After considerable public pressure, missing-in-action U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland finally addressed the media yesterday, saying he “personally approved the decision” for the FBI to execute a search warrant at President Trump's residence at Mar-a-Lago. Garland declined to provide details about the investigation, such as what the documents retrieved by the FBI were. Reading from his text Garland piously intoned: "Faithful adherence to the rule of law is the bedrock principle of the Justice Department and of our democracy.

FTA: "Faithful adherence to the rule of law is the bedrock principle of the Justice Department and of our democracy. Upholding the rule of law means applying the law evenly without fear or favor. Under my watch, that is precisely what the Justice Department is doing." Bee-ess. Would someone PLEASE ask him why his "Rule of law" was discarded so that they could ignore the protests at the homes of Supreme Court justices? Intimidation and threats toward judges and jurors is a Federal offense. Merrick Garland and his "honorable" agents did NOTHING. Luckily the attempted assassin got cold feet. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1503 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1507

I threw up a little in my mouth reading the BS about the upstanding FBI and law and order to the utmost garbage. This is more like the fake Steele dossier they are trying to promote I'm not falling for their narrative on this bogus BS but they will never stop until they exterminate the threat of Trump forever.

First, I think the 'Sealed Warrant' was so they could include anything they found while fishing through Trump's house, and, if nothing was serious enough, they could add stuff they planted for a 'kill shot'. These people are cunning, but not very smart. Nuclear Secrets? What BS. That's a Hollyweird thriller movie premise. Why didn't hey say the untested FTL drive that was to be developed for the Space Force? Now for Trump, that might have been believable!!

The fbi (no longer deserves capital letters) has lost ALL credibility, having become the gestapo of corrupt leftist slime. They are 'scrambling' because they haven't a legitimate legal leg to stand on. They are nothing more than criminal at this juncture, hiding behind a historical past respect that they have pi$$ed away by ignorance or intent! Without playing some serious hardball and watching for fraud in every state and precinct, the criminal left's intent is to steal as much as they can going forward. Mar-a-lago is just one illegal cannonball shot across the bow. More to follow!

Some guesses as to what the FBI Mar-a-Lago

It is helpful to think of political developments as moves on the chessboard made to advance an objective. In chess, the objective is to win the game, chess being zero-sum. Politics is like that, too, though participants often claim it's not, that they're acting for the greater good, principles at the foundation of democracy, motherhood and apple pie and all that — which is true in some cases but never if Democrats are in the game. This brings me to Attorney General Garland's claim that the Mar-a-Lago home invasion wasn't a raid at all.

The year 1865 marked the end of slavery. It was an inflection point in history. Until 1800, institutional slavery had always been the norm, unquestioned for thousands of years. Male and female, free and slave, these were almost universally accepted as being the major bifurcations of people. After the Civil War, tyrants often interrupted the decline of slavery, but 1865 marked the inflection point, the inevitability of its demise.

Former President Trump’s son Eric Trump reveals key details on the FBI’s raid of Mar-a-Lago. Trump told the Daily Mail that the FBI refused to to hand over the search warrant for their raid on the Florida residence. He also recalled about 30 FBI agents kicking his attorney off the property. “So they showed it to her from about 10 feet away. They would not give her a copy of the search warrant,” Trump said. “There’s 30 agents there… They told our lawyer … you have to leave the property right now. Turn off all security cameras,” Trump said. He said that the former president’s attorney Christina Bobb was forced to stand

A senior Arab official has informed me that the ceasefire was confirmed by the Islamic Jihad after a 45-minute phone call between a senior Egyptian intelligence officer and his Iranian counterpart. “The Iranian side wanted the truce to happen as fast as possible” What the source claims does not seem to contradict what has happened on the ground in Gaza.

