Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul was driving his Porsche drunk after leaving a Napa Valley Winery Saturday when he pulled out onto a highway into the path of a 48-year-old man driving a Jeep. On Saturday, Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested for driving while drunk. DailyMail.com said it obtained his arrest report, revealing he was driving eastbound on Walnut Lane, six miles south of the Pelosi’s vineyard in St Helena. According to the report, Pelosi pulled out onto S-29 to cross it, ignoring a stop sign, and was struck by Jesus V. Lopez, who was driving a 2014 Jeep. Lopez was reportedly traveling northbound on the state road.

An 82 year old multi-millionaire out driving drunk around midnight while his witch of a wife is in DC? Hmm. A little late for dinner & drinks, or even wine tasting. And his Chauffeur just happened to have Saturday evening off? Wonder if there happened to be a passenger in that car? Just wait till Nancy gets back home.

It will be interesting to see how Pelosi’s high priced lawyers get him off the hook, and instead along with the leftist media try to pin the blame for the incident on the police.

" and was struck by Jesus V. Lopez, who was driving a 2014 Jeep." Hilarious; Jesus saves. If there was no accident it would all be swept under the rug. Maybe the spark of divinity was in New USA to do cheap farmwork at a Pelosi vineyard, to maximize their profits. Paul Pelosi and his ilk belong in prison for insider trading, but this is the USA we're talking about.

So the cops waited for him to sober up a bit before testing his blood alcohol level and he’s had prior similar arrests? I wonder just how much cash has changed hands between these two parties over the years. Another report I read said that neither driver had been charged as being at fault. Seems to me that being drunk and running a stop sign would denote being at fault. Does anyone believe that Jesus would not have been charged with being at fault if he had been the drunk who ran the stop sign? As Chris Plante always says, “It’s good to be a democrat.”

Pelosi will identify as sober so no charges will be filed. Jesus and his family will magically be gifted new vehicles and housing without ever opening a 'GoFundMe' account. Arresting officer will be charged with kidnapping and wrongful arrest and a civil suit will be filed against him; desk duty, demotion and then joblessness will follow. Neighboring vineyard owner who doesn't like them will mysteriously lose his vineyard in a fire, and an un-named entity will buy it at discount. Nancy will somehow make another $200 million from lobbyists who want to comfort her emotional distress. Paul will have some plastic surgery to fix the alcohol-related pace puffiness. All will be well!

FTA: "Police waited more than 4 hours to utilize a breathalyzer on Pelosi, in which time his blood alcohol content likely was reduced. " As a rule of thumb, an adult's blood alcohol will drop 0.02 per hour so in four hours it could be expected to drop 0.08. That means that had his alcohol been 0.15 at the time of the accident the breathalyzer would have registered 0.07 when the result was obtained. That is below the 0.08 threshold for DUI and the perp walks. It sure was nice of the police to give him 4 hours to clear some alcohol from his system. I doubt they extend that same courtesy to all DUI suspects...... .

Wade. Pro-choice advocates believe that abortion empowers women. That abortion frees women from the shackles of pregnancy, motherhood, and child rearing. That being in favor of abortion is pro-woman. But is it really? In my college years, I had to decide whether abortion would be a good solution for me as a woman.

An appellate court in California has held that bumblebees are fish: The issue presented here is whether the bumble bee, a terrestrial invertebrate, falls within the definition of fish, as that term is used in the definitions of endangered species in section 2062, threatened species in section 2067, and candidate species (i.e., species being considered for listing as endangered or threatened species) in section 2068 of the Act. It takes 35 pages of tortured logic in an opinion that reads like a parody, but the court concludes that bumblebees indeed are fish within the meaning of California’s environmental laws.

As we reported earlier, Michael Sussmann was found not guilty of lying to the FBI, despite the evidence that he was working for the Clinton campaign and that he told FBI General Counsel James Baker that he was not working for any client. That raised questions as to how, given the evidence, you get a not guilty verdict in this case? Now, part of the issue may have been judicial rulings that hindered Special Counsel John Durham’s case to some degree, as I noted. The other part may have been you likely started out with an unfavorable jury, to begin with, in D.C., but then, in this case, you also seemed

Washington—A federal jury on Tuesday found former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann not guilty of lying to the FBI — finding special counsel John Durham did not prove his case beyond a reasonable doubt. The verdict by a jury in heavily Democratic-leaning DC, came midway through the second day of deliberations following a two-week trial on a single count of making false statements to a federal agent. Durham’s prosecution team unsuccessfully sought to prove that Sussmann deliberately lied to then-FBI general counsel James Baker by claiming not to be acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign and an internet executive when the two met in 2016.
