Hawley demands fellow Republican drop

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) bluntly told scandal-ridden former Gov. Eric Greitens (R-MO), who is running for the US Senate, that he should be in handcuffs following a court filing by his ex-wife who is accusing him of spousal and child abuse.“If you hit a woman or a child, you belong in handcuffs, not the United States Senate,” Hawley asserted. “It’s time for Eric Greitens to leave this race.” Hawley has endorsed Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R-MO) for the Senate seat. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) endorsed Missouri state Attorney General Eric Schmitt (R). Greitens is currently the front-runner for the GOP’s nomination in Missouri.

It’s so simple. Mitch is endorsing and fully supporting his pedophile wife and child abusing brother Eric G Dogg.

I can't stand this - - I'm frantic with worry - - I'm being eaten up inside - - at the thought of no longer having Fightin' Roy Blunt in the senate. What will we do without Fightin' Roy? Some - - anyone - - please tell me - - what will we do without Fightin' Roy? Anyone here from Missouri? Is there anything we can do to keep Fightin' Roy around?

#2 - I feel your pain. Until your always excellent posts I had never paid attention to Fightin' Roy Blunt. With your guidance I found him a man that was a true leader among men; a role model for the Republican party. Never again will the Senate see the likes of Fightin' Roy Blunt. What will we do? What will we do?

What percentage of "spousal abuse" claims in a divorce are real and what percentage are a ploy to gain money and child custody? I am a fan of Hawley, big fan. But I think Greitens was railroaded.

I have been a fan of Senator Hawley, but the fact that he is backing Hartzler - an establishment do-nothing politician - and now condemning Greitens without evidence makes me question Hawley's judgement and principles. Greitens is ahead because he is a Trump-style outsider who was forced out of office by a corrupt Soros prosecutor. Hawley is looking like just another politician himself.

Greitens could have been set up by an "unhappy" ex-wife. Rumor has it, she was seen meeting with operatives before this came out, at the same time Greitens was spending time with their kids. just saying Wish Hawley wasn't involved in this.

The military branch unveiled the changes on Wednesday, after they were approved by a Marine Corps uniform board last month. As part of the update, Marines will be permitted to grow the 'bulk of their hair' up to three inches - an increase from the current two inches - meaning that they could have thicker hair.

California drivers shouldering the highest gas prices in the nation could soon get a tax break, free public transportation and up to $800 debit cards to help pay for fuel - but economics experts warn it'll drive up inflation even more. The proposal was revealed Wednesday by Gov. Gavin Newsom, as gas prices have continued to soar in recent weeks from pandemic-induced inflation and Russia's invasion of Ukraine. 'That direct relief will address the issue that we are all struggling to address and that is the issue of gas prices,' Newsom said in a video posted on Twitter this week.

The most recent national poll from Grinnell College showed that President Joe Biden’s approval rating was only at 34 percent. The poll found that only 34 percent of adults in the United States approve of Biden’s performance as president, while a majority, 52 percent, disapprove. There were 14 percent that said they were not sure how they felt about his job performance.Biden’s approval was down further when compared to the October poll that asked the same questions. The October poll found that only 37 percent approved of his performance as president, while half of the respondents disapproved.

Former President Donald Trump’s favorability rating is in much better shape than every national political figure, including those the corporate media spend billions of dollars to protect. What’s key about “favorability” is that it’s basically a “likability” poll. A winning favorability rating means the public likes you, which can be even more important than your job approval ratings. A good example is Barack Obama.People liked the guy more than they approved of the job he did. It was one of those things that allowed his approval ratings to sometimes defy gravity. What’s so fascinating about Trump — and I’ll get to the specific numbers in a bit —

Children and students were particularly hard-hit by the latter phenomenon, as they were overwhelmingly safe from severe outcomes from Coronavirus infections – yet had their learning, development and overall wellbeing aggressively stunted by terrible government policies in many parts of the country. We also know that drug overdoses surged overall, and youth suicide attempts increased, during this stressful period featuring a great deal of social isolation.