One day after the FBI raided former President Donald Trump's Mar-A-Lago, agents confronted U.S. Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) and seized his cell phone while the congressman was at an airport with his family. Three FBI agents approached Perry, handed over a warrant for his cell phone, and then seized the mobile device — apparently without previously trying to contact his attorney. In a statement, Perry slammed the seizure and the Biden administration's politicization of the Justice Department. "This morning, while traveling with my family, 3 FBI agents visited me and seized my cell phone,"

Merrick Garland should have recused himself from anything pertaining to former President Donald Trump. Period, full stop. Think about it. President Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland for the United States Supreme Court in 2016. With the presidential election looming that coming November, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell halted the nomination and refused to allow it to even go to the Judiciary Committee, let alone to the floor of the Senate for a confirmation vote. This immediately made Garland a major issue in the 2016 presidential campaign.

For liberal America, it’s time to pop open the champagne bottles. Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided Donald Trump’s residence at Mar-a-Lago this evening. Spencer wrote up the “siege” that’s taken place in Florida. FBI agents arrived unannounced and broke into the safe on the property. It was reportedly empty. The former president was not in the state; he’s in Trump Tower now. That’s another location that could be targeted within the coming days since it’s clear that the FBI has gone off the rails to prevent a duly elected president from running for office again.

Back in April, Texas's Republican governor, Greg Abbott, pledged to bus migrants who had entered Texas illegally to Washington, D.C. on a voluntary basis. It was laughed at in the press and among Democrats as a "publicity stunt" at the time. But the governor was dead serious, and kept that promise. Leadership is contagious, and Abbott was soon joined by Arizona's Gov. Douglas Ducey. For months, the states of Texas and Arizona have been sending charter buses of illegal border crossers being let in by Joe Biden's open borders policy to Washington, D.C.'s Union Station, near the Capitol building and now to New York City, led by Mayor Eric Adams,

Everyone senses that the American economy under Joe Biden is in a rut. Inflation is at a 40-year high. Energy prices are skyrocketing. The prices of all goods and services going up. Meanwhile, the administration does little to alleviate these regular everyday problems. This is by design. Since the Industrial Revolution there have been two approaches to economics. One, sometimes called laissez-faire, is really a decentralized form of economic organization and productivity in which individuals, civil society, and private organizations have broad freedom to act as they see fit.

Just how bad is the Biden administration and Democrat Congress's grossly misnamed "Inflation Reduction Act" of 2022? The Wall Street Journal has a shocking lead editorial titled "The IRS is About to Go Beast Mode" about the particulars of its $80 billion expansion of the IRS, which is six times the size of the tax agency's current $12.6 billion budget: The $80 billion is more than six times the current annual IRS budget of $12.6 billion. The money will be ladled out over nine years and comes with few strings attached. The main Democratic command is for the tax agency to bring the hammer down on taxpayers.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is rapidly building a reputation for herself as the high priestess of ill-preparedness. “I would have to get back to you on that” is her typical reply to even the most elementary of questions. Just yesterday, Joe Biden signed an executive order that ensures access to abortion for women following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade (1973). Biden said the order helps women travel out of state to receive abortions, ensuring that health care providers comply with federal law

One thing we must give Democrats credit for is their unity. Yes, certain members of the party such as Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) will occasionally diverge from the party line and oppose particularly radical pieces of legislation, but when it comes to big moments and key votes – on impeachment, for instance – Democrats circle the wagons. Contrarily, Republicans tend to fracture at the most inopportune moments, which is why it was refreshing to see virtual unanimity amongst the GOP after Monday’s outrageous raid on former President Donald Trump’s residence Mar-a-Lago. Almost all notable Republicans supported Trump after the ordeal; all except for one.

The post–George Floyd racial reckoning has hit the field of medicine like an earthquake. Medical education, medical research, and standards of competence have been upended by two related hypotheses: that systemic racism is responsible both for racial disparities in the demographics of the medical profession and for racial disparities in health outcomes. Questioning those hypotheses is professionally suicidal. Vast sums of public and private research funding are being redirected from basic science to political projects aimed at dismantling white supremacy. The result will be declining quality of medical care and a curtailment of scientific progress.

The bill would only reduce annual inflation by 0.1 percentage point over the next five years. The study estimated that the small inflation reduction would begin only "once major deficit-reducing provisions of the legislation are fully implemented, but the Act would have no measurable impact on inflation after 2028.

By the time the COVID pandemic took hold in March 2020 and changed the world forever, Peloton was poised to reap the rewards of a brilliant idea and impeccable timing.
