In social media eruption, Trump demands
a new election or immediate reinstatement

Original Article

Donald Trump, who said two weeks ago "the temperature has to be brought down" in this country, is raising it to heights that would burst the thermometer. He’s gone on what we would call an angry tweetstorm, if he was still on Twitter, pumping out three dozen postings and repostings on his far smaller Truth Social app. Then Trump drops the hammer: "REMEDY: Declare the rightful winner, or, and this would be the minimal solution, declare the 2020 Election irreparably compromised and have a new Election, immediately!"

Comments:

Trump needs to stop his ego trips. We have an important election in two months. The focus needs to be on the Dem's record. The Dems are deflecting attention by focusing on Trump, and Trump is all too willing to help them. The 2022 races have tightened, largely because the focus has been on Trump, and not the Dem's record.

This is the behavior that turns a lot of people off to Trump. Yes, we believe that the last election was stolen but you have got to let it go and move forward. None of the things he proposed will happen and everyone knows that. Most of his policies were exactly what America and Americans needed and we can see how badly FJB has f - ed them all up. But this inability to control himself at times makes him unattractive as a candidate. This is why so many are talking about DeSantis. Trump policies and spunk without the baggage. Yes, what OP said in spades.

I'm being inundated with requests for money, but giving only to the candidates. If the email's from Trump, though he's not on the ballot, some of the money goes to him anyway. I unsubscribe from those.

We all get fed-up with the fraud and corruption, and I would expect President Trump to be even more so, (since it wasn't our house that got raided and it wasn't our Presidency that got stolen). I get it. But he needs someone to temper his remarks and ask: "is this helpful?". The problem is that so many of the people who have surrounded him turned out to be charlatans. Now, if he would just roll it past the L.com community first, we could help him out.

There is no Constitutional provision supporting Trump's demands, outside of the amendment process. `While millions of his supporters have either ignored or given a pass on Trump's leadership appointments within his cabinet and WH staff, not knowing the Constitution is most troubling. I also see this year's midterm elections as being perhaps our last chance at retaining our Constitution-based representative republic. The democrats keep harping about our "democracy," which is based on straight majority rule. I believe that is why they are so adamant about letting anyone from anywhere in the world walk across our border and intro the interior of our country, illegally building that critical mass of "voters" prior to tossing the Constitution and going mob rule.

So many people here got Trolled by Trump. He says these things to bait the left and it's entertaining to watch the left squirm like worms on a hot rock. Too bad those of you who want Trump to "stop" are all too timid. I say stick it to them and stick it good. Unless you think you know more than Trump on how to win elections, I'd suggest you support him instead of shaking with fear and hiding under a rock. Hiding under rocks is for losers and we Patriots don't need or want you. Go back to your cry closets.

This upcoming election, regardless of outcome, will be a WIN for FPDT. If the GOPe retakes the majority in either/both chambers, FPDT and the Trumpistas will proclaim his great influence and political powers. If the GOPe fails to gain a majority in either chamber, FPDT and the Trumpista cry "FIX!!".

There are a few times Trump steps in it. This is one of them. But I understand he's frustrated. I know the 2020 election was stolen. You know the 2020 election was stolen. Trump knows the 2020 election was stolen. Heck, even Biden knows the 2020 election was stolen. The problem is PROVING it. Yeah, there's a lot of smoke and maybe even a few smoldering fires, but proof is hard. And even if you could prove it, what's the remedy? The wise minds who wrote our constitution deemed the Electoral College as the final decision on the office of President and Vice President. They didn't include a mechanism to overturn their decision. Don't forget 2020. Be viligant and ready. But 2022 and 2024 are going to be won by pro-MAGA, America First candidates who look forward and come up with ways to solve the problems that Joe and his crooked cabal have caused.

Trump was warned and still the Dems stole the election right out from under him. How many election officials signed affidavits under penalty of perjury describing election fraud. Now, NOW he screams fraud at the risk of alienating the electorate and losing the November elections. If he needs to be heard, and it seems he does, start screaming about the Dems as they are quickly and with little opposition destroying this country.

#19....All through the summer of 2020 President Trump warned during his rallies the dems were going to cheat. We all were assured by the RNC Ronna McDaniels that they were on guard and had 3 thousand lawyers on stand by to protect the count. Even democrat poll watchers were screaming fraud in Georgia and republican poll watchers all over the mid west were asking for help. No one showed up.

What the OP said. Yes this election was stolen. But the deciders are the electors, and that. is. that. Here is the thought experiment, WHO exactly is to apply this remedy Trump wants? Judges? Army? They have never had the power to overcome decisions of the electoral college who ARE ELECTED. If they get this power, they will use it over and over and over and over, unjustly and at their whim. Trump does not understand the Constitution. That said I am going to vote for him anyway. But his friends need to ask him WHO does he think is going to overturn 2020 and HOW does he intend to restrain that force in future? The Constitution answers this and his answer is foolish by comparison. Silly foolish.

