for others to judge. Trump is the absolute top of the "food chain" in classification, so he can give himself the clearance, and the need to know, without anyone having a veto on those.

SO if they were hidden how did the FBLIE find them?
SO much BS so little truth. I estimate the BS/Truth ratio at about 50,000,000,000 / 0

So a cop can just say I "likely" committed a crime. He doesn't have any proof obviously or he would say I "committed" a crime. Why does any judge at this point take anything the FBI says as truth? Why does any judge issue any kind of warrant based on anything the FBI says it has proof of wrong doing. They are proven liars and proven to have committed perjury.
