Donald Trump on Thursday filed a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and a hit list of his favorite targets, alleging they tried to rig the 2016 U.S. presidential election by tying his campaign to Russia.Among the names are Christopher Steele, a former British spy who assembled a dossier of alleged links between Trump and Russia, James Comey, the then director of the FBI who investigated possible connections, and the Democratic National Committee.'In the run-up to the 2016 presidential election, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy,'

Further down in the article is this interesting tidbit:
~~"The legal team who prepared the suit included a new name in the Trump team. Peter Ticktin, a courtroom litigator based an hour down the Florida coast from Mar-a-Lago, was Trump's platoon sergeant when they both attended New York Military Academy."~~

like we used to say in the U.S. Army back many years ago: when you mess with bull you get the horns - same applies here and our duly elected President, Donald J. Trump will come down on you hard if you put him in any form of peril and justifiably so

How is she going to get where she wants to go with this day by day revelation by revelation clogging her arteries.
There is a huge opening for a moderate new democratic face in 2024 to try to run against the extreme left and Trump. But HRC believes that being queen of the New World Order is her destiny.

Even if he loses, it will cost them all a pretty penny in attorney fees. They cost us over 30million in investigations which we will never see again. Mueller is a very wealthy man now.

I applaud the President for this action. These people should be held accountable for what they did to his presidency and ultimately to the American people. It’s going to be an uphill battle considering the judiciary cannot be trusted to run and fair and unbiased courtroom. I pray he gets an impartial judge and is given a fair hearing. It takes guts to personally go after the Deep State. God bless him and keep him safe. America needs him now more than ever and there are millions of us who want to see him come out of this victorious.

Good for him.
One of God's Ten Commandments: "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor."
Every person who spoke, wrote or communicated this in any form or fashion beared false witness to Donald Trump. It is his choice in how to deal with his character being attacked.

#15m perhaps his lawyers are planning to call all the others as witnesses and hoping that they squeal like pigs in order to save their own arses.
The one thing that made me jump on the Trump train way back in 2015 is that he never pulls his punches.

Page 1 of President Trump's lawsuit has a full list of the defendants. Interestingly, Obie is not listed. However, the list of defendants cites ten people identified as "John Does" and ten corporations identified as "ABC Corporations". Robert Mueller is not listed. The President is going to have a field day with this case.

As somebody mentioned below, Trump never goes into a situation without already knowing the answer. And thanks to the mentoring of the late Roy Cohn, he also knows more about the law than some of those swamp rats he is targeting, and he knows good legal talent when he sees it. Especially when his son in law has no say in the matter.

Another name mentioned should be Marc Elias. He's the Kingpin snake. Also, the media who played a big role.
When there are consequences to a crime you'll see how fast the dirty tricks diminish. I hope they all pay for what they did to the American people.
When President Trump nick-named Hillary Crooked Hillary and then followed by Lock Her Up, he knew. Now that he's a private citizen, he can go after them and I hope he takes no prosoners.

Watch Lester Holt and his ilk ignore this. Just political business as usual...nothing to see.
Read the suit filing. For many, it clearly lays out the timeline and players, not to mention the activities involved in this conspiracy. Fletcher Knebel would have never imagined this as a novel plot. It is well documented, using many DNC-related sources as footnotes.
It will be interesting to see the responses from the various defendants on the long list of those named, including Hillary, Comey, Steele and other "stars" of this drama.

#18, note that the case was filed in Florida, not NY or DC.
The image of the pleading show it is federal court, but it doesn’t reveal who the judge is. Hopefully whoever it is will have a desire to see the American people get some restitution for these criminal activities through Trump’s lawsuit.

Nail their filthy, rotten hides to the wall. Especially the fat girl from Chappaqua. If that swamp project had worked, she would be the POTUS right now and we would have kept on thinking that the FBI was a legitimate law enforcement agency and their people were above reproach.

When I first heard this last night I had to chuckle to myself. It really does seem that everyone who has tried to screw our beloved President Trump has ended up getting bit in the butt. Stormy Daniels was the most recent one and now ... finally ... Hillary and Comey et.al. will get slapped with the flounder.
Durham's investigation ... who I had no real hope for ... just may turn out to be the campfire that wasn't put out properly and now a slight breeze will re-kindle it and burn the forest down!
What this action b Trump will do is keep it all in the public eye and fresh.
Trump doesn't get angry ... he gets even. And everything comes to he who waits!

Trump's case doesn't have a good chance of winning, but that's not the purpose of the law suit. What this does, is to protect the evidence. Biden will probably try to dismiss what is coming shortly. He would try to redact parts. This suit will allow that evidence to be submitted. Sky is turning very dark. Finally.
