Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin suggested that abortion bans in some states could actually violate religious beliefs in a column on Sunday.
Rubin introduced the subject by referencing a lawsuit brought up by the Jewish Congregation L’Dor Va-Dor against the 15-week abortion ban in Florida. The congregation argued that Jewish law "does not consider life to begin at conception or at 15 weeks" and refusing an abortion could violate their beliefs.
Though Rubin questioned whether this would sufficiently infringe on "First Amendment rights and the state constitution’s free-exercise clause," she still considered the issue "important."
"In any event, this is an issue the forced-birth crowd should care about."

A conscience exemption? For what? Not having one? Since Roe was forced upon the American people, the rest of the world followed America's lead. In that span, worldwide over 1.2 BILLION infants have been murdered in their mother's wombs . Women who want the legal permission to continue the slaughter HAVE no conscience.

It isn't the Jewish who support abortion up until the moment of birth, but rather the religion of liberalism. This religion has alway been a religion of death and its sacrament is abortion. In that context, her argument is false. Remember, this is the same religion that cannot define the term "woman" and that believes men can get pregnant.
Denial of objective truth doesn't qualify as a "religious belief".

Sure, and we will grant as many exemptions as the military did when it came to getting the vaccine.

Rubin is an Never Trumper, used to be kinda conservative. These type of people's only value is that they don't have a history of ultra liberalism and therefore are useful idiots for the Left to insert progressive ideas into the public without immediate rejection. Beyond that, they are worthless, as is the WaaPoo.

I always assume Jennifer Rubin is lying so I have to ask, is it true that under Jewish law a fetus is not considered a person?

All of a sudden, we found religion! I'm sure the anti-American ACLU will be right on it, making sure the killers get their way.

Well, jennifer, will commie states like NY or CA offer a 'conscience' exemption for all citizens who want to exercise their innate right to keep and bear arms? At least all levels of government are prohibited from infringing on that natural right, even though the commies ignore it. No such right on abortion.

How about a sanity exemption from ever having to pay attention to this fraudulent idiot who once self-identified (falsely) as a conservative, instead?

I guess Jennifer Rubin is a racist. I'm pretty sure she would reject that assumption. But, abortion kills more black babies, by and large than other races. So, does she want to reduce the black population?

If we can create a 'conscience' exemption
for people who murder babies in states that ban abortion
out of thin air,
can we also create a 'conscience' exemption
for people who propose conscience' exemptions
for people who murder babies in states that ban abortion?

Well, the Church of Satan probably believes human sacrifice is necessary to please their lord and it's infringing on their rights to ban them from cutting my heart out on a bloody altar...

Every legal problem seeks a legal solution. That's why lawyers exist to argue both sides and the middle. Seems "conscience" and "religious belief" formed the basis for arguments to avoid vaccination. But that was okay. Roe is gone and now the courts are the new Wild West in this issue.

If a woman lives in a state that bans abortions and still wants to slaughter her unborn baby, she can get in her car, or jump on a bus, go to a neighboring state, and have one. There is not a single woman in this country that can't murder her unborn baby in her womb if she really wants to. Maybe a little inconvenience, but nothing will stop that murderous desire if it haunts a woman's heart!!!
Cuba-fornia has already announced that they plan to become the Las Vegas of baby slaughter. Abortion for the full 9 months of the pregnancy (and probably longer if they can get away with it). Come, slaughter your unborn baby, get a free luxury hotel room, free drinks, and a steak dinner with every baby you slaughter. Come slaughter your unborn baby and stay for a vacation!!!!!
But, hey, Jennifer, don't let those pesky facts get in the way of your little hissy fit rant there...

R E A C H as far as you can, Rubin. This argument is as dumb as saying laws against murder violate the religious rights of some.
Seriously, shush.

Poor Jenny Rubin. This female used to be somewhat reasonable but like her buddies George Will, Mona Charen and Billy Kristol Trump Derangement Syndrome has set in and she's lost her mind. If a lady wants to get an abortion and she lives in a state with that bans it then she's free to travel to a state that does. The nut job governor of Californication Gavin "Shag Your Wife" Newsome has already put out the welcome mat as has the dummy in charge of The Peoples Republic of Maryland Larry "The RINO" Hogan.
