Some guesses as to what the FBI Mar-a-Lago

It is helpful to think of political developments as moves on the chessboard made to advance an objective. In chess, the objective is to win the game, chess being zero-sum. Politics is like that, too, though participants often claim it's not, that they're acting for the greater good, principles at the foundation of democracy, motherhood and apple pie and all that — which is true in some cases but never if Democrats are in the game. This brings me to Attorney General Garland's claim that the Mar-a-Lago home invasion wasn't a raid at all.

Of course the "Raid" was political. The Democrats have to slay the King, 45. The Raid is another attempt to find the magic potion to terminate 45 from the political environment. But they have failed, and they are failing again. Long live the King, 45.

Someone should ask Garland and/or Wray if they are using their position to damage Trump enough so that he’ll be prohibited from running for President again. They will, of course, say ‘no.’ The follow-up question would be ‘because that would be a terrible abuse of power and could lead to impeachment, and even a possible prison sentence, correct? Would love to hear their answers.

My greatest fear is that Garland will come up with something minor, make a big stink about it and charge Trump with a felony criminal offense. A DC grand jury would buy anything Merrick says and the jury in a trial would be 12-0 for conviction regardless of the evidence. Presto, he's then ineligible to become president.

Yes to all of Arnold’s guesses. As to a split in the GOP, there already is one and has been for quite some time. But it won’t matter - on election days in 2022 and 2024 the voters will still be suffering from all of Fidel TaliBiden’s policies, will remember the great Trump years and will vote accordingly. Goodbye RINOs.

Like the fake Steele dossier, sex in a Russia hotel, this narrative is about top-secret nuclear docs or planted docs. What do you think was in those backpacks? There was the added frat house panty raid on Melania's undergarments for spice plus bugs planted there too. This will never stop until the threat is extinguished forever the left is desperate but just keep failing. This also means the Jan 6 clown show trial kangaroo court is on life support also they need more substantial evidence which was planted during the Mar-A-Largo raid.

Former President Donald Trump has filed a sweeping RICO lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and others, alleging that they "maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that [Trump] was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty [Russia]" to try and rig the 2016 election. "The Defendants, blinded by political ambition, orchestrated a malicious conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information about Donald J. Trump and his campaign, all in the hopes of destroying his life, his political career and rigging the 2016 Election in favor of Hillary Clinton," Trump's lawyers say in a 108-page lawsuit filed in Florida. "When their gambit failed, and Donald J. Trump was elected, the Defendants' efforts continued unabated, merely shifting their focus to undermining his presidential administration." The lawsuit, which contains debunked claims, seeks a jury trial and compensatory damages. It says Trump, as a result of defendants' actions, has sustained losses of at least $24 million "and continuing to accrue, as well as the loss of existing and future business opportunities." The lawsuit comes nearly three years after the Mueller report into Russian interference in the 2016 election. This was filed in March. They wanted the records. Period

Arnold, if you had read the four-part expose' that Sundance published earlier this week and posted here on L.Com, you would better understand what and who was behind the raid. Bottom line - the raid was another expression of obsessional fear of Donald J. Trump who is seen as an existential threat to the deep state and the Great Reset crowd. But as we saw, the raid backfired on the dims. And much to the disappointment of a select group of rino pubbies. Pencester, Pierre Delecto, and Lizzard, your thoughts?

This raid was more than a shot across the bow. It has the potential to result in what one would expect as the "commie Dems" (joined by useful idiot Republicans to form the UNIPARTY) see J6 going nowhere and Napoleon teasing his return from Elbe...felony indictment for "espionage", complete with a public perp walk out of Mar-a-Lago. That will be the latest of several silver bullets and wooden stakes administered FPDT...and will likely be as effective as the previous. But the public message will clearly be whether Americans then want an accused felon in the White House...and will accept four more years of this sort of drama.

#16 Sorry. Most of Trump supporters know this is spiritual warfare, not just political warfare. And American patriots do not back down from a fight. Our parents and grandparents fought WWII, the Germans, the Japanese, the Italians. So now, you think because President Trump is being attacked, we shouldn't stand behind him and fight the forces of evil? Who do you think we are? Wimps? I believe in American Greatness! Americans will rise up and fight this Communist take over and WIN!

#7, the Presidential Records Act contains the penalty for mishandling of documents as disqualification for serving in office in the future. In the closest U.S. Supreme Court decision creating, among other things, term limits for U.S.House and U.S.Senate members. the U.S. Supreme Court ruled, 5-4, that a state could not create term limits for federal offices, because the U.S. Constitution already created qualifications for the offices, and it would take an amendment of the U.S. Constitution to impose term limits. Those voting for the winning side in the case were Stevens, Kennedy, Souter, Breyer, and Ginsburg. The legal reasoning in the Arkansas case would, I believe, apply to the Presidential Records Act.

