Alarm Sounded Over WHO’s Global Pandemic Treaty

Original Article

Posted By: Harlowe, 5/22/2022 1:13:01 AM

In the wake of the myriad failures during the covid pandemic response, World Health Organization officials did little self reflection. Instead, they decided that they needed even more power over the global population. Subsequently, the idea of a Global Pandemic Treaty was born. COVID-19 illustrated the need for enhanced preparedness and closer cooperation at global level.(Snip)The World Health Organization gets to define what a pandemic is, when a pandemic is in progress and how long a pandemic lasts. Then you read the fine print and you realize the W.H.O will have total authority over emergency operations in the United States if there’s ever a “public health emergency.”

Comments:

According to the article, the Biden administration eliminated a provision that would have mandated the WHO to consult with and attempt to secure verification “from the state party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring in.” Essentially, the Biden administration has given total authority to the WHO “to declare and define public health emergencies. They did it explicitly.”

Just when you think things can’t get any worse… This is highly unconstitutional. This administration has committed so many impeachable offenses that it is impossible to keep track of them all. To abandon our sovereignty to the WHO is a clear violation of the Constitution. My goodness, how much more are we expected to take? The Founders would be appalled by our lack of a response to such an attack on the Republic. What has happened to the American spirit?

Not just No, but HAIL NO! We are free born citizens of the United States of America. We are under no obligation to follow the dictates of ANY jurisdiction outside the legally elected government and officers of the United States. The WHO has already demonstrated it operates with undue influence from certain enemies of the United States. It could easily impose actions that are intended to be damaging to our country and our citizens. This must be stopped and overturned immediately!

WHO RULES: ALL available resources must first be made available to the "deprived third world countries" before any advanced country can take advantage of its own resources. The "takers" are far more important than the "givers".

The Constitution requires the Senate to ratify international agreements (treaties). The President does not have the authority to do this by himself. Surely surrendering sovereignty to a foreign agency is a treaty. The next thing you Know Biden will be declaring himself dictator for life of the United States.

I don't care whether Biden signed it or not. It's unenforceable. The WHO won't try to force this on us--they'll treat it as some kind of cooperation agreement, and the US will get shafted paying the costs. Maybe the WHO will declare a pandemic just before election day this November, and order that all ballots be mail-in. Even Sottomayer would declare this to be unconstitutional. There will be some sort of US district court imposing an injunction on the enforcement of this junk any day now.

If these resolutions are approved by a majority, the WHO will have exclusive international authority in the case of a pandemic to impose all the rules, including quarantines, lockdowns, obligatory vaccinations, and vaccine passports. The immediate and most obvious speculation (including by me) was that the leak was by a liberal/leftist, likely a law clerk, trying to create a firestorm of protest that would pressure one of those five Justices to wobble, much like Chief Justice John Roberts reportedly switched his vote on Obamacare in 2012.(Snip)So an activist could leak using a false narrative that Alito represents the majority, can generate the protests and the energy in the base, can create an issue for the midterms, and at the end of the day, Roe survives, which can be spun as a victory for the protesters, proving the mob was able to intimidate the Justices.
