The United States Has Become Two Countries
Within a Nation

Original Article

Posted By: DW626, 7/1/2022 5:10:19 AM

Not since the decade leading up to the Civil War has there been as much discussion about the possibility of the United States splitting into two or more countries as there has been in the past 10 years. The reality is that this nation has effectively split into two countries which are, for the moment, tenuously living side-by-side. Race or ethnicity has been the underlying foundation in the creation of every nation in the history of mankind except the United States, as its founding was based on the tenet that all men are created equal and are endowed with certain unalienable rights that government cannot abrogate.

More people have to wake up to the reality that this is not politics as usual, this is war. I want nothing to do with the left and if that means we split, then so be it. Of course, the left would never agree to that because we are the productive ones who make the country work. They are the unproductive drain in every aspect of life in this country. I honestly do not see how we can mesh the two together after everything this administration has done. In fact, I don’t care to. I have had enough of their bullying, whining, and profanity to last a lifetime. I just want them far away from me and my family. I have zero connection to these anti-American zealots and absolutely nothing in common. I do not see a way back together and at this point, don’t care to find one. I don’t like them and I certainly do not trust them. I just want to be left alone and not have some radical fool trying to tell me how to live my life.

I have only one disagreement with the article - and it is merely a minor point: the 'ruling class' has acted like this from the founding and long before, with the exception of a very few 'benevolent' individuals. The people at the top of the economic pyramid always feel their prosperity is a sign of their superiority. Those afore mentioned exceptions see it as a sign, instead, of their responsibility. Few if any of these people, are any more intelligent than any burger flipper, and are often even less informed, their education being focused on making contacts and alliances within their class, rather than learning usable skills. A cashier might be more responsible and prepared to deal with national economics than any of these privileged Elite. A beat cop might be better and more practical than the lawyers who populate the Justice Department. Elites seperate themselves from reality. They hire people to do their duties and depend on people to cook, clean, drive, and schedule for them. They are, on their own, incompetents, but they assume they know what is good for EVERYONE. Is it any wonder we grip our guns and bare our teeth?

A majority of true Americans just want to left the heck alone! Sadly, that is no longer possible as the Left is just like the Taliban. They hide when outnumbered ... but become dictators when they gain any kind of control! So we can't let them! Read your history: The enlightened French devolved down into the Reign of Terror. Trump is our own Louis XVI. They "killed" him ... but then they went even crazier and now they are eating themselves. We are winning now ... Roe, the gun carry law, the EPA wings are clipped, recent elections, etc. Hang in there ... the cavalry is coming. Just remember what happened to the Jacobins and Robespierre!

Also, one-half of the nation is hostile to religion and Christians, in particular. The other half, in keeping with the nation's founding, wants the ability to practice their religion freely, as guaranteed in the Constitution, without being told by government that their rights are inferior to the rights of gays and atheists and others who are offended by any mention of God or reference to Christianity.

Must read. Key quote: At the close of the Constitutional Convention in 1787, Ben Franklin said of the newly drafted Constitution and the Government it created: …and there is no form of Government but what may be a blessing to the people if well administered, and [I] believe farther that this is likely to be well administered for a course of years, and can only end in Despotism, as other forms have done before it… Ben Franklin’s prescient forewarning has come to pass.

The ruling class is comprised of primarily actors acting out their craft of making people believe they are experts and will adopt policies that will give everyone the ability to prosper. For the most part they are nothing but untalented frauds that are better at acting rather than accomplishing something that actually help we the people. They push feel good social policies that make progressives feel like they are on the side of angels and the right is nothing but a ignorant collective. Liberals really are the stupid ones as they can’t see the fraud behind the face of so many Dems. Or, they may realize they are being led down the primrose path but just blindly follow along. A divorce must happen in the US, and I am relieved to see this topic seeping into the mainstream for discussion. But, just as in a marriage in which one partner is the major breadwinner, the dependent partner fights tooth and nail to keep their security. It would be no different with the US. To use Ayn Rand’s terminology, the moochers and looters need the producers, not the other way around. Without the right, the left would be have no means of producing wealth outside of a government that is filled with looters and a population of moochers. The left would also have lost it’s main scapegoat, and so the they will begin to turn on each other. By nature, that country would implode. The ruling establishment are well aware of all this, and would be determined never to let it happen. I’m afraid we will need to take it, by any means necessary.

Close, but the USA has always been 3 countries. One third true patriots who understand the gifts and responsibilities of being a US citizen in the Great American Experiment. One third who for a variety of sad or horrible reasons, hates everything the USA stands for. Finally the one third who stumble along ready to be led by the nose or reluctantly forced into deciding if they are slaves or willing to sacrifice for the freedoms they take for granted. We seem to be close to the moment where everyone will find out which group they are in.

Create America Red States and Blue States. Everyone has six months to decide where they want to live. After that six month period, visas are required to travel between different colored states. The national, assets, debt and military is split proportionately. The blue states are drowning and they are trying to pull the red states down with them.

The whole abortion thing kind of baffles me because it is absolutely bizarre that anyone would choose this particular hill to die on or, rather, to kill a bunch of babies on. From a utilitarian angle, it's certainly not a great banner to be carrying because most normal people consider the whole thing horribly distasteful and frankly don't want to think about it. Ideologically, liberals could have gone either way. It's not like they believe in anything. It's not like they had to choose to defend abortion instead of opposing it. They have no problem telling people what they can and can't do as a principle.
