U.S. Sen. Cory Booker (D., N.J.) delivered an emotional and very personal defense of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson that brought the Supreme Court nominee to tears Wednesday during her confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee. ”You have earned this spot. You are worthy. You are a great American,” Booker told Jackson, denouncing Republican suggestions that the judge — who will become the first Black woman on the nation’s highest court if her confirmation is confirmed by the Senate — has been soft on crime. Booker, who touched on how he was the fourth Black person to be elected to

I guess to overtly racist pigs like Cory Booker, being black outweighs all of your negatives. Being another affirmative action appointment outweighs qualifications or your history.
My question to him is simply, if a white conservative male was nominated who had exactly the same qualifications as her, would you be supportive of that man. Of course he would not. But that is exactly the sort of racist partisan BS that you would expect from a horrible racist thug like Cory Booker!!!

It doesn’t know what it is. They say she’s a woman, but it doesn’t know what a woman is. That historic! How lucky we are!

Booker drones on and on gushing about how historic her nomination is and makes it all about being a Black female and only about being a Black female. Booker gets upset when others see Jackson as anything other than a Black female. People like Booker are making it impossible for people to Jackson as anything more more than an affirmative action hire. The focus on her race is distracting from any real qualifications and qualities she has as a potential Supreme Court Justice.

Whatever happened to Martin Luther King's statement that he wanted his children to be judged not on the color of their skin, but on the content of their character? This is nothing but reverse racism and sexism, and if she, were a white male, she probably would be a mid level attorney at a mid level law firm.

Affirmative Action folks do NOT earn what they get, they are given what they specifically cannot, and did not earn.
This woman is an unqualified, racist hater, just like Booker.

Of course he likes her.
He’s just as big of a racist loon as she is. She thinks the violent antisemitic Black Hebrew Israelite terrorist cult are just peaceful vegetarians.
She doesn’t know what a woman is.
No wonder he loves her.

If a challenge to affirmative action case were to come before the court, will she have to recluse herself?

They don't care about confirming the BEST SCJ, just a "first."
Trust me, the only reason Demonrats want to go back to the Moon is so they can send more "firsts" like blacks, hispanics, homos, trannies, etc.

Emotional dog and pony show. Think of every huge mistake you've made - was it faulty 'thinking' or faulty 'feeling'. Me - faulty 'feeling' led to biggest bad decisions I've ever made. But sure, for history making life-time appointment of near-highest official position in charge of determining our entire social construct - and 'she' cannot even put a finger on what consists of the most basic building block of what society is. It's not because she doesn't know - she MUST answer vaguely so as not to tip her hand. In doing so - she already has. But she'll sail thru. It'll be Rinos who seal the deal. Crocodile tears everywhere. Here's a tissue.

If Corey Booker made her cry, she's too weak to be a judge on any court. Pathetic! What damage these people have done to our country.

Way back in the '60s my grandmother warned "ni 99 ers will destroy this country".
As with any population, most blacks are good people, but polical dimorat blacks are proving to be pure evil. They would dine with Idi Amin if he were their SCOTUS nominee.
