The leftist media is tripping all over themselves in a frantic effort to weaponize the slaughter of 19 young children and their teachers at a Texas elementary school to score political points by churning out propaganda to demonize Republicans for the actions of the deranged monster who took their lives. But The Washington Post may have shot itself in the foot with what it promoted as a major scoop. The intrepid muckrakers at WaPo breathlessly broke the story that the owners of Daniel Defense, the manufacturer of the rifle that was used by 18-year-old shooter Salvador Ramos during his killing spree, have donated money to the GOP, not exactly a stunning bombshell

It has become increasingly evident that members of the Border Patrol, specifically those on the elite BORTAC team, defied orders from Uvalde police and breached the classroom the shooter was in at Robb Elementary School in order to stop the attack.
The local police appeared to believe the situation had turned from an active shooter to a "barricaded" subject despite 9-1-1 calls being made by children who were trapped inside the classroom with the shooter. If not for the Border Patrol agents, the shooter could have claimed more lives. Now, House Democrats on the Homeland Security Committee want to investigate the agents' role in killing the shooter.
Abortion providers in Florida filed a lawsuit this week to block a state law that prohibits most abortions after 15 weeks gestation. The law is scheduled to go into effect next month. Some of the groups involved in the case are Planned Parenthood, the Center for Reproductive Rights and the ACLU of Florida.
“The Florida Supreme Court has long held that their state constitution protects the right to end a pregnancy,” said Nancy Northup, president of the pro-abortion Center for Reproductive Rights, in a statement this week. “That means even if Roe falls, abortion should remain protected in Florida, and this ban should be blocked.”
It never fails to amaze me how it’s usually the same powerful movers and shakers who are protected to the gills with armed security who are also the ones essentially telling the common man and woman that they, on the other hand, don’t need police nor a firearm to protect themselves.

No, students at top universities just wanting to get a degree that will help them get an actual job have to sit through woke commencement speeches on their way to getting that coveted diploma.

Matt highlighted on Friday afternoon how the Texas Department of Public Safety, Col. Steven C. McCraw explained that they had made the decision for officers to not go in to engage with the shooter, Salvador Rolando Ramos, the 18-year old who is now deceased. This happened all while Ramos murdered 21 people, as parents desperately tried to go in to save their children but were physically prevented from doing so by police.

"Multiple people close to the White House said they’ve heard that chief of staff Ron Klain will depart at some point after the midterms, and one has heard him discuss leaving," the report alleges.

“So since no one else will ask, I will. Did those children die because most of them were Mexican American and the police didn’t give a damn about a school w predominately brown kids? I mean, because it’s Texas.. and if you think everyone who isn’t white is illegal,” Butler tweeted on Friday.

An 18-year-old Florida man has been arrested for “threatening to conduct a mass shooting or act of terrorism.”
Corey Anderson, 18, of Lutz, had posted images of himself with what appeared to be a handgun, a rifle, and a tactical style vest — along with the caption “Hey Siri, directions to the nearest school.”
He was arrested at his home on Sunday after someone called in a tip to law enforcement.
After further investigation, detectives from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office determined the handgun and rifle were “airsoft guns,” according to a press release.
