A congressional chief of staff was caught vandalizing property within the Capitol Hill complex, but despite recommendations for criminal charges from Capitol Police, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has refused to prosecute him.
Just The News reports that 51-year-old Timothy Hysom, the chief of staff for Congressman Jack Auchincloss (D-Mass.), was arrested by Capitol Police after he was caught on surveillance camera footage defacing posters outside the office of Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) in the Longworth House Office Building.
Capitol Police additionally revealed that they believe Hysom to be involved in as many as seven different incidents of posters being defaced outside Greene’s office
Yeah...... but if a Republican did this........
You know what would happen.

If only there was a way to booby-trap those posters....a pressure sensitive electronic airhorn? wet permanent stink ink? sleeping scorpions or fire ants?? Of course a Ring Camera with video to post online would prolly work some magic for exposure of this terd.

If that was a republican staffer they would be in jail in a heartbeat. Merrick Garland is a corrupt liberal.

This proves beyond the shadow of a doubt, that our justice system is now a political tool. No longer is justice served by the book! It’s weaponized to take down anyone who’s not a supporter of communist globalist ideals. These departments will have to be scrapped completely and we’ll vetted leadership out in place to fire and hire at will until the infiltrators have all been removed or punished.

This kind of immature behavior is about what we would expect from a 51 year old Democrat hack.

How about a civil lawsuit for emotional distress?
Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress: The Elements
While some states' specific rules for intentional infliction differ, the following elements are fairly common: Extreme or outrageous conduct that intentionally or recklessly causes severe emotional distress.
Lawfare can work both ways.

He needs to be personally vandalized. Say a bucket of paint dumped on him, or maybe some pig manure dumped in his office.
Something memorable.

Sends a bad signal. Tells an ugly truth that this regime is on the road to destroying our Justice system. It's the foundation for a just society, as can be enjoyed in human affairs. Biden, roaring down the track laid out by Obamboozler , is a whole lot uglier in character than we might have known, a bit fooed by his image of being so weak and venal.

Yep!
The Just-Us system on full display.
I like the 'Ring camera' idea and putting the video out on the internet.
But.... post it to several sites, not just Youtube/Facebook/Twitter, where it will immediately be 'cancelled'.
Also post it on DailyMotion and Rumble, at least.

Typical of the criminal garbage who inhabit the DOJ...Things were no better under Barr or Sessions! I imagine the very last quality Human being who was AG was Edwin Meese.

Another great example of how liberals get away with everything. Just shows you that Taxatwoshits has already gone to hell in a handbasket.
The big trouble with the liberal gang is that they always think that their way is the ONLY way devolved from their inability to reason things out!!!

#15, that little creep Auchincloss is related to Jackie's stepfather. An entitled, privileged trust fund brat. He was the one who was behind the Colbert staffers' break-in recently. Saw him interviewed, and he had a deer-in-the-headlights look. He gave a nervous swallow. Subtle, but telling. He clearly thinks he (and his staff) can get away with anything. I seriously hope he gets his comeuppance ASAP!

Assuming the Republicans do take over the House and Senate after the midterm elections the first test of whether they are really serious about restoring our republic will be immediate impeachment proceedings of Merrick Garland. I am happy with the most recent Supreme Court decisions but without an Attorney General and a Justice Department willing to uphold the law the "red tsunami" will be for naught.