Thank you #10. I see the GOPe talking points have arrived at several of our fellow L-Dotters email boxes. If you believe that President Trump does not understand that he can’t be reinstated or that a new election cannot be called for, you are naive. Of course, he knows this. I guess what he should do is just shut up and go hide in his basement and leave the field of battle to the Republican leaders since they are doing such a bang up job of challenging old illegal Joe and his cabal. He is the only guy fighting. So, we take your advice and just shut up about 2020 and let the democrats off the hook. May I ask why? They stole a President Election! That is as close to treason as you can get. Shhhhhh, I shouldn’t say that, it upsets the country club set. The Letticia Baldridges in the Republican Party are verklempt. Until I see support from these flaccid Republicans and the desire to utterly destroy these demons who are destroying this country, I will continue to ignore them.

Ironclad certainty that Dems would be granted a pethora of remedies. All manner of Constitutional pathways would open and be accepted with a passive nod by the GOP and many posters here. We the people must take back our elections if we wish to govern ourselves. As long as our elections are conducted with electronic poll books, ballot marking devices, and ballot tabulators, and the voter rolls remain fraudulently inflated, the results will be subject to manipulation. We need to reinstate paper ballots cast in person at the precinct level on one day by citizens who prove their identity, and to count ballots at each precinct and then to report results simultaneously once all precincts in the area of a contested office have completed their count. Both wings of the Uniparty benefit from the current system, (Dr. Douglas Frank finds evidence of fraud in 3000+ of the 3142 counties) so change will come only with grassroots pressure at the most local level. FPDT would do a great service by persistently calling for these changes, if he hopes to ever win another election.

Donald Trump’s flirtation with announcing a 2024 White House bid before the midterm elections is sending signals of self-doubt and political vulnerability, with Republican operatives saying the former president is motivating challenges to his supremacy over the party. Trump would begin any presidential primary with overwhelming advantages in popularity, name identification, and resources. But pulling the trigger on a third White House campaign prior to Election Day this November, as Trump concedes is possible, might boomerang. Rather than box out potential 2024 opponents and clear the field, such a move by the former president could reek of fear, inviting more competition for the Republican nomination.

ATLANTA - Republican Herschel Walker’s $6.2 million in fundraising looked impressive when unveiled Wednesday, until Democrat Raphael Warnock rolled out his $17.2 million total a half-hour later. The dueling Senate campaign numbers underlined two truths. Georgia is again going to be one of the most expensive races to run for office in 2022, and Democrats are building a strong fundraising advantage. Like Warnock, Democrat Stacey Abrams heavily outraised incumbent Republican Brian Kemp in the race for governor, collecting almost $50 million compared to the $31 million Kemp has brought in over a longer period. Abrams and Warnock plan to run closely linked campaigns, echoing many of the same themes.

Ravil Maganov "passed away following a severe illness," Lukoil said, making no mention of a fall. President Joe Biden declared Donald Trump is a 'threat to the country' in a speech that contained his harshest rhetoric to date about his predecessor in the Oval Office and the MAGA movement. 'Equality and democracy are under assault. We do ourselves no favor to pretend otherwise,' Biden declared at the top of his remarks before Philadelphia's Independence Hall. He called out Trump by name, slamming the former president for his false claim the 2020 election was stolen and berating those who support Trump. When we talk about our democracy, when we talk about our freedoms, the way that he sees it is the MAGA Republicans are the most energized part of the Republican Party. That extreme — this is an extreme threat to our democracy, to our freedom, to our rights.” Later, Jean-Pierre also falsely claimed that MAGA Republicans “just don’t respect

An academic in Belgium has come under fire for an unearthed “research” paper in which he admits to being a paedophile and argues that society should be more tolerant of “minor-attracted persons” and that the LGBTQ+ community should accept peadophiles as a “sexual minority.” An academic paper published earlier this year on the website Controversial Ideas by “Brecht Vaerwaeter”—a pseudonym apparently used to protect the author from criminal prosecution—argues that paedophilia should be classified as just another sexual orientation and that “minor-attracted persons” (MAPs) should be accepted by society. He argues that “many men, as well as some women, are attracted almost exclusively to minors” and therefore

Not unlike Mark Twain, Joe Biden is known for his stories — for real; not a joke. And on Tuesday, the Leader of the Free World regaled gathered fans with a tale of criminal comeuppance. As it turns out, long ago in Wilmington, Delaware, a group of gangs had a penchant for mayhem. But Joe saw to it that their spree was nipped in the bud. The future Commander-in-Chief clobbered crime with that most effective of weapons, a phone number. While speaking in Wilkes-Barres, Pennsylvania, he spun his campfire yarn: “I remember…on the East Side in Wilmington, in one of those old Victorian…three-story apartment buildings.