#18 - Au Contraire. Frankly, I don't know from where you divined "(I) think because President Trump is being attacked, we shouldn't stand behind him and fight the forces of evil." You may recall just days ago, when this raid occurred and "real conservative" pundits were parroting "this is a trap" and "Keep your powder dry", I was advocating even mild action...and getting hammered by more than a few posters around here for doing so. Now, there are more than a few blustering "broken glass" summer soldiers out there who have cats to bathe whenever asked to actually do anything...unless it's to keep their powder dry. If there is truly public outrage, it is hard to find actual evidence. So, when will these great Americans actually "rise up and fight this Communist take over"? In November, depending on the "rigged elections" to elevate heroes? Remember the Tea Party!

I wondered why NOW? This was a classic government setup from the get go. The goal of the Left has always been to indict Trump. But to do this, prosecutors would have to prove Trump's criminal intent. Proving what someone was thinking when they allegedly commit a crime is not easy. The Left had already used the media to claim that Trump was a power-crazy mad man who would go to any lengths to remain in office---including trying to overturn an election. But how were they going to prove their claims? That was the purpose of the J6 hearings, which the Left thinks "proved" that Trump is a very nasty, very corrupt person. Although Garland knew that an allegedly crazed Trump was in possession of top secret nuclear documents at MAL, he apparently felt comfortable with that situation for 18 months. WHY didn't he act sooner? What a coincidence that the J6 hearings just happened to provide the REASON and impetus for Garland to finally order the raid! What's an Attorney General to do when he "learns" from the J6 hearings that Trump is a dangerously unstable former President and Garland himself knows that this crazed person is in possession of unprotected nuclear documents at MAL? This is a classic set up. The Left pre-planned the raid, but couldn't do it without a very clear reason. They had to wait for the J6 hearings to provide the "clear and present danger" reason so that Garland could act to accomplish their mission.

The Deep State treasonous thugs are desperate to do ANYTHING to try to stop Trump from coming back to power, because they know that he was a total political novice and outsider the first time, and he naively believed that all "Republicans" were good guys and would honestly support him. He discovered that a LOT of folks who call them selves "Rs" are actually Deep State RINOs, and were put in place specifically to undermine his every move, on top of the out-in-the-open Demonrat opposition and the criminal DoJ, FBI, CIA and other intel treasoncrats working to cripple him. Now, he has learned many lessons, and when he comes back he will not be so easily misled, lied to, sabotaged and underminded. They know this and they are scared spitless that their cushy criminal deals are at risk.

The year 1865 marked the end of slavery. It was an inflection point in history. Until 1800, institutional slavery had always been the norm, unquestioned for thousands of years. Male and female, free and slave, these were almost universally accepted as being the major bifurcations of people. After the Civil War, tyrants often interrupted the decline of slavery, but 1865 marked the inflection point, the inevitability of its demise.

President Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland for the United States Supreme Court in 2016. For liberal America, it’s time to pop open the champagne bottles. Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided Donald Trump’s residence at Mar-a-Lago this evening. Spencer wrote up the “siege” that’s taken place in Florida. FBI agents arrived unannounced and broke into the safe on the property. It was reportedly empty. The former president was not in the state; he’s in Trump Tower now. That’s another location that could be targeted within the coming days since it’s clear that the FBI has gone off the rails to prevent a duly elected president from running for office again.

Back in April, Texas's Republican governor, Greg Abbott, pledged to bus migrants who had entered Texas illegally to Washington, D.C. on a voluntary basis. It was laughed at in the press and among Democrats as a "publicity stunt" at the time. But the governor was dead serious, and kept that promise. Leadership is contagious, and Abbott was soon joined by Arizona's Gov. Douglas Ducey. For months, the states of Texas and Arizona have been sending charter buses of illegal border crossers being let in by Joe Biden's open borders policy to Washington, D.C.'s Union Station, near the Capitol building and now to New York City, led by Mayor Eric Adams,

Everyone senses that the American economy under Joe Biden is in a rut. Inflation is at a 40-year high. Energy prices are skyrocketing. The prices of all goods and services going up. Meanwhile, the administration does little to alleviate these regular everyday problems. This is by design. Since the Industrial Revolution there have been two approaches to economics. One, sometimes called laissez-faire, is really a decentralized form of economic organization and productivity in which individuals, civil society, and private organizations have broad freedom to act as they see fit.

One thing we must give Democrats credit for is their unity. Yes, certain members of the party such as Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) will occasionally diverge from the party line and oppose particularly radical pieces of legislation, but when it comes to big moments and key votes – on impeachment, for instance – Democrats circle the wagons. Contrarily, Republicans tend to fracture at the most inopportune moments, which is why it was refreshing to see virtual unanimity amongst the GOP after Monday’s outrageous raid on former President Donald Trump’s residence Mar-a-Lago.
