A NoHo Starbucks is dealing with more than just a constant flow of caffeine junkies looking to get their fix. The café at the corner of Astor Place and Lafayette Street regularly contends with drug users, mentally disturbed people and homeless folks looking to take a nap, The Post witnessed.(Snip)“Now some customers are too scared to go in because you’ve got a bunch of homeless people sleeping in there.(Snip)One man brought in his own box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, a carton of milk and some Entenmann’s mini crumb cakes before passing out face down on a table. Afterward, he rolled spliffs as nearby, paying customers tried

This cuts down on Global Warming because now you can see the third world right here in what once was the shining city on the hill.
FTA: "A mentally disturbed man in a black trench coat talked to himself and screamed obscenities at the communal mirror near the bathrooms for 30 minutes."
"There’s also the foul odor and garbage build up at the location—newspapers, food wrappers and empty coffee cups litter the indoor patio. 'Nothing like the smell of BO and urine with your morning coffee,' a Nextdoor user commented in response to a photo that showed snoozing squatters lying in a booth surrounded by trash, tote bags and luggage.

Gee, didn't everyone with at least two functioning brain cells predict this when Starbucks announced non-customers were welcomed in their stores?

With bidet importing enough drugs to kill 100,000 people a year and to drive another 100,000 a year insane, and 1,000,000 people a year with nowhere to go, they have to go somewhere. Thank you Starbucks. All businesses will need to pitch in. Private homes too!!
It takes a village!!!!

Finding it hard to find Starbucks here in the Seattle area as so many have closed. Used to love their sandwiches, coffee too bitter.

I saw this at a Starbucks in Pelosi’s Napa, CA. I was wandering around the town when a deluge hit and I ran into Starbucks to get out of the rain. Right at the entrance was an arrangement of comfy club chairs and they were filled with filthy smelly passed out pieces of human debris. I went to the other end of the building and waited there until the rain passed.

LOL. They can all go broke for all I care. SB was “trendy” for a few years but even the woke nitwits are learning to avoid it. I don’t know where these suits learned their economics but it wasn’t in the real world. They are learning now.

“Start Spreadin’ the News!”
Apparently voters don’t much care whom they elect in NYC.
BUT,
Elections have consequences.
So you get the “salt of the earth.”
ENJOY them with a latte.

I don't drink coffee, but a friend who is an afficiando (grinds his own blend, etc) says that McD's coffee is really far better than Starbucks for a tiny fraction of the money. I can't verify, of course.
