A federal court has granted a request by Missouri and Louisiana officials to obtain information and documents from top-ranking officials in the Biden administration over its alleged collusion with social media giants in an effort to censor and suppress free speech. Eric Schmitt, Missouri’s Republican attorney general, announced on social media on July 13 that Terry Doughty, a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, had ruled in favor of the request for the discovery process. The ruling paves the way for the attorneys general to collect documents from top-ranking Biden administration officials and social media giants.

“The discovery process” = those words have to send a chill through Biden & Co.

Discovery, also known as foot-dragging and document hiding. They actually expect a democrat administration to give them anything before the end of this millennium?

This could get interesting, but hope they also make sure they are looking for "gaps" in the chain of communications since many might be on a burner or other device option. My hunch, many Democrats have used "off-book" communications on many issues and policy topics over the past many years to avoid the FOIA inquiries. But, should be simple to see a sudden leap in a thought process or e-mail thread which should beg the question "how did they get to this point and where is the communication string to link it all together".

A BASIC PUBLIC HEALTH PRINCIPLE: A basic public health principle is, “The more society can function normally during a pandemic—the better the people will manage and survive.” This policy was turned on its head into, “The more society can be frightened, isolated, controlled, and suppressed—the safer it will be from the virus.” (snip) Public health has failed in the COVID-19 pandemic. The antibodies triggered by COVID-19 vaccines are interfering with people’s immune systems as newer virus variants emerge, Dr. Harvey Risch said. The two most widely-used vaccines in the United States, produced by Pfizer and Moderna, both work by sending messenger RNA into muscle cells, where they produce a piece of the spike protein from the virus that causes COVID-19. The spike protein triggers the production of antibodies, which are believed to help prevent infection by SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19, and fight illness if one still gets infected. But the vaccines are based on the spike protein from the original virus variant, which was displaced early in the pandemic.

But since his heroic actions contradict the carefully-cultivated left-wing narrative, a number of prominent voices have immediately risen up to demonize the young man. Case in point: the majority of the hosts on ABC’s “The View,” whose considered opinion is that Dicken just got “very lucky,” and was probably as bad as the mass shooter since he “broke the law” when he carried his gun into the mall. As the United States continues to come to grips with the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. I am a rabbi in a legal system that excluded women for thousands of years, much like the legal system that the Supreme Court relied on in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. But unlike the American legal system, the Jewish tradition, in certain respects, including abortion, found a way to craft laws grounded in equal dignity for women.

In the past fifty years, we’ve had precisely ten different First Ladies in America. Some of them spent their time in the White House mostly under the radar, with Rosalynn Carter and both Laura and Barbara Bush falling into this category. Others such as Nancy Reagan with her fondness for astronomy and Betty Ford with her personal challenges were somewhat quirkier, but they were likeable and mostly unremarkable. Both Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama could be outspoken and controversial, but at least they were mostly clever and competent. And then we have Jill Biden.
